Paytmsdk — IRCTC refund issue on cancellation of ticket

On cancellation of ticket booked on 03.04.17 for journey date 09.04.17 in bramhaputra mail (14056) pnr no. [protected] from mldt to ncb, transaction id [protected], irctc is showing that rupees 490 has been refunded to bank paytmsdk. But the amount has not been credited to my bank account yet. Refund date is showing as per irctc 10.04.2017. Let me know the reason for this inconvenience.

I have booked tickets and later cancelled them from irctc made paytm transaction while payment of tickets...IRCTC status shows refund since 15th feb there is no money refunded in my paytm wallet...please refund my money as soon as possible

On cancellation of tatkal ticket booked on 29.04.2017 for journey date 29.04.2017 in Lokshakti mail (22927) pnr no. [protected] from BDTS to ST, transaction id [protected], irctc is showing that rupees 1480 has been refunded to bank paytmsdk. But the amount has not been credited to my bank account yet. Refund date is showing as per irctc 30.04.2017. Let me know the reason for this inconvenience.

I tried to book a tatkal ticket by irctc app on 10.8.2017 through paytm gateway by Andhrabank debit card.amount has debited. But ticket not booked.. In irctc website shows that Rs. 1605 has sent to PAYTMDSK on 12.8.2017. But the amount not credited into my A/c till now. Kindly solve my problem..

But the amount has not been credited to my bank account yet. Refund date is showing as per irctc 22.08.2017. Let me know the reason for this inconvenience. plz deposite as soon as possible.

I've Booked the ticket on 31 dec 2017 and cancelled it immediately. As per the Refund history i should have got it on 3 january 2018. i didn't get the money Either in Paytm or Indian bank. Refund column says refunded to bank PAYTMSDK. It's been one week still i get the refund.

Did you get your money ?
I have two failed transaction no. [protected] & [protected] for Rs. 905 each. Amount has been deducted from my account for both transaction
IRCTC refund statement says they have refunded the amount 905/- for both transaction to paytmsdk on the date 11-jan-2018.
but still I have not received the payment in my account.
It is requested to please pay my amount Rs 1810 back to my account.

WHY PAYTMDSK HOLDS THE REFUNDS OF CONSUMER?
I cancelled my E-ticket on 24/01/2018 the following are my PNR - [protected] & PNR - [protected] till that date I haven't received any refund yet. It is so shameful act that paytmdsk holds on the refund of IRCTC customers . The amount that is to be refunded is 2430 & 1660 .
Now It's my suggestion to all viewers that not to use paytmdsk as payment method who uses debit/credit card / netbanking instead of that go for Billdesk or don't book from IRCTC if you have 50-50 of traveling.
