Sir, we came in contact with the vendor, full moon holidays, through their website in aug 2015. They communicated with me on my mobile no. And email. As per my query they offered me kashmir and kerala packages which are mentioned on their websites also. They communicated through their contact nos +91-[protected], +91-[protected],[protected]/44/46) and email [protected]@india.com&[protected]@gmail.com.

Payumoney, a payment gateway, was used to pay the vendor, full moon holidays, for the kashmir and kerala package, only after verification of credibility of the vendor on phone from payumoney. On payumoney’s website, the address of vendor, full moon holidays, was mentioned as spaze i-tech park, a1 tower, level 9, sohna road, haryana, gurgaon 122103.
We communicated with vendor, full moon holidays and payment gateway company, payumoney, regularly via phone call and email during the process of buying the travel package. The copies of the communications are attached. Vendor and payumoney gave assurance that we will get the product, kashmir and kerala fmh package, in time but we have not received any package till date. The dates of kashmir package were 21-26 oct 2015 and kerala package are 1-10 jan 2016.
We tried to visit the vendor personally in their delhi and gurgaon offices on address mentioned in communication but we could not find any physical existence of these offices. We tried to find out their office and contacted the vendor on contact number (+91-[protected], +91-[protected],[protected]/44/46) used by vendor but they told us they cannot give their office locations to us.
We made a payment of inr 70, 000/- to vendor through payment gateway payumoney
The payment was made via credit card through payumoney gateway after confirming from payumoney about the vendor and as per their “buyer protection –money got debited but product not delivered? Now get what you order or your money back”.
We (Myself and my daughter) were regularly communicating with the vendor, full moon holidays, and the payment gateway company, payumoney, for compensating for the loss and/or delivering the product, kashmir fmh package, offered by the vendor. On 6th november 2015 payumoney refunded inr 20, 000/- only into my sbi card. Rest of the amount as per payumoney will be given back only once they are able to recover from full moon holidays. Later on payumoney withdrawn this amt from our card account within monthly settlement period, no money is refunded till now
We also request full refund of the amount paid either from vendor, full moon holidays or payment gateway, payumoney.
