    Got email by payu that my fees has been successfully refunded by IGNOU. But i didn't get my fee in my account yet. What's the Matter, why I didn't get the money yet after the status is showing successfull.
    How to track the refund.

    I added the screenshot also. Resolve this issue as soon as possible. It is humble request. As refund amount is 12000 and is a big amount for me.

      For HSPR vehicle number plate, PAYUMONEY gateway was popped up and I made payment from my ICICI Bank Account . After the amount was deducted from my account, the following activities derailed and I was duped . I am quoting below the Payment deduction e-mail from my ICICI Bank, I will appreciate the deducted amount INR737.19 to be refunded immediately to retain the customer credibility .

            My merchant I'd is 7428570
            Even though I shared all the asked documents, they asked me to wait for 210 days to get my settlements. I am asking them to settle my funds after 210 days now. They are sending some terms & conditions and asking me wait for another 210 days. Kindly settle my funds

              I made a payment on a website through upi using payu gateway.
              Amount was deducted from my account but payment failed .
              I contacted the company's customer care they said payment was unsuccessful and amount will be refunded within 2 3 working days but still i haven't received any refund.
              I even raised a ticket on payu help center regarding this but no one solved my query.

                        Payumoney is one of the biggest fraud company and their licence should be canceled asap!

                        My account was put on hold due to high risk and suspended 360 days ago, i was told to contact payu after 210 days to get my settlement released.

                        I contacted them after 240 days and today it's been 120 days. Payu is making big excuses and not releasing my hard earned money and holding my settlement for no reason.

                        The work which should have done in 1 week is pending from 120 days!

                        For further reference my ticket ID: SY[protected]

                        Release my funds asap or i will have to take some legal actions and i will sue your company for bad practices.

                            We are an adventure company, we deal with providing tourism services to consumers PAYU money has been accepting my payments and settling them.

                            From 1st of May 2022 PayU has not transferred a single amount to the bank account. i have raised them a Ticket TK[protected] and the ticket closing date was 14 May 2022, it is not yet closed despite 18 days having passed. They are not even responding after the 12th May 2022. I cannot pay for the services to other service providers and it's impacting my Business. This is completely Unacceptable of PayU Money for not communicating. I tell let them take 100 Days to resolve, i will have no issues. But at least have the courtesy of replying back, there is no call center number only a chat box to raise querry and the standard reply comes back :

                            We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
                            We have forwarded your issue to our concerned team and they will get back to you shortly.

                            Please PayU Money as a consumer of your services please process my funds, and please reply, I really regret the day I choose PayU Money. I never had any issues with you people but only this year. I had been your customer since 2016. and I don't think you treat your old customers this way.

                                Hello I'm a merchant with payu money from last one year but now from last week I'm facing an issue in payu dashboard I have get en error and asking to rectify my website and my payment is on hold . I have checked that my website and requirements of payu for website and everything complaint with payu so i tried to submit a detailes again but their is no submit button . So, I have raised a ticket but my tickets is CLOSED WITHOUT RESPONSE after that I have raised many tickets but not getting any response . I have tried to contact with payu but no one is responding . So please fixed it soon as pot or else I'll file A POLICE COMPLAIN AGAINST YOUR COMPANY AGAINST FRAUD WITH MERCHANT I have checked so many people is facing same issue with you . It's my hard earned money I can't let you take it like this .

                                Hope you'll understand the frustration I'm losing all trust on you which is build in last one year ..

                                  From last week payu has put my sattlement on hold
                                  Hold Amount is 7000

                                  And showing an error message that :
                                  There is some issue with the website details you submitted. Kindly rectify them to receive settlement in your account

                                  But my website contains everything as mentioned i am using payu since last year and now suddenly its happen
                                  And when i go to rectify it there is not any option to upload

                                  Then i raised a ticket regarding this but
                                  Without any response my ticket has been closed 😞

                                  I am Very very disappoint to payu support service

                                    I booked ola scooter few months ago. Now i cancelled the booking. They initiated refund and got link for update my payment details via payumoney.. I updated my upi id on payumoney and they ask for otp. I submitted but they told its wrong. And after that the link is expired. They dont even contact me after the issue. There is not have any options to contact them. Not supporting mail id or contact number
