I have made a payment of amount rs 7200 to unauthorized person fraud person for job purpose in the name of naukri.com. I have contacted that guy on phone he said he will refund me in next 15 days. So please look into the matter. The order numbers of the payu wallet are [protected] and [protected].

If you are a merchant then don't use payu money or payu biz gateway. They will hold all your money once you reach more than 2lacs. So be aware.

My payment is also stuck with them. The one of the payu id [protected] which is the payment is still not settled even after 15 days. I don't know when they settle the amount. They also not responding for calls.

Go with any trusted gateway.br...

I was booking a bus reservation through redbus from limbdi to mumbai, when i was at payment gateway, an error occurred and the amount rs. 1318 got deducted but the reservation was not done.
The payment info is : inb/[protected]/payu.in/bus booking.
The amount deducted is : rs 1318.
The booking was done in morning at 11.38 am.
Please help me with the refund of the amount....

I have paid my Bengaluru Property Tax for[protected] via PayU gateway. The Transaction/Challan Id: 17655787 . The payment was done from karnataka bank a/c on May 04, 2017. At that time the payment status said: "Payment Transition" and now it says "Validity Expired". But my account has been debited
for the same. However BBMP says the payment is not made and hence I am unable to download the receipt.

I made transaction for bbmp tax payment for[protected].
My account is deducted by the amount (Rs. 7481) but bbmp payment status is no updated.
This is not acceptable as the money should be returned to me if transaction is not complete.
As bbmp is not responsible for such error, i am not stuck on how to proceed.

The money has been charged to my card. However BBMP says the payment is not made and hence I am unable to download the receipt....

On april 28, 2017 a sum of rs.7699 was fraudulent transaction taken place through my debit card of icici bank on info. Vin*payumoney. Icici bank has registered complaint with you. Complaint number is[protected]. Kindly stop payment to this merchant immediately and refund money to my saving account with icici bank. I have never used my debit card for payment on any of the website for purchase etc....

Yesterday i booking movie ticket bahubali 2 and i used online mode for my payment and i used payumoney gateway for my Payment i followed all procedure and finally paid my fee of rs.346 but after deduction of my money payumoney not responded and stopped funtioning and when I am tracking my movie ticket by Merchant Order ID: BKC[protected] there was id not valid I am attaching a photo with this mail so you can easily confirm and i hide my account...

Money is deducted from my bank account and not credited to BBMP tax system. The transaction reference no is Transaction ID - [protected].

Pay U never responds. Simply replied me a mail that says we have forwarded your complain to our merchant... We dont care for who is Pay U's merchant etc.

I want complaint to be resolved. Why the hell we should waste our time to follow up to register complaint.

The merchant name called Infinite career solutions from Delhi are the frauds hacking accounts of public and getting easy transactions through payumoney. i have lost almost 25, 000 from my account. there mail id [protected]@yahoo.com and mobile number is [protected], name-sudhakar bhim, ip adress- 49.203.248.38 and my transaction id's are[protected] & 14871706. date on[protected]. I have lodged all types of complaints but im not getting any help....

I booked a train ticket in the morning as a guest login and they charged me 1505.70 rs.
I am requesting them to cancel my ticket and refund my cash. They are giving me receipt of my payment and not my money back. This is completely not acceptable!
