Hey,
My name is shwetanshu dubey, i had a data pack recharge of rupees 175 for 1gb data 2g from idea as it displayed on the app. But when i recharged it i only received 500 mb of 3g data, i need money to be refunded right away. This problem has happened with me previously as well but i thought might be some error but the same repeated again, i just want my monry back or else i spread such issues on social media and would show the users how bad is your service.

Paytm — Prepaid mobile top up

500 rs recharged to airtel network mobile, amount debited from icici credit card but due to technical reason transaction was interrupted by paytm. Amount is not credited in the credit card account so far. Amount debited on 9th ma but maney was not credited in the credit card account so far.

I will paid mobile payment through PAYTM, cash back received after 10 minutes... next day i will try another payment it's failed and cash back money is gone... very baaaaaad service... The problem that I saw twice in 10 days.

Paytm Wallet — Cash stolen from wallet

Paytm wallet has transferred rs.516 to unknown person. I didn't do that. Wallet are not secure.paytm txn id:[protected]. Somebody help me get back my money. Otherwise I'll complaint to police about this.
