Money is deducted from my bank account and not credited to BBMP tax system. The transaction reference no is Transaction ID - [protected].

Pay U never responds. Simply replied me a mail that says we have forwarded your complain to our merchant... We dont care for who is Pay U's merchant etc.

I want complaint to be resolved. Why the hell we should waste our time to follow up to register complaint.

BBMP never responds. Why the hell BBMP entertain such payment gateway systems which is not reliable enough.

Now, I do not know what to do, whether to make offline payment once again to BBMP or should I wait for Pay U response.

If pay u responds...then I can take a call.

      Yesterday i filled my admission application form and i used online mode for my fee payment and i used payumoney gateway for my application fees i followed all procedure and finally paid my fee of rs.1530 but after deduction of my fees payumoney not responded and stopped funtioning and when i saw my admission login again there was still payment pending then i again try and agian a transaction is made of rs.1530 towards thapar university and finally fees paid but my issue is my money is deduced twice and i want my rs.1530 back into my account. I am attaching a photo with this mail so you can easily confirm and i hide my account no. For my security.
      So please help me.

        It may be success full at your but these merchants are frauds and taking all the people money via payumoney. Why are you supporting these kind of merchants. First of all without having complete details of merchant how would you provide a gate way for transactions?? If you have complete details of this marchent pls provide me all the details of them or else you are the responsible for my lost money. I need a complete details of this marchant and my money should be refunded at any circumstances.

          I booked a train ticket in the morning as a guest login and they charged me 1505.70 rs.
          I am requesting them to cancel my ticket and refund my cash. They are giving me receipt of my payment and not my money back. This is completely not acceptable!
          This is to the the extreme now that m submitting the complaint here. They are making fool since the last 2-3 hours. Please help me! Maybe it's a small amount for them but for me 1500 rs means alot!

            They are collecting money on behalf of a company which is no longer in operation for the last few months. I made a booking on taxiforrent.com and paid inr 1450 for the same but to my surprise the said company has not been in operation for the last few months. Their customer care number is always switched off. Another senior citizen too had been ripped off for 6000 in the same manner. This gentleman had actually tracked down the company director mr renju ratheeshs number ([protected]) who had confirmed that taxiforrent is shut. My payu payment id was [protected]. So this then is a big scam by payu.

                I tried to pay my Idea Mobile bill of INR 9200 via Pay U Money on 5th April. The payment never reflected on the Idea Records and finally had to pay directly to Idea cellulars.                         Hi all,
                        I recently paid my bbmp property tax online via http://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in for[protected]. I suppose to pay 1406. First attempt i tried to pay via my credit card, payment failed and it not even return back to bbmp website. Second attempt via online banking this time it took me back to bbmp website with failed status but it showed some message like "your transaction, check after two hours for payment ststus." after two hours my payment was successful. But my first payment amount is not yet returned. Bbmp simply put the disclaimer "bbmp is not responsible for any double/ excess payments." by looking at this i feel that bbmp know that online payment surely will fail for more then one time. I tried all contacts given in website. I tried to given grievance, it is not allowing to give grievance for 2017-18 payments. So i dont have option now, need to go bbmp office. Simply i could have paid in bbmp office, instead of making cashless transaction. I wonder when i will get my duplicate transaction amount back.

                        Thanks for your response. I created ticket given link. This is successful transaction id 17193331. I dont have failure transaction id, but i did the transaction 5-10 min before this successful transaction.

                                    Hello i made a transaction on 5/12/16 for rajasthan university exam fees by emitra amounting to rs 6500 but the transaction was failed twice and total of rs 13000 was deducted from my account. transactions id:[protected],[protected]. i have checked with the sbi bank in which my account is and they are saying that no amount has been refunded till today from pay u money. kindly look into the matter and do the needful. thanks

                                      I booked a tour to darjeeling and gangtok and peeling with realtravelmaster.com in march 2017 for travel dates 15/04/17 to 20/04/17. The package included hotel stays for 2 rooms for a family of 4 adults and 1 kids. Package also included all taxi services and sight seeing as per itinerary. They received full payment from me in advance in March itself, now all their phone no is coming switched off, they are fraud company they took form Rs 56000 through Payu money, now payumoney is also not sharing detail of the company

                                        I placed a order from http://tarungillfitness.com/ of a total amount of rupees 1798 as soon as I went to checkout process i got directed to the payumoney site from where i made a online transaction of rs 1798 and later it took a lot of time for the transaction to end and ultimately the transaction was completed but there was no respond from the merchant gill.[protected]@gmail.com I did send them mails as well but they did not reply as well i hope my problem gets fixed and i either get my product delivered or my money to be refunded as soon as possible my payment id is[protected]
