on 12 th may i paid bescom bill of rs.489/- thr paytm. (rs.200/-from my paytm wallett and rs.289/- from my credit card)

till date the bill amount is not credited to my bescom account and hence i would request you look into the transaction and refund the amount to me at the earliest.

    I had raised request for change mobile number on 9th may 2016 and I have reference no for this. On 12th may, I added money to wallet.
    I have updated mobile number and old mobile no is not active and not with me.

    Paytm has the policy that they have only mobile number verification although email is present in account. So, i have raised 9 tickets for reset password because paytm allows either reset OTP to mobile or reset link to mail id.

    In actual, Nothing action initiated for change mobile number and nothing happening to this account.
    It is frustating that ticket no is generated no reply and escalation contact is available. So, you can't catch them for status.

      Bhai or behen jo bhe mail kr rahe ho baat nai smjh aa rahe tmhe. Maine koi product purchase nai kiya maine purana product jo pahle mere pas purifier tha uska hi pre filter bowl set use kr liya toh kaha se lau duffer peoples.. An padh ho bhai tm log tbhi toh baat nai smjh pa rahe ho

      Agar mail smjh nai aa rahe to call kr liya karo smjha deta hi mai... Saaf saaf bol raha ki mere pas bill nai hai aur maine apne puarne used purifier se wo product nikal ke apne new ro me install krke use kr liya..

              I have ordered Two FILA Shoes from Paytm on 18 feb. 2016 and i have received that shoes on 21 feb. 2016.
              In these three month, i used to wear this shoes only for office purpose.
              Now, this time condition of shoes is very bad.

              I don't this is a FILA original product or duplicate, because if it is original then i don't think this would come.

                I have ordered a trimmer which price was showing rs. 34 at the time of ordering the product so i have ordered this by paying the amount with my debit card which was a harassment for me.
                Order was successful placed at that time but few hours later seller cancelled my order himself.
                I don't want any refund i just want that product at which price i ordered.

                  Dear team paytm,
                  Refer my bank transaction number[protected] dt. 03.05.2016, wallet recharge failed and balance deducted from my account against bank transaction number[protected] dt. 03.05.16 amounting to rs. 500.

                  I have communicated various times with team paytm, they ask about pdf copy of my account statement which i have submitted earlier (Again enclosed).

                  As per statement, 3 transaction done on 03.05.16

                  1. Transaction ref number:[protected] transaction successful.
                  2. Transaction ref number:[protected] transaction failed and refund not received.
                  3. Transaction ref number:[protected] transaction failed and refund received on 05.05.16.

                  But till date i have no resolution from paytm against sr. No. 2. Paytm is not responding against this issues.

                  Paytm representative is not trying to solve my issues. No body contacted till date to solve my issues which is just showing cheating behavior of company.

                    On 20/05/2016 I have transferred 250 Rs from my HDFC Account to paytm wallet. Amount was Debited from account but not added to paytm wallet.
                    Order Status was transaction failed but the amount was debited from account
                    I tried contacting paytm customer care but was not able to.

                      Hi,
                      We have purchased a Juicer Mixer Grinder having Model number: HL7715 from PayTm. The delivery was made on 23rd may 2nd half.
                      When I un-box the product I found that the motor top on which jars are getting fixed is not properly aligned. It looks down at one side. Result of this if we attach Juice sieve it touched the body of the Juicer when start rotating.

                      I tried calling various times in PayTm Customer care number[protected] but did not get any option to connect with some customer care executive so that we can raise a complaint.
                      So I decided to raise a written complaint.

                      Though we have raised a request on Philips service center. They have not visited our place as of now.

                      Please give me some direct number where I can raise my complaint because if this issue does not get resolved then we might have to raise a replacement request.

                      Please assist.

                        I have ordered an Electrolux ES18M5C 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 .Recieved it on May 24 at 3.30 PM with Order# [protected] .called service guys to install it today and found out door unit is damaged oil/gas got leaked and packet is filled with it.

                        I need replacement as soon as possible .Really not sure how could you send such trash to people this is not acceptable .Heard of Paytm as fraud and fake company experienced it now unneccesarily wasting time and money of customers.
                        Just close your company if you are unable to resolve issues.
                        Did paytm replaced it...? thanks for placing this info... as i was about to order it... now after reading your review wont do that...

                          This bhupender kumar befor some days one of my friends had order two jeans from paytm. Paytm marketplace order #[protected]

                          I have to return this product but yet no body is there to pic up the item. I have already talked with customer care they told me that within 24 hr some one will be there to pic up the item. Nobody is there to pic up it has already 5 days..

                            I placed an order for the mentioned trimmer at Paytm for Rs 34 which got confirmed on 21st of may and i got the mail regarding the Order no. [protected] with the estimated delivery 25-28th May and the shipping date 23rd May. And the other they cancelled it themselves and i got the mail regarding that. I called the customer care and talked to Aman Powarwal about the scenario and when he couldn't provide me the solution I requested him to make me talk his senior. He said i wont be able to connect you to my senior as he's not available right now and i asked him that why have you guys mentioned 24*7 service on the website then. So he kept me on hold and connected me to his senior(Brijesh Tripathi) who as also unable to resolve the issue and connected me to his senior(Piyush Goyal) and again same thing happened and he connected me to his senior (Rishabh Tyagi) who told me it was a technical error and the solution is you have to place new order.But the price was increased by then.

                                I have ordered "sony micro sd card 16 gb class 10 memory card with adapter" with order number [protected]. I haven't received the product till now. On 16th may, my order item status changes to delivered. I have raised a complain related to this with complain number "02278781". I got a online receipt from you displaying my false signature. Its almost 10 days now raising this concern. This time it was just memory card. I am worried if i would have ordered some costly item. I will think twice before ordering anything from paytm

                                  Hi All,
                                  I have placed an order on first cry on[protected] through paytm wallet payment and on the screen it says order has been completed. Later after few minutes I have received an email saying order has been cancelled and amount 1071.70 (description - OS PAYTM ref no - pg-[protected]) has been deducted from my bank account.
                                  When I contacted first cry they said we haven't received the payment and we cancelled the order. For good they registered my complaint and they get back to me today saying we haven't received your payment for further clarification you can contact paytm. When I check with my bank they are saying if the not gone through then the amount will be revert back to you and they keeping me calm down. Who the hell have my money? After seeing reference, as per my understanding Paytm has my money please deduct that amount to card immediately within 24 to 48 hours.

                                    I booked a bus ticket through Paytm with RSR Travels on May 16th 2016 and my money was also debited in the amount of Rs.912.04. But the Travels didn't allow me to board the bus stating that this ticket booking is a double entry and they don't have any gateway with Paytm for bus ticket booking and advised not to book tickets using paytm. They also added that they never get any issues when tickets are booked using Redbus application. I am tried of explaining this issue to Paytm care but they are still giving same answer stating I have completed the journey and they are not taking any steps to check with the Travels whether I boarded the bus or not.
                                    My order id [protected]. Paytm is money pluckers from innocent customers.

                                      On 24-April-2016 I have transferred Rs.6000/- to Paytm Wallet from Axis Bank credit card.

                                      But after a month still month the amount is not deposited in Paytm Wallet.
                                      Axis Bank have confirmed that amount was transferred to Paytm.

                                      I have written twice/thrice to customer care of Paytm.
                                      This is my ticket no is 02523191, which i received on logging complain on Paytm website.

                                      Please refund the amount ASAP.
