After failure of my order no.[protected],[protected] of 230₹, 212₹ respectively. This failure amount if total 432₹ was submitted in my paytm cash. But now I am unable to use this cash in further use. I tried to recharge my phone, dish TV. But again & again order were failed with the same info message ' your bank didn't authorize this transaction. Please contact your bank with transaction number for details.' But what is the role of bank in this transaction, if the amount was initially deducted from my bank account and same was submitted in my paytm cash due to order failure.
Please, respond to me soon. Help me out. It's about trust I had with paytm not just money.
I also sent them mail. They replied after 2 days and with the request to contact your bank. I just cant understand the Role of bank. In transaction by paytmcash

My name is sanjay jharia I have paced an order to paytm and my order no is[protected] which has cost me rs.1020 the company has promissed me to return 40 percent cash back that amounted rs, 408. I have paced my order on 04 April 2015 and got it on 11 April 2015 after paying the whole amount that is 1020 but so far no bask back added to my registered mo no. that is [protected]. I have made about 4 conversations to paytm but no satisfactory answer has been sent to me so far please help me sort out my problem thank you.
