      I made two failed recharges for 1100 each. I got a mail saying that both will be refunded in the paytm wallet. Sometime later Rs2200 was refunded in my paytm wallet. After that I made 2 successful recharges of Rs550 each. So by the end of day I had Rs1100 balance in my paytm wallet. Few days later when I checked my Paytm wallet the amount was 0 and my Rs1100 was not in the wallet. I wrote a mail to paytm. I got the following reply "We had a temporary technical problem due to which the payment was refunded to your Paytm Cash Wallet even though the recharge happened successfully. We sorted this out later and are in the process of deducting/ have deducted the extra amount that was credited to your Paytm Cash Wallet by mistake." Only two successful recharges were made from my account for Rs550 each. Where as I have paid Rs2200.           By mistake done recharge twice at the same time for idea mobile no.[protected] of rs.199 . want to cancel one recharge as it was done twice. Order numbers[protected],[protected]. As it showed to retry i retried for recharge & it came twice . so i request to cancel one order and debit money to paytm acount. I hope you will debit my money back.

                  I've paid Airtel postpaid Bill of Rs.800 through Paytm on 6th October'2014 but still it is not getting updated for the particular Airtel number. After that I kept a mail to 'Paytm Care' but they didn't reply anything. After that I rang to Paytm customer care[protected] for support on this and recorded my complaint on 14th October'2014. *After few minutes, I got a call from PAYTM customer care - the number is '[protected]' and the customer care officer asked me about the details of the complaint and said he will solve the problem, for this he asked our SBI debit card number, expiry date on card and the secret password of that card. I've given all the details regarding the SBI Debit Card, by taking all these he said he will solve the problem as soon as possible. **After few minutes, I had received a message to the number -[protected] - regarding my account balance in SBI card have been deducted of Rs.10 and after a couple of minutes my balance of Rs.500 has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. And, around at 10pm I received a message regarding Rs.10 has been deducted from my SBI account. ***Seeing all this, I called to SBI customer care and requested to block my SBI debit card due to hacking. After the blocking of SBI card, I had received a message regarding my account balance - that means it was hacking from some other persons. This was only done after when I given my SBI debit card details to PAYTM customer care officer. ****At all the time of this happen, my SBI debit card is at my wallet***** I ever think only customer support can all do this. When we have some problem, we can call customer care by thinking we will have some support from them. But how the people of customer care persons can do all these. This is the only request from my side that don't ever do like this and updated my Rs.800 to the Airtel number - [protected] -which was successfully payment done through PAYTM service on 6th October'2014. Details: Transaction receipt Order no: #[protected] Mon Oct 06 2014 **If not possible, revert the whole amount to the respective Bank account with immediate effect.** *****Please give revert as soon as possible*****

                              I recharged my aritel mobile 99*****555 with 449 rs for 3g recharge.its been three weeks i didnt get my money back or the recharge done. no customer care number.It wont work you have to record your call, no body comes back.[protected]@paytm.com again a cheating mail id every time i mailed to it, it sends a new complaint number.for every complaint number i get the same reply your problem resolved.but it wont. dont recharge in paytm.I deleted the app also from my mobile.

                                      Too smart to say 24*7 customer care[protected]availability. But when you call; its no one to talk. RECORD UR COMPLAIN AS VOICE COMMAND. These VIPs will respond to you on there own will. Other option to mail on [protected]@paytm.com. With reffering to many complain blogs I find its common for most customers, not only me. I have mailed with expectation of responce but since 3 days no replies. VERY ANNOYING... From last two days I tried to call with frequency of 5-6 calls every hour, but interestingly every time it says all customers are busy from my try to contact (12:00pm to MidNight 3:00am) Already I requested to purchase a product from PAYTM Shopping for around Rs5, 500 a plantronics bluetooth headshet. That to no cash on delivery, already I have made credit payment. I have a strong feeling of loosing the money with no money refunded also. Because there no one to whom I can ask for also. Except of waiting - If they will to respond me.

                                        I used my credit card at your website for payment of my airtel Mobile Phone No. [protected] bill amounting to Rs.188/- on 6/10/2014. The amount has been deducted from my credit card and same not yet paid to Airtel Company against my Mobile Phone. Request amount be either paid to Airtel company or remitted to my account.
