On june 12th i made a payment of rs.926.20 under my citibank credit card. This payment is for 3 nos. Doxacard t eye drops bottle and i had to pay thru payu because they are the gate way for payment for netmed online medicine sellers.
As soon as made the payment payu bank message appeared payment failure-click retry.in reality citibank already paid rs.926.06. However, believing payu bank message, i clicked and another payment was also made by citibank. The reference no. Of citibank for two payments are 027878 and 691823. From 12th june i have been following for refund of one ecxess payment withdrawn by payu bank., but they are repeatedly telling "their customer care representative will contact in 48 hours" i am 78 years old senior citizen and a pension earner. I have undergone two heart surgeries. I am in great tension as i am sure payubank wants to cheat me. I am in stress. Please instruct payu bank to refund my money also damages for mentel agony.
