    I booked a ticket through the irctc app on 02 may 2018 and the payment was through my debit card. On cancellation of the ticket, it shows that the refund amount as been sent to payumoney, in which i don't have an account. How do i get the refunded amount to my bank account?

But ticket cancels because of a waiting list on IRCTC portal its showing money has been refunded back to Payumoney but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account.           I booked a railway ticket from chennai egmore to tirunelveli through irctc website and payment done through my debit card now i cancelled my railway ticket and amount is not refunded to my bank account it shows amount refunded to payumpp so how amount will get refund to my bank account.             Payumoney has not yet transferred money into my accounts.
            I organized an event called 'tedxskcet' on february 13th, 2018 in coimbatore, tn, india. The team decided to use this platform for transfer of cash from the registered participants to my sbi account. The participants had registered for the event by providing rs.500 or rs.1000 as per their needs. I haven't yet received the amount. There were more participants who registered and participated.
            I have provided all my documents several times to the company. They had worst customer case. And mr. Ayush kumar was the one who was speaking to me regarding this. He is an employee of that company. I had asked for the manager's mail id as well. There is no response. And also i have called to the customer care several times. No response. I have proof of everything i have done.
            Also, i have mentally being irritated by the way they treat this issue. I was not well and they asked me to, again and again, go to the banks for the bank verification which i submitted long back with all the proofs they asked. Also, i have submitted the passbook of my bank with all my details in it as per they asked me to do.
            I would like to get back my amount as soon as possible.

                I was booking ticket from aligarh to deoria sadar through irctc. I did the payment through payumoney interface provided by irctc portal. Unfortunately payment was settled but ticket was not booked. Irctc had already refunded the deducted amount to payumoney, 8 days hasbeen passed but these guys does not refund the money to my account. Regarding i did 20 call but every time they refuses to refund it. They told me it is responsibility of irctc.

                  I paid my bbmp property tax online via https://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in ON 05/08/2018 . I was suppose to pay 14794. First attempt i payed via net banking and it came as transaction failed. Second attempt also it showed as transaction failed. but in my bank account cash has been debited double time i.e 29, 588 .And in payment status of bbmp website its showing paid amount 0.00. requesting u to refud the amount

                        i have contacted BBMP office for refund but they told please contact PAY U for reversal of your amount which BBMP have not received.
                        kindly get this sorted its already 19 days both PAYU & BBMP are blaming each other.

                          I Rahul Kumar booked online ticket through irctc app in TATKAL for train No. 12715 (SACHKHAND EXPRESS) on 27.04.2018.

                          The ticket was not confirmed so the same was cancelled by me. I also got confirmation message from irctc that my 2190 rupess will be refunded with in 3-4 days but it has been more than a week i did not receive any money. As per irctc app Refund id is [protected].Please look in to the matter and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                            I had done two transactions both on 28th of april via payu on irctc for booking tickets and one of rs. 70 was successfull with ticket being booked but i later cancelled that ticket and irctc is showing refund status as "refunded" but it has not reached my account yet. The irctc transaction is [protected]. And the second transaction was of rs. 205 but in this, the ticket was not created but the balance got deducted and not yet recieved by the account.
                            So i would like to request to please take some action on these transaction so that i can recieve my money as soon as possible.

                                    Sry sir last mail was wrong information added,
                                    I have book ticket in 6th may 2018 in kalindi express. But at the time of transaction pay u money deducted money 385 from my bank a/c. Later i found my ticket was not booked and irctc showed that the ticket was not booked because they did not get any response from pay u money. That money also not refunded in my a/c also. So please take some initiative to arrange a refund for my not booked ticket..

                                      I made a ticket booking on 28th april 2018 in betwa express through irctc. The ticket didn't get booked and the amount was deducted. The amount was rs. 815. Refund status on irctc website shows sent to bank as sent to payumoney but the money isn't reflected in the bank account the refund id is [protected].
