I booked ticket on ircrtc.co.in costing amount of 1380 on 29/01/2018. The bank was allahabad bank and payment gateway was payumoney. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account.in irctc website it is showing payment refunded on 3/05/2018 but still is not credited in my allahabad bank account. What should i do now??? Where is my money credited??

    Dear sir,

    I tried booking 2 tickets on 30th april 2018, via your service on the irctc site.

    Whereas the amount was deducted from the account, your bank has not responded and the ticket was not booked. Kindly refund me for the same

      I tried to book a railway ticket through irctc App on may 01, 2018. But at the time of transaction pay u money deducted money from my bank a/c. Later i found my ticket was not booked and irctc showed that the ticket was not booked because they did not get any response from pay u money. That money also not refunded in my a/c also. So please take some initiative to arrange a refund for my not booked ticket...

          Sir,
          I paid bbmp property tax from my kotak bank account [protected] debit card through your concern bbmpkarpayu, on 30/04/2018 for which i am charged convenience +get fee of rs.377.39 from your concern wherein no such taxed exist on bbmp property tax.
          Kindly look into the matter and refund the extra amount collected from. On enquiry with the bank they are dis iwning their responsibility for the transaction through byou. Do needful, otherwise i may have to understand that i am cheated from you and may bring the same to the notice of rbi and other departments of govt.

          In continuation to my previous complaint, I wish to inform I got cheated from your company official Suraj who pH no.+[protected]. He called me and taken all the details from me including the otp no. and got transferred RS 10, 000/-from my account [protected] illegally. If the official is Suraj and his pH no are genuine take immediate action to return my amount RS.10, 000/- +377- 39=1377.39

          Further please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

          In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the further process.

            kind your information, i trying to pay my emi to paysence by payU online payment. 1st time my transaction failed shwoign amount is debited but the 2nd time maid but 02 time money was deducted from my account.

            i contact to my financier. he told me amount received was only 01 time.

                The bank was hdfc (Credit card) and payment gateway was payu money. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account & tickets were not booked..

                    Yesterday (02/05/2018; 13.17: 29.0) i made a transfer of ₹ 1, 38, 000 from axis bank through payumoney, i received a message from my axis bank the amount ₹1, 38, 000 debited from the account. But the amount is not credited into benifficiary account. After a while i got message from payumoney transaction failed, the amount is not credited in my bank account so far, please resolve it, do the needful help.

                    I had booked a ticket on IRCTC and the payment was done through PAYUMOB . Due to some personal reason I cancelled my ticket but I have not received the refund yet. According to the IRCTC website the refund was done on 24 /04/2018 but my account is not credited.

                      I made transaction through payubiz gateway to airbnb. They cancelled my reservation and said they refunded it to payubiz account. So i request payubiz please transfer that money to my bank account by which i made payment.
                      The transcation number which i received from airbnb for refund is [protected].

                        I booked a railway ticket from TPJ to CLT through irctc App and payment done through my Rupay debit card, now i cancelled my railway ticket and amount is not refunded to my bank account it shows amount refunded to payumoney, so how amount will get refund to my bank account. I did not have any account with payumoney then how will i get my amount in my bank account

                          I booked a ticket from irctc application using my SBI debit card using PayUMoney pament gateway of Rs 2210 on 18th April, 2018 and cancelled it on 19th April, 2018 and after that IRCTC refunded the money back to the PayUMoney on 23rd April, 2018 but the money is not reflected in my bank account even on 2nd May, 2018.

                              A purchase worth rs. 5000 on pos [protected] at #[protected] is not done by the account holder p. J georgekutty and hence kindly stop the transaction and refund the money.
                              Kindly look into this matter.
                              Someone fraudulent is acting behind it and this requires your urgent attention.
                              Narration of the incident: i got a call saying my aadhar card is not linked with the atm card and hence it will be blocked. But i had already submitted by aadhar card details. My atm card for the account ending with 13572 has been blocked it says invalid transaction.

                              I got a call from the no.[protected]

                              They called me several times and i received messages from sib saying some otp is generated and on top of that he already had my account details because the messages usually goes to my mom's no. And the no was sent to my mom's no.

                              Then he asked for details of a another card saying it's for being the nominee. The card details of my father's account was shared. It's a joined account with my mother

                              Rs. 30000 has been deducted from that account.

                              After which a message was received saying that the sbi atm card has been blocked.

                                Yesterday i tried to book a railway ticket through irctc. But at the time of transaction pay u money deducted money from my bank a/c. Later i found my ticket was not booked and irctc showed that the ticket was not booked because they did not get any response from pay u money. That money also not refunded in my a/c also. So please take some initiative to arrange a refund for my not booked ticket. This incident happened in 01/05/2018.

                                If the transaction was successful then why the tickets were not booked. Irctc said they did not get any response from the bank but u r saying somthing else. The money is my hard earned money and if my money will not refunded soon in my bank a/c i will knock the door of court. Dont play with me. Try to play honest. 😡😡😡

                                  Someone called as a fake bank employee dated 3042017 around 3:15 pm. He asked for my card details and otp which was generated through payu money.. Following are the otp which i got - (187479, 469254, 313190). After a while i continuously got massges of transactions done through my card.                                     I ordered a book from amirchandsultanchand.com and the payment was made through payumoney. The payment was charherd from the credit card but there was no confirmation of the order. At the payment gateway the transaction made to payu was succesful but then the page kept loading and there was no confirmation of the order. After a few minutes the page stopped loading and the transaction was failed. But the amount has still been deducyed from my credit card. Please resolve this at the earliest.

                                      I paid a tax amount of rs.9669.00 towards bbmp property tax for the year 2018-19 on 30.04.2018 using my debit card issued by bank of india. The tax amount was supposed to be 9669.00 but in my account an amount of rs.9772.79 is debited there by charging an extra amount of rs.103.79.
                                      Hence let me know the detail for the extra money debited in my account. Is it towards your charges?
