Payumoney has not yet transferred money into my accounts.
I organized an event called 'tedxskcet' on february 13th, 2018 in coimbatore, tn, india. The team decided to use this platform for transfer of cash from the registered participants to my sbi account. The participants had registered for the event by providing rs.500 or rs.1000 as per their needs. I haven't yet received the amount. There were more participants who registered and participated.
I have provided all my documents several times to the company. They had worst customer case. And mr. Ayush kumar was the one who was speaking to me regarding this. He is an employee of that company. I had asked for the manager's mail id as well. There is no response. And also i have called to the customer care several times. No response. I have proof of everything i have done.
Also, i have mentally being irritated by the way they treat this issue. I was not well and they asked me to, again and again, go to the banks for the bank verification which i submitted long back with all the proofs they asked. Also, i have submitted the passbook of my bank with all my details in it as per they asked me to do.
I would like to get back my amount as soon as possible.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
