Already i clearly given /details about the transaction in my complaint
i was paid Andhra Pradesh property Tax in May 25th 2022 amount of 3, 192.00/- using PayU option in the Tax web site.. i did not received any payment transaction message either its success / failed . i waited almost 8hr and did not refresh the page to know the result page.
The amount was debited in my bank account.
below was the message which i received .
ICICI Bank Acct XX823 debited for Rs 3192.00 on 26-May-22; Payu Payments P credited. UPI:[protected]. Call 18002662 for dispute. SMS BLOCK 823 to [protected].
below is my my bank statement .

i checked with ICICI bank about this transaction they said transaction was successful. but when i was checked with Mee seva they said they did not received the amount and in Andhra Pradesh Tax website the amount not at credited(showing still due in site).
i did not received any refund of 3, 192.00/- till date.
please share the transaction payment receipt(from PayU to AP tax) . In Meeseva they are asking the payment receipt.
today(01-Dec-2022) also we checked Andhra Pradesh Property tax site/ Meeseva its Cleary says they did not received the any payment. and i was checked with my bank directly they said, successful transaction to PayU, your are saying its transferred. please provide your transfer/transaction ID which money transferred Money(3, 192/-) from PayU to Merchant. its a Property Tax so, if you not resolved this issue it will more complicated. ..showing still due in Andhra Pradesh Property tax website.
and please be clear here Merchant means?(Merchant name)
and what you given emailed ID for help desk via help.payu.in.. i try to send the email but its saying please enter valid email address. so, please provide valid email id. and contact number

please refund my amount else., provide receipt/Id of amount transfer from PayU to Merchant. (Govt of Andhra Pradesh)..

As checked, this is a successful transaction via payment Id[protected] at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant Government of Andhra Pradesh directly to get the status at their end.
