Hi i am naveen kuamr done bill payment transactions on paytm on 7th october 2014. i have made 2 transactions each of 50 rs, amount got deducted from my account and the bill payments are not done to my number ([protected]) the order ids of paytm are showing as success and the ids are as fallows [protected] [protected] i have submittted my complaint to paytm care but i dint got any solution from them, pls refund my amount Thanks & Regards Naveen kumar [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

      Hi, I have recharged my mobile [protected] on 30th September for the amount 100 rupees with 50/- cash back coupon, . But 2X100 rupees was deducted from my bank account and 50/- was not credited to my account till now. Please refer the attached screen shot from my bank account transaction. Kindly check and do the needful.

      Well this is only possible when you authorized your bank to pay twice means you paid twice intentionally. Write mail to the customer care of paytm quoting your order number and transaction numbers and see what action they take. I think that's the best way of resolving your grievance, everything is recorded so no need to worry.

        Hello, I have paid bill through paytm to BSES But Still it is not received By the BSES.. paytm is showing BSES received the payment, we will send you the Bill copy on mail.. But there is no update on Email or Phone..           Hi Team, I am unable to login to paytm website. I have INR 570 in my Paytm cash-wallet. But now when I want to login, the page is showing "Your account is temporarily blocked for login". That's really bad from customer point of view which equivalents to stealing customer money in a sense. This is totally unacceptable. I was not expecting such bad things from Paytm. Please do the needful to refund my money or allow me to login. I have also raised a ticket but no one has got back to me till now. Ticket no[protected]. - Sayantan Saha
          I also faced the same issue from today, my wallet also have more than 3000.

I was being told by your side that our courier partner will come at my premises and will proceed for reverse process. But it is now 6 days from that talk, but yet no one has arrived.                 User Gaurav gupta on Oct 6, 2014 I had recharged my Airtel mobile for 2200 rupees.Paytm withdrawn the money and given an acknowledgement saying transaction was successful.When i contacted the Airtel customer care they told me that they didn't receive the transaction amount and they couldn't even see such transaction in their log.As per they said, it is the problem from the Paytm side.Will my money get refunded into my account.If so, how many days it takes to refund?...                     I placed orders for two double bed sheets order no.[protected] and[protected] which are delivered to me on 10/10/2014. Now i want to return one of them due to its poor quality. In pictures they were looking gorgeous but on delivered in i found them third class, poor. Please send my money back immediately. I am not returning second one because we have used it.

Most of the recharge i do never actually got recharge apart from losing my money in unsuccesfull transaction. And then keep sending you guys mail, Please refund! Please refund!To hell with you!!                                         Dear Paytm, I have made an order on 6th October, 2014 and my order number is[protected] and PAYTM id is UNIPAYP509872. Yesterday I got a message and mail regarding its delivery. It says that the order is delivered. And it was showing the status as ' Order delivered to others- Nithyasri. But I didn't get any order delivery or any phone call regarding this and I don't know this person, Nithyasri. In the map given to track the status, it is locating to some other location(not my address) and the given order id also different (See the attached file). Can you please clarify this and let me know the details as fast as possible? Kindly do it fast Aswathy

                                        My Order no.[protected] ordered on dated 07th April 2015 but now not deliver, Can I get courier adress or contact no.Why it delay for deliver.On the order there was the Delivery status on dated 12th April 2015.
