I MADE PAYMENT RS 55 TO PAYTM.COM TO RECHARGE MY MOBILE THROUGH SBI DEBIT CARD AS ON 19.09.14. BUT THE RECHARGE WAS FAILED. I HAVE ALREADY INFORMED AND REPLY COMES FROM PAYTM. BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY.
I HAVE GIVEN BELLOW THE TICKET NO. FOR REFUND THE AMOUNT, AND THE COPY OF MAIL SENT TO ME BY PAYTM.

We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. Your recharge should have been successfully delivered by now. In case it has not been delivered, the amount will be transferred to your Paytm account within 24-48 hours and will be available for immediate reuse.
