    On june 12th i made a payment of rs.926.20 under my citibank credit card. This payment is for 3 nos. Doxacard t eye drops bottle and i had to pay thru payu because they are the gate way for payment for netmed online medicine sellers.

    As soon as made the payment payu bank message appeared payment failure-click retry.in reality citibank already paid rs.926.06. However, believing payu bank message, i clicked and another payment was also made by citibank. The reference no. Of citibank for two payments are 027878 and 691823. From 12th june i have been following for refund of one ecxess payment withdrawn by payu bank., but they are repeatedly telling "their customer care representative will contact in 48 hours" i am 78 years old senior citizen and a pension earner. I have undergone two heart surgeries. I am in great tension as i am sure payubank wants to cheat me. I am in stress. Please instruct payu bank to refund my money also damages for mentel agony.         Hi all..

        I booked a order from true holiday in happy hours on 05/06/2017.. They said that a gadgets lenovo tab or samsung j7 prime phone will be given as assuered gift with this booking order with in 7 days. But till now no service is provided from true holiday company.
        I am regular customer of pay u money... On behalf o[censored] only.. I processed for payment
        But it was fraud. I am requested to you that its your duty to cancel my order or refund my booking amount as i am not happy with true holiday company service.

        If i will not get any satisfactory answer from your side then i will go in consumer forum against you (Pay u monay).
        Pay u money allow payment to process without doing any verification of company..
        I have already requested by email to pay u money support, and they promise to take action but nothing so far..

        I am requesting pay u money to take action against this fraud company..

            REFUND PROCEDURE.

            I had also paid money to true holidays but i got the money back.
            What you should do
            1- file a dispute complaint with lawyer's help against the third party via which the transaction is done. Eg payu money
            Dispute should be that payu money is doing tie up with fraud company without doing any background check on them and you processed the money as payu money is a trusted source. And ask the refund from payu money
            2- once they agree they will deduct service tax or gst from the account and you would get the rest of the money back.
            3- I would advice to keep your bank RM in between who would communicate with payu money finance dept and get the money back.
            4 i have received my money back. It may take 1-2 months

              I have transferred rs.1492/- two times on 20/02/2017 through my sbi debit card of sbi towards my airtel mobile/landline bill. Whereas i was supposed to have tgransferred rs.1492/- once only and buy mistake i made it two times.
              Hence i requested airtel to reverse credit the one amount of rs.1492/- to my sbi savings account and they said that it was done on 28/03/2017. But so far the amount has not come to my account.
              On my approach to my banker and the airtel, i was given a blunt reply that i need to contact payumoney. I am at my age 73 running and approaching different channel in vain and finally i could get this website through which i am approaching. Please help me in getting my hard earned money reversed.

                        Payumoney is one of the best and largest link web to pay to genuine merchant. But recently there are lot people have been cheated by trueholiday.in company which is not having any reputation and proper address mentioned on website.

                        These trueholiday people are one of the fake company from those gaziabad scam system. There are many fake companies runs by these gaziabad team and have target of 2/3 months and some large amount. Once they complete the target they vanish completely and you can not track or find them.

                        But my complaint is against of payumoney which is so large valuable link, how they do not verify the details of online companies before they have tie up with such fake company.

                        They shall verify and if the company has all the details and valid address along with all the details of proprietor then only they shall have tie up with them.

                        Payumoney is equally responsible for this scam.

                            I tried tatkal ticket fro IRCTC, unfortunately i select pyment gateway PayUMoney. It took more the 5 mins for transaction. However rest of the payment gateway does it in a minute. My transaction ID is [protected].
                            Awaiting for refund. I suggest never use such fraud service.

                              I have paid BBMP Property Tax for 2017-18 through net banking, the amount is deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting in the BBMP Property Tax site. IT shows the paid amount is 0.00.

                              Let me know how to get it right and get my money accounted....

                              I made an online transaction of amount 20000.00 to digitalseva csc.gov.in through pay u money on 31/5/17. Transaction id was 7815271. Balance has been deducted from my account but payment has not been made to the other party. Please either refund the amount back to my bank account or complete the payment process as earlier as possible.

                                I ordered a home gym set of Rs 7764 from fitnesshubindia.com on 17th may 2017 but still the order is not yet shipped and when I asked for my refund to the Marchant they don't listen to their customer and keeps on lying to me that within 24 hrs i will get my money back but never get my money at all. Even they start disconnecting my call and payUmoney is also not helping with this issue, instead letting me to face the problem by myself, instead of helping the customer payUmoney said they are helpless they can't do anything with it so i have to concerned with the Marchant by myself and if still they don't take up steps of refund i should contact cyber cell they said so don't trust them it's my humble request to all the customer.                                   They have been saying the same thing from the beginning that i need to complete the documentation. But i have done that. After that they are saying that my account has to be in a different category. They are making excuses again and again. It's been more than 60 days. They didnt resolved this issue.

                                      The following transaction was made by my american express card and went through the payu payment gateway; however this was a fraudster calling and we need to block the transaction immediately. When we called the credit card company, we were given an authorization code and asked to block the transaction with payu. However, it is practically impossible to speak to someone in payu.
