I placed an order on Craftsvilla for a dress material on 7th July;2017 of 1059 RS/- and have done online payment through PayU India gateway, money is deducted from my account but the order is not placed.

      I had paid my EDMC Property Tax thru payumoney on 29th June 2017 for amount Rs.986.90 ( including processing fees) . using PAYUmoney Gateway. The payment is deducted from my HDFC bank same day. but its not reflecting with EDMC portal . The payment id[protected]. My Property id no. is[protected].

      Kindly refer to the details and confirm the receipt. EDMC needs to generate my Receipt. Please approve so that the same can be done.

        I paid my electric bill on 28.6.17 but it was unsuccessful at first. but the money of Rs.670/ was debited from my account then again i paid the same amount Rs.670/ and this time it was successful.
        But till date i yet did not get my refund money of Rs.670/ back into my account. Please send me a toll free number by which I can contact someone to get my issue resolved

          Actually i was done my collage fee payment through debit card on payumoney. At the end it is showing that the transaction is failed but the money was already debited from the account. My payment i'd is[protected]... Total 10, 622/- is deducted from my account. It is showing that money will refund in 2 working days but already 3 days complited. Refill the money as early as possible

            My Pos machine service was transferred to you from Payumoney. The International card payment was enabled while the macine was under Payumoney. International payment was found deactivated since you took over the service. My request is pending for long time to activate international card payment, but your customer service is horrible. Any one hardly pick up the phone.

            I had contacted PayUMoney also but they are not helping me. They have sold me the PoS machine with the assurance that I will get support from them. But still now I am clueless about their support. - DKPL APPLIANCES, MID: [protected] TID: 0370800M

            I suggest all mearchants not to take PoS (Card Swipe Machine from private companies like PayUMoney or mSwipe.

              I had paid my edmc property tax thru my citibank credit card (Details mentioned in following mail) on 4th june at 4:11 pm for amount rs.1425.27 (Including processing fees. Property tax is rs.1411) using payu gateway. The payment is deducted from my credit card but its not reflecting with edmac. The approval id generated by bank was 677867. My property record no. Is[protected]. This was at payu.in-uti.

              Kindly refer to the details and confirm the receipt. Edmc needs to generate my receipt. Please approve so that the same can be done.

                I bought steam wallet for 2500 and still haven't got the code.actually it doesn't take long to get the code in the registered email..can you please do something..

                  Myself Manvender Singh from Bikaner, In month of December 2016 I received call call from [protected] The Trip Planers and One Mr.Chirag [protected] was there he told me about the holiday package and assured free gift of Samsung j7 or Samsung digital camera with 7 Nights and 8 days package at the rate of 19, 888 rupees for Himachal Pradesh which I opted for samsung j7 mobile. I booked my package In month of January 2017 with half payment of Rs 9988/ {Payment ID[protected] date 09.01.2017 Amt 9988}. After making of payment I received a call from Mr. Rahul Srivastava {[protected]} he told to me that he is from accounts department of Trip planers he told if I not pay rest amount of package the cost of package will increases so on month of February 2017 I pay rest amount of rs 9900/ {Payment Id[protected] date 02.02.2017 amt 9900}. After that in month of April 2017 I send booking request for month May 2017 and I also booked my travel ticket accordingly but they didn't reply, then I make a call to him but they give not any satisfactory answer, so I mail them for refund of payment but mail got bounce, then In month of June 2017 I am visit his giving office address " The Trip planers Plot No-20, 21, Sector-135, Noida-201301" but there is no any office of these company.
                  the trip planers company is a fraud company.
                  Now their website www.thetripplaners.com is also not working.
                  Dear Pay U money I believe on this company bcaz they give reliable payment link of your company.
                  I want my amount back if They not return my payment back I will filed criminal complained against both of you.

                    Request you to take immediate action against TrueHoliday.in for Fraud and Online cheating in the name of promotional offer and not returning customer money for duplicate payment as well for many customers.

                    Under a promotional offer, True Holiday team has committed me to give a Dell Laptop gift with a package of Rs 11, 666. After making payment they are not responding to my emails and not giving proper response on customer care number as well. They have also cheated me by getting duplicate payment done through payumoney which they said will be refunded in 24 hours but its been more than ONE MONTH and no refund received and no Dell laptop gift.

                    I did 2 payments on 22nd May of 11, 666+11, 666 and now I want my money to be refunded for both of my payments done by payment gateway of PayUMoney.

                    REFUND PROCEDURE.

                    I had also paid money to true holidays but i got the money back.
                    What you should do
                    1- file a dispute complaint with lawyer's help against the third party via which the transaction is done. Eg payu money
                    Dispute should be that payu money is doing tie up with fraud company without doing any background check on them and you processed the money as payu money is a trusted source. And ask the refund from payu money
                    2- once they agree they will deduct service tax or gst from the account and you would get the rest of the money back.
                    3- I would advice to keep your bank RM in between who would communicate with payu money finance dept and get the money back.
                    4 i have received my money back. It may take 1-2 months

                        On pay u money portal I have seen that delhi jal board is an authorized biller so added 16927 into my wallet so I can make the payment but I am not getting the option to pay the bill through my wallet amount.

                        So please look into the issue and resolve it ASAP or refund the wallet amount in source account.

                            I sold bajaj platina to ankit katariya and he asked me to receive the payment through credit card so i used payumoney to receive payment. He payed through payumoney on 22 june 14:06 and it was notified by payumoney that i have received payment of rs. 34000 for which i have sent invoice to customer so i delivered the product to customer. They say that they settle amount of merchants everyday but my transaction on 22 june no.[protected] of rs 34000 still not settled and just shows settlement in progress.

                              I got a call from mr. Radhey varma on 28.01.17 and and sold a travel package of rs. 9, 744 with 28 days refund policy and a mobile phone as gift once i brought they said the gift is posted which i did received but it was a bag so i called to which they said that was just to confirm my address and now they will post the mobile

                              As that did not come i called them again

                              But now they are saying you can only get gift once my 10 friends buys the travel package from them.

                              So i wanted to cancel the trip to which they are saying non refundable

                              This is complete case of fraud and cheating.

                                On 20.03.2017 i paid exam fee to manonmanian sundaranar university of amount 850 through payumoney. The amount was deducted but transaction does not happened. Additionally to the same merchant i once again paid the fee which was successfully done. Now i request you to resolve and refund my 850 back into my account.

                                  Hello payumoney team,

                                  On 19th june of 2017 at around 9am, i was adding ola money on wallet using payumoney.

                                  I made transaction of rs.599 on that date. But due to internet problem it was failed due to which it was deduced from my bank & not added to ola money.

                                  I don't have transaction id for payumoney as it was guest i was hurry during transaction as i have to book cab.

                                    How can only with my debit card details and ccv number... Anyone can purchase anything from payu money?... Without any sms confirmation?

                                    Payu money should opted for sms confirmation before deducting anything from bank account.

                                    My account was deducted with rs. 7679 with

                                    Please investigate this transaction and refund me asap.
                                    Or give me details about the person mobile number which used my debit card on payu money

                                      I had to pay my fees at deccansociety.com of rs.6125 within 3 day time limit. I payed my fees through icici bank and the amount was successfully debited from my credit-card but my fee status says that i have no paid the fees yet.

                                      The payment was through payumoney. I visited icici bank and they showed us transaction was successful and the money is hanging with the merchant, that is payumoney only!

                                      Please reach to this quickly because tomorrow is the last day of submission of receipt of fee. I have attached photograph of the reciept that appeared on screen when amount was debited (Which i screenshot) which quickly changed into "transaction failed".
                                      The reciept i have attached is rejected by the college as they did not recieve the money.
