Last sunday (8 may 2016), i booked a ticket in deccan travels through paytm for my travel from chennai to bangalore. Order no is [protected]

The bus was not came to the selected boarding point for 1hr. And i called to the bus operator numbers and the paytm helpline number but no body responded properly.

So i took another bus for my travel.

On the same day, i sent a mail to paytm customer care for refund and raised a complaint request whose id is 01964919.
The response was not appropriate. So every day i raised a compliant request, whose id are[protected] 1964528. Still i didn’t get proper response and they are not doing anything for refund and not providing proper response.

Please do the needful in order to get back my money.

    I booked a bus ticket on may 12, 2016 using a chrome browser from my office, In the home page i selected the calendar option and chose the date which was 13th of May and it got populated and then in the search results page it showed a list of buses and I selected one and booked and payed around 1000 Rs for ticket and all to my bad when i checked the date, it was showing 12th of may and when i called immediately to the bus operator or paytm they never took any action and Paytm was saying we dint find any issues and i got no refund or the cancellation charges was the whole amount it said due to time constraints.

    When i tried to check if that the issue with browser compatibility supporting Paytm the issue was happening again and again when i try in chrome, Its not my fault to check everytime if i am doing ti right, Its the product of Paytm it had to test if its site has any bugs or its perfect, I need action on this

      I am having paytm wallet balance of rs 82 last night but when i woke up i got a message from paytm that having paytm wallet balance of rs 0. I don't know where it has gone and i want all my money back by today otherwise i am going to do a police case against paytm in fraud.

        As a customer, I have this complaint that Paytm is unable to do my recharge and this problem is there for last 3 days.Everytime I try to recharge my mobile it simply says recharge failed and sends me a message regarding some one time password.
        Also there is no provision of complaint in the app and my problem is persisting with the company not paying the slightest of heed.

        I paid for bigbasket through paytm.the amount got cut from NY account received by paytm buy not given to bigbasket ..I want my amount to get refunded .please contact me on [protected]

          Dear sir,
          My order order # [protected] from paytm which was delivered by shipment no awb/tracking id:[protected] through xpressbee. But it was not delivered to me on 12.05.2016. I didnot get a call just a message that it is out for delivery. Today on receiving a mail to rate the product i came to know it is delivered
          Please look into the matter as it seems like it a breach of trust on delivery agencies we have. Today also one item is out for delivery and i dont know if that too will be delivered. My address is an office address which is closed after 6.00pm. No person has delivered before that.
          Please rever back at the earliest.

            Yesterday, I recharge my reliance GSM mobile @50/- on mobile no. [protected] then I got message on mobile which was attach with paytm that Rs.50/- recharge was successful with operator reference no. is [protected], however balance is not transfer on the mobile no. and even this is not showing in passbook of Paytm.

            Kindly resolve the issue.

            After reporting the compliant in this Consumer complaints continuously receiving the fake calls/ online fraud related to ATM Debit card/ Credit Card/ Bank accounts.

            Who will resolve this issue.

              Wallet organizations like paytm, oxygen, mobikwik and many others might be a way to work on black money transfers;
              There is not transaction trail on transactions you do via these wallets to the merchants; they do not fall under rbi but can be used as savings accounts;

              Unlike banks paytm and other wallet transaction do not catch rbi or regulatory eye; and anything fishy could be transacted; this needs to be in eye of raghuram rajan or rbi

                  I paid an amount to 24x7fresh.In through paytm account,
                  24x7fresh.In is an fraud company, they have not delivered the product and not yet refunded the amount.

                  When i try to contact paytm on this, their system not accepting the complaint on email and not able to reach them on ivr phone calls on which there is no option to give this complaint.

                  Paytm should verify and integrate with before providing payment options to the fraud companies like http://24x7fresh.In/

                    I had two paytm accounts linked to my two different mai ids. However, i wanted to merge these tow accounts into one and as per instruction provided by paytm - these accounts are merged and now i can only access one / new paytm account using mail id / mobile number linked to it.
                    But after merger of accounts my worry come to live - as i did not see money linked to old account and it seems the account have been merged but the money has not been transferred to new account.
                    Since last 15 days - i have sent loads of followup mails but to no avail.
                    I request to paytm to live up to their brand goodwill and resolve this issue sooner.

                      I've placed an order of a book on 5th may.but couldnot get any confirmation message.money has been deducted from my account.i'm feeling vexed of this service.still didn't get any message upto now..can i get my money back now?i want my money to be refunded..please refund my money.i dont like this service..it's really waste of time..i coun't recieve any mail regarding that order..

                        I booked a ticket through paytm gateway on 10.05.2016. The transaction reference is inb avenues india pvt. Ltd, ref. No.[protected]ig0bypxlf2, for rs. 490.00 and the transaction id is: [protected]. When i contacted the technical people in cc avenues through live chat they told that the transaction was successful and the money is with paytm. But the ticket is not booked. Till now the amount is not refunded to my account. My e-mail id is: [protected]@yahoo.Co.In and mobile no. [protected]. After seeing my above mentioned complaint today (12.05.2016), paytm personnel contacted over phone and they are asking for bank username and atm card number details which i can't reveal. Why they are asking for confidential details? Can't the failed transaction be refunded to the same bank from which it debited by cancelling that transaction? Do the needful for refunding the amount by cancelling the transaction directly to my account immediately

                            My ticket id is [protected]. I have applied promocode busnew35. You are flashing on the first page get 35% flat cashback on your first booking. I was the first customer and seeing that i have done the book ticket where i was suppose to get the refund of 864/- of the amount booked for the ticket which is 2468/- your first page is trying to fool the general public by displaying 35% off. Your terms and conditions also says that. And in the third line you say maximum 100 cashback. You already have 100 and 120 cashback promo offers. So why a third offer saying 35% cashback and on that you are giving maximum cashback 100. I want the money back of 864. It was a very bad experience, will never suggest anyone.

                              I have made a transction on 29/04/2016 and transfered mony in the favour of icici bank (paypoint india network pvt ltd). On 2 may it shows payment failed. I have mailed my bank statement several times to paytm, but till date i am wating for the result.                                   I have loaded the paytm with close to 2000 Rs. The app now shows my paytm account is temporarily blocked. I tried contacting the Paytm many times and they never respond the only response they give is an automated mail to the complaint saying that they will repsond within 24/48 hours which never happens.
                                  I wanted to get back my money. And pytm seems like a fraud company as they doesn't ensure the safety of the money loaded in the paytm...

                                    I want to refund, 18th jan 2016 i was bought a micromax canvas nitro 2 mobile from your website after 2 month i have problem in my mobile i went to micomax service center they had checked and summated on 8th april 2016 still it’s not repair they are told me part is not available.
