Hi,

I have paid my bengaluru property tax for[protected] via payu gateway. The transaction/challan id:[protected] and app no: [protected]. The payment was done from my icicibank net banking on april 10, 2018. At that time the payment status said: "payment transition" and now it says "validity expired". The money has been charged from my account. However bbmp says the payment is not made and hence i am unable to download the receipt.

Please check, confirm and let me know the resolution asap.

I contacted bank regading this, their reply is

Dear mr. Vengadasamy,
Greetings from icici bank.

With reference to your e-mail, we would like to inform you that the debit transaction of inr 6119.00 has been successfully debited and transferred to biller with the reference number[protected].

Further for any unsuccessful transaction at the biller end, the funds will be returned to your account within 7 days.

If the amount is not reversed within 7 days, we request you to check with the biller and provide confirmation from the biller that the amount was not received at the biller end.

    And i've cancel the ticket in two days after my transaction from irctc connect app the transaction status is refunded and date was 23-april-2018 but i don't have any info and amount that was credited or refunded in to my account it was so pity that you people are not so attentive towards the transactions and my transaction i'd -[protected]

      Tax amount of rs.14668 was paid from my bank account in hdfc bank (Internet banking) using payu gateway option.

      My bank account got debited for the amount but the bbmp did not get the credit of the same amount.

      Has this been resolved? I am facing same problem. Money deducted from bank account, PayU confirmed transaction is success(through email response to my question), BBMP site said it is failed.
      No receipt has been generated. BBMP officers are not really helping in this case. They said keep referring to other BBMP office.
      Any idea how to resolve this?

          We've used payumoney for our online transactions of our website but payumoney is not processing the payment. Inspite of repeatedly calling more than 30 times they are not doing the verification and hoarding out money. We had to close our website and do fascilitate cash on delivery for our business.               I purchased a product from tarun gill fitness, paid via net banking through payu, after otp verification the gateway crashed and i wasn't redirected to merchant site thus failing order placement. However money was deducted and credited to ibibo ltd as per my bank statement and the next day it was settled totarun gill. The previous purchase i made didn't have any such issue and money was settled to tgf, reflecting the same way in my bank statement as well as payu dashboard.
              I highly suspect that the payment gateway crash was the only reason merchant couldn't process my order.
              I have lost my money and no response from merchant as well as payu who is asking 3-4 days just to contact me. This is highly irresponsible as my money is valuable and i need complete refund.

              Why dont you explain the mismatch in merchant details in my bank statement and PAYU dashboard.

              As I said the transaction reflects in my bank statement as credited to IBIBO PVT LTD and not Tarun gill fitness

                  Got a unanimous call from a person ([protected]). She asked call from sbi credit card section and also he asked regarding the credit card number, ccv number & otp. Unknowingly shared the data with her by myself. Amount of rs 8876 and 8773 has debited from my credit card account at 5:10 PM on 19/04/18 . Kindly block the transaction whose id is[ SBI Card ending XX9423 at PAYU MONEY on 19/04/1]. Kindly do the needful to remit my amount as early as possible.

                  Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

                  In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the further process.

                                  Payu has not released my payment to merchant even after so many days.

                                  Now, when I sent an email to Payu, they reply by claiming "that the payment ID[protected] is successful."

                                  However their own site says "money with payu money" ----which means it is not yet released to the merchant.

                                  In the meantime, the merchant has cancelled my order.

                                  Payu should either refund the money or release it to the merchant. why are They holding onto the cash yet claim that the payment is "successful".

                                  this is a fraud or what?

                                        Hello, i tried to book my train ticket from irctc on 14th april, 2018 on tatkal quota. The train number is 12510 and my boarding was to be from guwahati (Ghy) to bangalore (Bnc). My ticket booking was unsuccessful but the money got deducted from my bank account. During the payment i chose payu as the payment gateway. They have initiated the refund and it's been 6 days and still i haven't received the money in my account. The transaction id is [protected] and refund id is [protected]. They have refunded the money to payu, i know that. But payu has not returned my money. Don't you dare to think that you can block or eat my money for so many days. Refund my money to my bank right now. Check everything on the following screenshot and refund my amount right now

                                        3) Transaction date= 14/04/2018 and time is 10 AM to 10:03 AM. Amount is 2780 INR.

                                        4) Email id or phone number is not available as because while we book a ticket on irctc and select PayU as the gateway (Credit/Debit Cards powered with PayU), then only PayU gateway page opens where we don't have to login or signup with PayU, instead we just have to enter our Card Number, Expiry, CVV, and OTP to complete the transaction. Don't you know that?

                                        5) First 6 digits of my card= 459115 and last 4 digits of my card= 3169 and it is SBI VISA card.

                                        6) No UPI/VPA handle was used for this transaction.

                                        Below I have attached two screenshots, one is of the text message that I received from my bank after my money got deducted and the second one is from my irctc account which clearly denotes that PayU was the payment gateway and the ticket booking was not successful, yet my money got deducted and I havent got the refund yet. So please return my money right now or else I'm gonna lodge a complaint againts PayU
