The following transaction was made by my american express card and went through the payu payment gateway; however this was a fraudster calling and we need to block the transaction immediately. When we called the credit card company, we were given an authorization code and asked to block the transaction with payu. However, it is practically impossible to speak to someone in payu.

Please block the transaction immediately.

Balance has been deducted from my account but payment has not been made to the other party and payumoney site is showing it as under processing.                 Sir, we came in contact with the vendor, full moon holidays, through their website in aug 2015. They communicated with me on my mobile no. And email. As per my query they offered me kashmir and kerala packages which are mentioned on their websites also. They communicated through their contact nos +91-[protected], +91-[protected],[protected]/44/46) and email [protected]@india.com&[protected]@gmail.com.

                Payumoney, a payment gateway, was used to pay the vendor, full moon holidays, for the kashmir and kerala package, only after verification of credibility of the vendor on phone from payumoney. On payumoney’s website, the address of vendor, full moon holidays, was mentioned as spaze i-tech park, a1 tower, level 9, sohna road, haryana, gurgaon 122103.

                We communicated with vendor, full moon holidays and payment gateway company, payumoney, regularly via phone call and email during the process of buying the travel package. The copies of the communications are attached. Vendor and payumoney gave assurance that we will get the product, kashmir and kerala fmh package, in time but we have not received any package till date. The dates of kashmir package were 21-26 oct 2015 and kerala package are 1-10 jan 2016.

                We tried to visit the vendor personally in their delhi and gurgaon offices on address mentioned in communication but we could not find any physical existence of these offices. We tried to find out their office and contacted the vendor on contact number (+91-[protected], +91-[protected],[protected]/44/46) used by vendor but they told us they cannot give their office locations to us.

                We made a payment of inr 70, 000/- to vendor through payment gateway payumoney
                The payment was made via credit card through payumoney gateway after confirming from payumoney about the vendor and as per their “buyer protection –money got debited but product not delivered? Now get what you order or your money back”.

                We (Myself and my daughter) were regularly communicating with the vendor, full moon holidays, and the payment gateway company, payumoney, for compensating for the loss and/or delivering the product, kashmir fmh package, offered by the vendor. On 6th november 2015 payumoney refunded inr 20, 000/- only into my sbi card. Rest of the amount as per payumoney will be given back only once they are able to recover from full moon holidays. Later on payumoney withdrawn this amt from our card account within monthly settlement period, no money is refunded till now

                We also request full refund of the amount paid either from vendor, full moon holidays or payment gateway, payumoney.

                    Dear friends,

                    If you are a merchant then don't use payu money or payu biz gateway. They will hold all your money once you reach more than 2lacs. So be aware.

                    My payment is also stuck with them. The one of the payu id [protected] which is the payment is still not settled even after 15 days. I don't know when they settle the amount. They also not responding for calls.

                    Go with any trusted gateway.

                      Hi everyone

                      I applied for a merchant with payumoney for free set up plan. But someone called me from payubiz (Payumoney and payubiz are same, just different pricing). He convinced me to buy payubiz platinum plan which was most expensive.

                      I bought payubiz platinum plan for rs 14, 375 on 17th march, 2017 by paying online through payubiz payment gateway.
                      I did not receive any satisfactory services as per the mentioned plan.
                      When i bought the plan, payu sales person mr amit bagdwal ([protected]), told me that you can cancel the plan any time and get a refund if you are not happy with the services.
                      After using their service for 4 days, i informed the payu team that we are not happy with the services and we want a full refund for the fees paid rs 14, 375 and i wanted to move to payumoney basic plan.

                      I got a email response from our account manager ms mehak sharma ([protected]) on 10th april, 2017 that to process the complete refund, we need to terminate the account.

                      So i sent a termination letter to her. Now after terminating the account she is saying the refund is not possible, while she clearly mentioned in the 10th april 2017 email that the full refund will be processed. A copy of the email received is attached for your reference.

                      I would also like to know, why she terminated our account if the refund was not possible?

                      I have contaced [protected]@payu.in many times, but they don't bother to even reply. It is really pathetic customer service.

                        Hi I had made payment to BBMP Bangalore for the Property Tax Payment through their portal: BBMP Propery Tax System through portal: https://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in/Default.aspx.

                        Tax amount of Rs.2824 was paid from my Bank account in Karnataka Bank using PayU Gateway option. My Bank account got debited for the amount but the BBMP did not get the credit of the same amount. Transaction reference number from Karnataka Bank is 8572438. and transaction date/time is 06/05/2017 12:02:12 IST.

                        Please reverse credit the amount back to my Bank account.

                          I was booking a bus reservation through redbus from limbdi to mumbai, when i was at payment gateway, an error occurred and the amount rs. 1318 got deducted but the reservation was not done.

                          The amount deducted is : rs 1318.
                          The booking was done in morning at 11.38 am.

                            I have paid my Bengaluru Property Tax for[protected] via PayU gateway. The Transaction/Challan Id: 17655787 . The payment was done from karnataka bank a/c on May 04, 2017. At that time the payment status said: "Payment Transition" and now it says "Validity Expired". But my account has been debited
                            for the same. However BBMP says the payment is not made and hence I am unable to download the receipt.

                              I had purchased three wardrobes from hometown online for rs.50200 on 5th april 2017. Hometown online order number is[protected]. The payment gateway was payu.in. Please see my icici credit card transaction details below.

                              On 12th april 2017, hometown cancelled my order and initiated full refund. The payu.in refund reference id is 58edbddc34edf.

                              I still have not received the refund and my credit card has still not been credited. I am registering a complaint in this regard. I want the refund at the earliest.

                              Attached are the screenshots of the hometown online order and the refund email from hometown.

                              Kindly resolve at the earliest.

                                Dear,

                                I made transaction for bbmp tax payment for[protected].
                                My account is deducted by the amount (Rs. 7481) but bbmp payment status is no updated.
                                This is not acceptable as the money should be returned to me if transaction is not complete.
                                As bbmp is not responsible for such error, i am not stuck on how to proceed.
                                I urgently need the receipt for ec certificate in 1 week and i am facing a lot of problem because of this.
                                Can you please check internally and do the needful.

                                  Hi Team PayU,

                                  The payment was done on April 22, 2017 and Citibank says it has done the payment. Please see the attached (part of the CC statement). As you can see I had done three property tax payments and two went through correctly but the third (Rs 16833) got stuck with "Payment Transition" status.

                                  What should I do now?

I have never used my debit card for payment on any of the website for purchase etc.

                                      Fraud people, fraud company, no response from account manager Namrata Mongia.

                                      This is to escalate the utter non-responsiveness of the account Manager Namrata Mongia who is neither reachable nor call back and never responds to emails.
                                      I've called her multiple times starting 20 April 2017 and asked her to help with a refund case but there was utter uselessness on her side.
                                      Is she related to CEO?
                                      or is this the way PayU money behaves with merchants?
