I booked a order from true holiday in happy hours on 05/06/2017.. They said that a gadgets lenovo tab or samsung j7 prime phone will be given as assuered gift with this booking order with in 7 days. But till now no service is provided from true holiday company.

But it was fraud. I am requested to you that its your...

I have paid money through debit card and i received the confirmation message which describes the successful transaction but whereas i refer the meeseva app there i was indicated that the payment was failed but the money from my bank account was debited. So now i need my money back or get transaction successful. I request you to help me in getting refunded....

Payu money is allow payment to process without doing any verification of company..
I have already requested email to payumoney support, and they promise to take action but nothing so far..

I am requesting payumoney to take action against this fraud company..

I have transferred rs.1492/- two times on 20/02/2017 through my sbi debit card of sbi towards my airtel mobile/landline bill. Whereas i was supposed to have tgransferred rs.1492/- once only and buy mistake i made it two times.
Hence i requested airtel to reverse credit the one amount of rs.1492/- to my sbi savings account and they said that it was done on 28/03/2017. But so far the amount has not come to my account.

I had made payment of rs. 8801.21 though my indian bank account (A/c no [protected]) to ca praveen jindal for ca video lectures through payumoney. Full amount has been deducted from my bank account via pos id 11111247 on 12th june'17 however the merchant has not received the amount. I have also mailed you detailed problem with screenshot references at. [protected]@payumoney.com
So request you to please do the needful...

This complaint is regarding my non transfer of my payment to the party as on
12/06/2017 i made a payment to gcmmf of rs25000 at 28:00 pm. The specific amount was deducted from my a/c and after that pay u shows "error accoured unable to process" and after that the amount neither reached to the party and not to me please try to solve this soon as possible....

But they clearly informed that there is no such transaction... I also provided the as on date bank statement to the pay u deapartment. Dono where did that refund go...

Payumoney is one of the best and largest link web to pay to genuine merchant. But recently there are lot people have been cheated by trueholiday.in company which is not having any reputation and proper address mentioned on website.

These trueholiday people are one of the fake company from those gaziabad scam system. There are many fake companies runs by these gaziabad team and have target of 2/3 months and some large amount....

I have paid my property tax through netbanking (Karnataka Bank), the amount has been deducted from my account but the same is not reflecting on the website.

I have checked with my bank as well, and they have informed me the transaction is complete.

Below mentioned are my applications numbers, the amount paid and the date

I have paid BBMP Property Tax for 2017-18 through net banking, the amount is deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting in the BBMP Property Tax site. IT shows the paid amount is 0.00.

My transaction/challan number at BBMP is[protected]. and transaction id at Karnataka bank is [protected]

Let me know how to get it right and get my money accounted....

I made an online transaction of amount 20000.00 to digitalseva csc.gov.in through pay u money on 31/5/17. Transaction id was 7815271. Balance has been deducted from my account but payment has not been made to the other party. Please either refund the amount back to my bank account or complete the payment process as earlier as possible.

I ordered a home gym set of Rs 7764 from fitnesshubindia.com on 17th may 2017 but still the order is not yet shipped and when I asked for my refund to the Marchant they don't listen to their customer and keeps on lying to me that within 24 hrs i will get my money back but never get my money at all. The following transaction was made by my american express card and went through the payu payment gateway; however this was a fraudster calling and we need to block the transaction immediately.
