Dear sir/madam i have been cheated by one of payumoney registered vendor sandeep singh of holiday square the vendor has done fraud and not providing the service for the payment was made i have contacted payumoney but they say they cannot do anything and the vendor has cheated many other people this has raised big questions on pm digital compagain. Request you to please take up this matter with payumoney. My transaction i'd with payumoney is[protected] amount 9965 dated 03.02.17 please take this matter with the concerned i have lost my hard earned money please help in getting it refund. Payumoney is involved making fool of customers and promoting fraud. I have been discussing this with there customer care and they are giving me excuses after excuses. Payumoney is controlled by ravi singh and his phone is[protected] and email is ravi. [protected]@payumoney.com. Ravi has a brother sandeep singh who runs fraud company in noida at tel.[protected]. The fraud companies are holiday squares and thetripplaners which use payumoney for taking money and don't give clients the hotel deal... If you can kindly email ravi ; they will force sandeep to give them money and then payumony will refund me. I have told payumoney that according to rbi rules the merchant has to be disclosed as he is registered with payumoney and they would be partners in crime and fraud. So rbi will cancel payumoney licence. With above facts, payumoney will cooperate and they have given back money refund to many customers cheated before. I have their emails also if necessary. Dear PayUmoney team,

Please stop giving this response you all know Holiday Square is a fraud company and PayUmoney along with Holiday Square has cheated lot of innocent people. You have refunded money to many victims I have sent e mail to Ravi Singh also. There is lot news on Facebook and other social media the involvement of PayUmoney with Holiday Square as the money was paid via PayUmoney . Please refund the money as soon as possible and do not send generic reply. I have escalated this to PMO office also please beware.as we all victims are together if money not refunded we will to any limit to ensure PayUmoney licence gets cancelled . Hope you understand the gravity of the matter. Please refund money against the transaction id[protected].

All fraud merchants are using payumoney gateway. So it looks like fishy. Payumoney do not do background check or business model check of merchant. And also they will initially give reply to us like parrot and will not take any action on merchants. I had same issue with trip4holiday fraud merchant but raised the issue to CEO. Finally after 1 month money refunded by payumoney. Better to complain RBI as so many fraud mechants are there on this gateway

    A fraud transaction of rs 6988 was carried out on my credit card vide payment id[protected] on 31 aug 2017. Immediately a complain was lodged in lucknow cyber cell video complain no. 1241 within one hour. But my money has not been refunded till date. It's violations of rbi guidelines. You are requested to refund the money immediately as fraud was reported within 1 hour of incident.

          My payment id[protected] amount 12, 800/- rupees paid on 22nd april 2017. Now since last few days all the contacts of merchant are unreachable. The merchant has turned out to be fraud.
          How can a company like payu money got associated with such group. Is the payment provider part of all the scam. I have been using your gateway since quite a few years and trusted its service and credibility. But this merchant "http://www.trip4holiday.com" has cheated me with 12, 800/- and the payment was routed using your channel. No service provided from the merchant.
          Even payu is playing games. I tried to contact them 3 times 01284427, 01279796, 01270578 ticket number. No update or response from their side yet.
          I need my refund.

          Friends whoever see this complain please mind that payumoney is having only one answer like parrot. So please think and then choose the proper payment gateway. There would be no change in their comment or answer.
          The merchant is cheater and he has ran way. Their CEO or owner Nitin have taken money and not giving any service. So if you are not blocking the merchant then u will be responsible for all the fraud, because you are third party provide so it's your responsibility to take action against my complaint. After so many complaints as well there is no action or reply either from payu money. Explain how you are not part in the crime.

            I made a payment to harcourt butler technical university central bank account using your gateway on[protected]. The transaction was shown successful and amount was deducted from my state bank account. But money for the transaction id[protected] has not been received by the university yet. Please look into this matter and provide me with the relevant details if the transaction is successful from your side. The amount deducted was 17267.70 from sbi account.

                All respected viewers please listion. The "payumoney" is very big cheating groups in india. I was paid money rs 26499/ for based on payumoney purchase assurance and date 09.05.2017 still not resolve my compliment. I was many more time conduct and informe to payumoney but they are easy answered i am payment aggregator. The payumoney is given my assurance my payment summery. They are not done for the giving assurance.in this regarding very big problems issues in family. And my wife is went away. My family now hanging conditions. All my sutivations informed to payumoney heads. But they are not take for the giving assurance and not shortout my issues. They are only helped and worked suicide and cheating only.

                        I am apply the bihar police selection application for my friends. One friend application processed in 25th august rs.520.80 was deducted from my account.                         Then another friend i am trying 28th august 2017 for processing the bihar police selection application rs.182.80 deducted from my account. But no password and application no. Not come because transaction error message shown. After same time i trying the processing the payment through cit bhogliwal gateway, ie also error message shown. But today 31.08.2017 i received the payment rs.182.80 from cit bhogliwal gateway. Applicant name : sunita kumari kisku, mob :[protected].

                        Pay u money payment gateway money rs.520.80 and 182.80 was still today 1.09.2017 not refund. How can get the refund. Pls help to get my money.

                                  Hi, i have booked rail tickets through irctc and the gateway i have chosen was payu, i have cancelled the tickets and in the irctc site it is showing that refunded to bank and in the place of bank it is written as - payumpp and status showing refunded, the transaction and cancellation id's are [protected] & [protected] respectively. When i can expect the refund gets credited to my bank account through which i have made the payment originally.
