      Hi Team,

      Already i clearly given /details about the transaction in my complaint

      i was paid Andhra Pradesh property Tax in May 25th 2022 amount of 3, 192.00/- using PayU option in the Tax web site.. i did not received any payment transaction message either its success / failed . i waited almost 8hr and did not refresh the page to know the result page.

      The amount was debited in my bank account.
      below was the message which i received .
      ICICI Bank Acct XX823 debited for Rs 3192.00 on 26-May-22; Payu Payments P credited. UPI:[protected]. Call 18002662 for dispute. SMS BLOCK 823 to [protected].

      below is my my bank statement .
      UPI/[protected]/UPI/yellowqr.183597/HDFC BANK
      LTD/ICI03e21e7bb1974aeaa5c0454a74071c94/ 3, 192.00

      i checked with ICICI bank about this transaction they said transaction was successful. but when i was checked with Mee seva they said they did not received the amount and in Andhra Pradesh Tax website the amount not at credited(showing still due in site).
      i did not received any refund of 3, 192.00/- till date.

      please share the transaction payment receipt(from PayU to AP tax) . In Meeseva they are asking the payment receipt.

      today(01-Dec-2022) also we checked Andhra Pradesh Property tax site/ Meeseva its Cleary says they did not received the any payment. and i was checked with my bank directly they said, successful transaction to PayU, your are saying its transferred. please provide your transfer/transaction ID which money transferred Money(3, 192/-) from PayU to Merchant. its a Property Tax so, if you not resolved this issue it will more complicated. ..showing still due in Andhra Pradesh Property tax website.

      and please be clear here Merchant means?(Merchant name)

      and what you given emailed ID for help desk via help.payu.in.. i try to send the email but its saying please enter valid email address. so, please provide valid email id. and contact number

      please see below attached Gpay snip .. you can see in Gpay snip its To PayU Payments Pvt Ltd.

      please refund my amount else., provide receipt/Id of amount transfer from PayU to Merchant. (Govt of Andhra Pradesh)..

          My PayU Merchant ID 8570584

          From 10/05/2022 to 23/07/2022 i revenue ₹54500 amount via PayU Payment Button. After charging PayU servive fee, GST, etc; i have to recieve ₹53, 113.80 from PayU. But PayU put this settlement is on hold.

          So i try to contact them for help, but i found they have not any helpline contact number or any physical office at any city near me. After that i try to chat with their bot system, where they answered me "Your settlement is on-hold." I also rised ticket and submit required documents, but there customer support do not solve my query.

          I am paying their all service fee, taxes, etc. Then why i wait for more than last 6 months for my money ? Why they behave like a fraud ? I have been suffering from this headache for the past 6 months.

          Its my humble request to PayU team please release my settlement amount as soon as possible.

                        PayUMoney — ASI ticket not generated but amount deducted

                        I have tried to book 5 online tickets for Akbar's tomb, agra from the QR code available in the monument.
                        I opened the website and made payment of Rs.175 using my upi id.
                        I approved the payment from BHIM app.
                        Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not genereted and payment page showed that payment failed.
                        I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.

                        Transaction date and time is- 25/11/2020 8:23 A.M.

                          Sir I ordered 2 kurtis on 18nov and payment done for them of rupees 505 and till now no goods is delivered and they don't made any refund.. Please help me out of this.

Rs 1839 paid by me through MPCZ Portal ( Official portal of MP ELECTRICITY) by PAYU payment gateway, but transaction failed and amount Rs 1839 got debited from my side, (transaction id- UPI/[protected] and i also complained many times from 11/11/2022 but still i cant get my issue resolved. The bill is not updated yet, its still due.
                                  Earlier they were saying that amount will show in few days, and as of now one of the customer service guy telling that we cant do anything from here, go and check to zonal office..But again i called and the other guy saying, you dont have to go the office...I am not convinced what they all are talking about.. my due date to pay the bill is near..Also I am not living in that city..Kindly resolve this matter.

                                    I have booked my tickets for taj mahal visit via payu on 13/11/2022, transaction was successful but tickets never generated.                                         I made a payment via PayU Payments with UPI transaction ID[protected] for an amount of INR 259 on Nov 2, 2022. I reported the fraud to the bank but the bank denied any show since its a UPI transaction. I need this to be reversed ASAP.
