    Hello, I have complaint regarding the payu payment settlement. I have received around 30k+ thousands after selling in-game service from my site.

    received settlement of 20k but 10k is stuck.

    Note there's no chargeback made yet. reputation is good.

    I don't know where to reach out them because chat support is Robot.

    Here's my merchant id : 8049409

    Please review my account again and you can hold for as much as you can to check for any possible chargeback. But please do not hold it forever because I'll be in loss.

            Dear payumoney team,

            I had made a transaction of rs 2752.48/- through payumoney, the transaction was successful, but i did not receive the receipt of the same on my registered email id.
            The transaction details are as below:-

            Since i have to have to get the merchant id to download my form from ruhs website and submit in the college within 3 days, it is requested to kindly provide me the receipt it is very very urgent.

              100 of costumers transaction on this money transfer protocol on cosmoskraft.com
              But now payu money not providing the actual details of cosmoskraft.com.
              And helping in money refund instead saying to contact my own bank...
              All details available on payu money.
              Hope when I file some more case where this is going to be return money or forward me to China based company where all the money transfered without my concern my money gone to international transactions.
