I have purchased a mobile phone Blackberry Z10, Invoice Dated : 27-March-2016, Initially the charger wasn't working at all, and now on top of that the, screen is cracked in a few days time. I am unsatisfied with the product been delivered to me. i want my product to be either replaced or cash reimbursement.

I HAVE PAID ELECTRICITY BILL PAYMENT, MY MONEY IS GETTING DEBITED AND IT SHOWING SUCESSFUL. BUT I DIDNT RECEIVE THE BENIFIT. MY CURRENT MONTH BILL IS SHOWING THAT IS NOT PAID.

I paid rs.99*2=198 against discount in purchase inalsa mixi. There is no seller in allahabad who can give the facility. You gave the detail of sellers after telephonic conversation the product cast seems very high. I am not interested to purchase please refund my money.
