    Transaction is not success but balance is deducted from my account...Deducted 149+149 balance...two times...but I had not got my IDEA Net recharge...I will pay using payumoney of 149 rs two times...and reduced my money but recharge is not done...It shows successful but 298 rs from issued by RBL money...its actually deducted but recharge not done..so give me refund my money...

    My payment id[protected], date-6/12/2016, amount rs2200/from punjab & sindh bank, r.C.F( kapurthala), punjab by master card, i had paid my electricity bill on 6 dec using payumoney, 2200 rs. Has debited from my account but bill is still not paid. I had call many times in your office but no action has been taken. Please refund my money.
    My transaction is failed but the amount Rs808/- will be taken from my bank account please help me immediately

            We had purchase POS machine from pay u money. once i received and insert GSM card it show internal error in new brand machine.

            then after we complain a lot and email to [protected]@payumoney.com email id. but no one is give us proper reply since THREE month.

            so it is the actual time to use POS swepping machine for cash flow is not available in time. so how we can use digital media use from such kind of company like pay u money.
            we request you to do not go with pay u money for the same their are so many other proffetional companies or banks are their who can provide you much faster service...

              I had tried to load money to bigbasket via payumoney site since it is the default site they have for internet banking. My sbi account has been debited but the amount is not reflecting in either bigbasket or payumoney. I have confirmed in my bank

              I had made a payment of bescom bill through payumoney on 7.12.2016 the bill amount of Rs 609 but the amount has been deducted twice so Please refund the amount as soon as possible

                I added 10, 000 to payumoney wallet to do online transaction but i am not directed to pay from wallet page. I am redirected everytime to pay from card netbanking. I am unable to use my 10, 000 rupees. I am having already shortage of money and this transaction has pushed to leave the option of going cashless. Very poor service. I want by money back in account or payment done by wallet.

Amount deducted from my account but payment was not done to the merchant. The transaction did not go through for more than 2 hours. The message said "We are processing your transaction"

The publication charge of ijecs journal is 1500/-...I choose payumoney payment mode...but filling fully information...trasaction failed message displayed ...but my publication fee 1500/- of ijecs on 28 Nov. (12:08:07) was deducted from my obc a/c. Nd ijecs editor also said our account was not credited.

                              This is regarding the complaing i lodged with PayUmoney for not getting Services from Merchant(SPOTResearch). I have been following up with PayUmoney on this for more than 8 days but still there is no output.

                              When i made the payment last week on 12th Nov, 2016 of Rs.17, 600/- to Merchant since then Merchant has not provided anything to me.
                              He has neither provided any Bills or even any kind of Services.When i tried to call Merchant he didn't responded to my calls either.

                              Today when i had discussion with PayUmoney, they said they contacted Merchant and he is now providing the voucher and all with them, which ideally i should have received last week only.

                              So now he is providing Voucher for what to get his money only from PayUmoney and then continue cheating me without providing any services.

                              I am really disappointed the way PayUmoney is handling such issues and Supporting fraud Merchants.

                                  Today on 24 Nov., 2016 at 6.16 am I made a HP Electricity bill payment online using payU. While the payment transaction of Rs. 754.81 did go through flawlessly vide a transaction confirmation sms from my SBI Credit Card service provider, I did not get the RECEIPT DOCUMENT FOR THIS TRANSACTION.

                                  As it is, I have no proof of this payment besides the SMS note from SBI. The payUmoney did not give me a receipt, which earlier on I used to get and I usualy save it on file in my computer.

                                  Ps. check your transaction account and provide me with this Receipt asap.
                                  Also, I request you to check your system for its inability to generate this receipt and rectify the fault.

                                        On dated 11/10/2016
                                        I had ordered the medicine on tablettee on line and paid the amount rs 2206 through payumoney payment id[protected] merchant lab91 software private limited
                                        But still the product not deliver to me
                                        I just received the call from pay u money.
                                        Representer told me that they have excluded the merchant, so now they will not be able to refund.
                                        Bur sir my question is that at the time of payment, was the merchant excluded?
                                        If the merchant was excluded, than why my payment has been release to merchant.
                                        Is this the extraction from pay u money?
                                        Where is the buyer protection policy?
                                        Why my money transferred to merchant, without my delivery confirmation?
                                        Kindly refund my money asap
