I was done Recharge of Airtel Mobile [protected] for Rs.255. Still it was not activated and i am not received Airtel service message also. But I was received in PAYTM recharge successfully. Find the details given below Registered mobile number/e-mail ID: [protected] / [protected]@gmail.com Recharge value: 255 Order Number: #[protected] On the I was lost my main balance 80rps, because of your issue. After recharge I getting SMS for PAYTM recharge successfully. NOTE: NOT IN NEWORK Or AIRTEL SERVICE. By the time I don’t know I was started browsing normally & I was lost of money 80rps in main balance after I checked with airtel customer care. After then only I know recharge was not activated in my mobile number. NOTE: I need compensation for lost of money 80+255 in my account not in paytm cash, because I don’t like pay tm I am waiting almost 3days for single recharge.

Fraud paytm,

If your service is relay very very poor, i have proof can you call me +91 [protected] or give me your contact no( not in tool free no) i was triyed so many times, but i did not get line.

So dont try to cheat or ignore my mail, if you leave me. No issue...

I never loose this issue i go for court i Please note i never message again.

I give a complaint, So be care full ?????

I need my money 255+80rps, with almost 5days i am waiting for the reason i need compensation.

        Hello paytm, yesterday I was trying to pay my Maharashtra mahanagar gas bill.The amount is 579 Rs. and the order number is[protected].My transaction is in queue but I didn't recieve any confirmation mail or message of successful transaction..What kind of service you are providing to your customers?Its my first time that I visited your site and I must say that you are not fulfilling the demands of the customer and providing the worst services..If you are returning my amount then I don't want that in.my paytm account rather transfer it to my bank account.Don't take too much time to solve my query and I am hoping to get a positive reply at the earliest..Don't disappoint your customers otherwise you are going to suffer.

              I've paid Airtel postpaid Bill of Rs.800 through 'Paytm' service on 6th October'2014 but still it is not getting updated for the particular Airtel number ([protected]) and order no: #[protected]. After that I kept a mail to 'Paytm Care' but they didn't reply anything. After that I rang to your Paytm care[protected]for support on this and recorded my complaint on 14th October'2014. After few minutes, I got a call from PAYTM customer care - the number is '[protected]' and the customer care officer asked me about the details of the complaint and said he will solve the problem, for this he asked my SBI debit card number, expiry date on card and the secret password of that card. I've given all the details regarding my SBI Debit Card, by taking all these he said he will solve the problem as soon as possible. After few minutes, I had received a message to the number-[protected] - regarding my account balance in SBI card have been deducted of Rs.10 and after few minutes my account balance of Rs.500 has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. And, around at 10pm I received a message regarding Rs.10 has been deducted from my SBI account. Seeing all this, I called to SBI customer care and requested to block my card due to hacking. After the blocking of SBI card, I had received a message regarding my account 'balance information' that means it was hacking from some other persons. This was only done after when I given my SBI debit card details to PAYTM customer care officer. ****At all the time of this happen, my SBI debit card is at my wallet**** *I ever think only customer support can all do this. When we have some problem, we call them by thinking we will have some support from them. But only customer care officer, how can do all these. Now I'm requesting to refund my amount immediately to my bank account with immediate effect.

I Launched complaint Ticket No: Ticket #[protected]: Re: Shipment for Paytm Order #[protected] 4. Customer care Sachin mailed me on 09.10.14 that Pick up boy come & take back material and money will be refunded. 5. I repeatedly sent complaint & mail daily twice from that date & where as Sachin / Chandan/ Ankita three customer care Persons replied, but till date no action has taken. 6. From 16.10.14 customer care Kushank attending my complaint Ticket #[protected]: RCtkt - Help Query 7. From 30.09.14 to till days 22 days ( 3 weeks) as a customer I am not getting any support from Paytm customer care and it is leading to mental torture.. 8. Why don’t I launch a complaint thro’ consumer court with all my evidence against Paytm. 9. I want concrete reply / action within 24 hours from this complaint, 10. Failing which I will go for consumer forum for claiming money back for the materials in addition to my mental agony. 11. Being a Senior Management category, I myself not getting support / reply / action from Paytm rather facing mental stress and what will be the Paytm support for an ordinary Laymen. 12.                         Respected Sir, With reference to Order No.[protected], I have ordered 'Zovi Navy With Dual Top Line Casual Shoes (Size-9)', on[protected], of which i recieved a wrong product on 5-9-2014. After filing a report to paytm customer care for return/refund on 5-Oct-2014, there no response is from Paytm, always the tell that with in 3-4 days there courier partner will come at your premises and will take the wrong product back, and the money will be refunded to you. But it is now 12 days from that, still no one has arrived to take the wrong item back, and no response from the paytm support team. I please request you to help me.a

                          Hi my name is Sumit bharti and my complaint is against paytm. Today morning at 0537 i did my airtel mobile no [protected] recharge of inr255 but it did not happen and i recieved confirmation from my bank of baroda that amount is deducted. Even i recieved msg from paytm that recharge is successful. Order no;[protected] Transaction no;[protected] This is happening fourth time with me. last time few days back i recharged my dth and same thing happened the amount is deducted from my debit card and recharge did not happen that 300 inr is lost and there is no justification for that. Please take some action against these cheaters. On top of it there is no customer helpline no, i am sure such cases are frequent with this company. One has to write an email to approach them so that they know our hard earned money is stucked. I am really upset with this application and its services. I m still waiting for my recharge to happen. I would not suggest anyone to use this app for online recharge.

                                  The orders[protected] and[protected] sent to me were damaged and as per customer executives request I have sent back those damaged items along with bills. also I have sent scan copy of courier bill to [protected]@paytm.com. Its been 10 days I have been waiting for refund amount. This shows the irresponsible behaviour of paytm.

THAN I WILL COMPLAIN CONSUMER COURT. PLS RECHARGE IMMEDIATLY. I WAS HELD RECHARGE AT[12 JUNE, 6:19 PM].SO, I KINDLY REQUEST TO U PLS RECHARGE IT OTHERWISE I COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER COURT...

                                        I have placed order for phone cover on 9th of October from the same day it is showing the same status that product is packed and awaiting dispatch and showing that it will be delivered by 13th of October. I have called may times to paytm customer care they don't attended it, and sent mails to but no satisfying reply received some of them say that it will be shipped today or the other says it will take 3-4 days to be shipped. Even after the last reply from paytm 4 days has been passed. My order no is[protected].
