      Wrong transaction made on 21/07/2016 of 8083 inr from my credit card no [protected], please revert transaction. Transaction made by fake sbi card renewal depth. He has misguide me and withdrawn above amount. Please hold payment and revert it in my account. Person is told me that your card is old and blocked we receive you new card for that we need information about your card, as per his request i give him card details, after some time i receive a message that a transaction of 8083 inr made on my card.

        After making a payment, i always get a secondary message intimating me about the failure of the transaction. what is the purpose of payumoney. why do u run this joke of a proccess if the whole purpose of it being around is to cause absolute inconvenience rather that the opposite. and simple procedures of payment made to a vendor, has to be followed up and complained about, on forums like these. shameful

          सर ये मेरा transaction no. 4c5c82b4e99444a89cc0 है मैने 2 जून 2016 को पे यू मनी के द्वारा गाॅस्नर काॅलेज राँची को 569 रूपये का पेमेंट किया था पैसा कट गया था पर पेमेट पूरा नही हुआ था। मैने दुबारा कोशिश किया तो पेमेट किए बिना ही पे यू मनी मुझे नया transaction no.नंबर दे दिया। जिस से मै गाॅस्नर काॅलेज का फाॅर्म भंरू पर फाॅर्म भरा नही रहा था काॅलेज आई डी बार बार ये transaction no not found लिख दे रहा था। जिस से मै 4 जून 2016 को दोबारा पेमेंट कर के फाॅर्म भर दिया। पर वो मेरा 2 जून 2016 का रिफंड नही दे रहे है। पे यू मनी को मै 8 जून से लगातार मेल कर रहा हूँ वो पहले बोले कि रिफंड हो जायेगा बाद मे 12 जून को बोल रहे है कि काॅलेज से आप बात कीजिये काॅलेज ही पैसा वापस देगा बहुत लोग का ऐसा ही हुआ है तो काॅलेज पैसा वापस कर रहा है फिर पे यू मनी 20 या 22 जून को बोल रहे है कि पैसा नही मीलेगा आप जानो और काॅलेज जाने पैसा के लिए फिर 27 जून से गाॅस्नर काॅलेज बोल रहा है कि पैसा 2से4 दिन मे वापस होगा पर आज तक वो पैसा दे ही नही रहे है हर बार बोल रहे है कि 2से4 दिन लगेगा अब ना ही कोई मेल का जवाब दे रहे है ना ही फोन कर रहे है। इस लिये मै consumer complain का सहारा ले रहा हूँ।

            They are creating fake commercial websites and after that they give us a call and offering some mouthwatering products. after that when we paid for the product they cancelled the product and do not refund the money. after some time the website will closed by them. you can not catch them and you cant ask the customer care for the same.

            They earning the money from middle class people and they know very well we cant do anything.

              I booked a tour to darjeeling and gangtok with realtravelmaster.com in march 2016 for travel dates 2/6/16 to 7/6/16. The package included hotel stays for 2 rooms for a family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Package also included all taxi services and sight seeing as per itinerary. They received full payment from me in afvance in april itself and gave me confirmed vouchers for hotels and trip. On reaching bagdogra airport we were informed that they were unable to arrange taxi services and we had to arrange taxi for whole trip on our own. We were promised refund within 24 hrs of filing bills on reaching delhi. Our hotels were also change and we were given accommodation in different hotels. On coming back we filed refund for rs 25500 on 9/06/16 via mail. They took 7 long days to verify bills and said they would refund 25000 only for which we promptly agreed. After this they gave one excuse after another for payment. After waiting for several days i posted a review for same on their facebook page. They called me up next morning and asked me to remove my review or they will cancel my refund. The same was mailed to me. As i was interested in my refund i deleted my review same day. Since then 10 days have passed and i have still not received my refund. The payment was made through payumoney and they guaranteed against vendor. Though they are helping in communications but have not been able to arrange refunds.

              Realtravelmaster did something worst they cancelled my trip to Kerala 2 days prior to our departure that is 11th Aug 2016. They have still not refunded our money 1.60 lakhs approx. They are not answering my calls and even if they do they ask me to call later!
              Worst, Bad, Horrible, Embarrassed tour I ever had in my life while my Port Blair and Havelock Tour. Cheater ...Our hotels changed everyday when we proceed to check-in . Payment done by me appx.1 month before proceed to port Blair, but the company booked the hotel 1 hour before I reached the hotel for check-in. Please don't pay the full amount of package before going to tour station.

              Thanks for providing us excellent travel agent for our shimla manali trip my review against Services First of all a to thank for my tour co-coordinator for his excellent and endless help/guidance they provided in making my HM trip awesome/memorable...unbelievable . I really appreciate their guidance and continuous follow-up calls at each stage of journey with the me. he suggest us for few hotels for us but finally we go with Naina Resort in Manali & Sukh Sagar regency in shimla both was wonderful with well mannered staff and perfect food with good taste in daily menu including breakfast. you can close deal it blindly.Other thing was local sightseeing cab service was also superb Laugh you can always miss them after your tour !!! Finally all credits goes to realtravelmaster well professional team Thank you for making memorable tour good value for the money...

              Stayed with my family at Naina Resort at Manali in the 1st week of Feb'16. Had booked 2-cottage rooms since had taken parents as well. To our surprise both rooms were having 1+1 bed rooms, which gave lot of space and can easily accommodate 4 adults per room. The property is planned at such a beautiful location that the view from every room is amazing. Feb 1st week is peak winter season at Manali and there is snowfall at some locations along with occasional rain showers. The temperature at the resort is around 4-5 degrees which is quite chilling. Do not forget to carry warm clothes. First day usually will get spent in acclimatizing to the cold climate. From 2nd day onwards, local sight-seeing (Vashisht hot water springs, Hadimba temple, Mall Road) can be done. 3rd day can be spent at Gulaba or Solang valley where you will find clean. white snow to have fun with. There are shops on the way which rent special clothes to be used in the snow at decent rates. The property is comparatively smaller than other CM properties and understandably so since the place is not easily accessible by road or Air. By Road one can travel from Chandigarh Airport which is around 350 kms (7-8 hours). From Delhi Airport the travel time extends to around 13-14 hours. The road travel once you reach Himachal Pradesh is picturesque with Beas river flowing alongside. The staff at Manali Naina Resort resort is extremely courteous and responsive. Special mention to the Restaurant staff who are very diligent and helpful. All in all this was one of the best stays real travel master
              Customer service is very poor. I have made full payment in advance and it's been three weeks I am just calling them and emailing them but I am not receiving any response. Every day I am making at least 30 calls on three numbers that I have. Sales person Amit was calling me every day before making payment. After payment is received he never called me. I want to discuss my trip plan but now I am under impression that these people are fraud and now I am wondering about my money. The person name Adithya promised me that he will call me but I never received the call. I have sent various email on all the possible email address but no one in the company is replying. I have also told them that I will register the FIR but no response. Now I am going to do so.

              Please don't book any package with them.
              CHEATERS! FRAUDSTERS! GUYS, do not book your trip through them. They are cheaters and fraudsters. We booked a trip to darjeeling and sikkim through them. Their agent Amit and Aditya were doing regular follow up before booking. Once we made full payment of 43k they have stopped answering our calls and emails. It's been 20 days now they are not responding. When we call them from unknown number, they answer and as soon as we reveal our name they disconnect. Ensure you all are not making any payment to them. It seems to be a scam. All the likes and comments on their profile is also paid as the profile starts and ends. We are under process of taking action against them. These cowards also removed all my post from Facebook and blocked me there so that I cannot open them up. Also the good reviews that have posted here are fake.. I checked them...They are fake accounts
              these guys are the biggest fraud in this world. the positive reviews are all posted by themselves. once you pay the amount, thats the end to it. they will not pick the call after that.

              beware. i have lost to a tune of Rs 1.15Lakh. i am filing a police complaint already at Noida Sect 20 and Raj nagar extension ghaziabad.
              I had booked a honeymoon tour on Feb 5 2017 for 6 nights and 7 days from realtravelmaster.com paying 60, 000/-. The trip includes stay at 3-4 stars hotel, sightseeing in private car, return air fare. When I reached Bagdogra airport, there was no one to take us to hotel. after an hour someone came and took us to Gangtok. when we reached the hotel for which we got the coupons, the manager told us there is no booking on my name. it was a total shock. After an hour he picked my call and told me to go some other hotel which was very substandard. the plan for next day was local sightseeing at Gangtok but We waited the whole day and nobody came and it was a total waste. the next day was travel to Lachung. I was continuously trying to contact the company but nobody replied to my mails and calls. I had arranged myself the taxis and the hotels were not as per package. I felt like caged and struck. it was a total torture. a serious action must be taken against this fraud company. BEWARE!
              I am a Govt. employee wanted to avail four-year block for travel to north-eastern regions. I alongwith my husband and my colleague family, total persons 2+3 (5) booked package tour with the above company for Darjeeling & Gangtok (5 Nights/6Days) to be started from 22.5.2017 to 29.5.2017 by paying a total amount of Rs.45, 000/- including Nethula Pass. First we paid an advance of Rs.18, 800/- on February 17, 2017 to some payment link PayUMoney and the balance amount of Rs. 26200/- was transferred to their Bank Account with IDBI, IFSC Code-IBKL0000066 Account No. [protected] in the name of Realway Travel Master Private Limited on May 3, 2017 before our travel from my colleague Account with SBI. After paying the full amount the person who was in contact with us not responded about Booking details and we continuously called and e-mailed them but with no response. The flight tickets were booked separately and thinking of loosing the money on flight tickets, we had to arrange separate bookings with yaatra.com to complete the journey. Till today we could not contact the person Amit on his mobile No. [protected] or thru' e-mail. Their website also shows error. We request you to please do the needful to get back our hard earned money i.e. Rs.45000/-. Their agency seems to be fraud and they are cheaters. If you require any more details, we are ready to give

                      I think it is the worst payment gateway I had ever did business with. As per their advertisement of “BUYER PROTECTION” where in the details it is mentioned that ‘Money got debited but product not delivered? Now get what you order or your money back’.

                      Believing the same I ordered a wall clock online from ‘swadesimaal.com’ who uses payUmoney as their payment processor. I paid Rs.2499/- on 20/04/2016 as per Payment ID :[protected]. After waiting for more than a month for the product to be delivered, on 30/05/2016 the business manager of swadesimaal sent me a mail informing that they don’t have the product.

                      Since then I am following up with both swadesimaal as well as PayUmoney for the refund but till date I haven’t got my money back.

                      Every time I send a mail to PayUmoney different people will call back just for formality, without having any knowledge of the issue, and will say the same standard line as ‘our team is trying to resolve your queries with the merchant, please give us some more time.’ and if I ask for an update on current status or the name of the contact person with whom they are dealing with the merchant, they will not have any answers.

                      On top of it those b**t**ds at PayUmoney have blacklisted me from using their payment gateway for any other merchant. Imagine the audacity, instead of refunding my money as promised and black listing the merchant.

                      This goes to show how inefficient are the people working at the PayUmoney and how bad and untrustworthy the company is.

                      Don’t be a fool like me and never trust PayUmoney. I wouldn’t suggest any one to do business with PayU and legal actions should be initiated against the company for false advertisement and for misleading people.

                        I had paid pay u money an amount of 739 Rs on 26/5/2016 for online purchase of some item on SAB electric, as sab electric didn't have the material I requested pau u money to refund the amount back.

                        Pay u money said that they have processed the payment with payment id:[protected] and reference number: 75503726151008763813916.

                        Money is not transferred to my account till date. I checked pay u money wallet it shows no transaction till date. If pay u money doesn't act and transfer the money to my account I will have to go and file a complaint in consumer court.

                        Hope pay u money will act soon and transfer the amount to my account. Kotak says pay u money not received...

                          I had not received any service, in return, therefore i had raised this concern with payumoney under you buyer protection.

                          I have been following this with your team and the merchant, but still i have not received any help from either side.

                          This guy is using your platform and credentials to fraud people. Kindly take this matter seriously and update me with the same.

                          His site rechargekarle.com doesnt work, his facebook page is no more available. Contact information is wrong. Kindly do the needful and stop him from using your platform for this fraud.

                            This website has promised me to supply a digital camera along with a free gift. A sales representative called and told that i am one of the 5 selected cutomer for getting this free gift. Accordingly, i have paid rs.9880 on 24/06/2016 through payumoney for the camera along with a dell laptop. When i checked for the product shipment status with their company representative, he has told to pay rs.12, 350 towards the service tax towards the free gift. This was paid through payumoney on 26/05/2016. I did not get any shipping details. I got a doubt on this transaction and checked up with payumoney and they have told since you have released the payment to the vendor, you need to take up the same with him and we will not be able to help. Meanwhile, the company representative called me and told that i need to pay rs.10, 000 towards the insurance of this products and i will get back the refund of the second transaction (Rs.12, 350). Since i was not believing this company, i refused to make the payment. Through continuous follow up and torture and emotional talks, the representative convinced me to pay the money to one mr. Naveen saxena's bank account (A/c[protected], ifsc code corp0001796-corporation bank). Phone number -[protected]. I checked up with this gentleman and he confirmed that he is the nominated insurer for this company and he will insure the product on receipt of this payment. I paid rs.100 as a check in his account through neft initially and paid later rs.9900 in the same account. Later, the company representatives called me and told since i have not made a single payment of rs.10, 000, they were not able to invoke the link for my refund and insisted me to pay rs.10, 000 in a single payment which i did on the same day (09/09/2016). The representative told me that he did not receive the 2nd payment amount. Next day, he has called me and told that the payment is received. Since it was received late, he could not activate the reimbursement link and asked me pay further rs.10, 000. They also told that they cannot ship the products till the refund issue is resolved. Having lost almost rs.42, 000, i decided not to pay further. Since i was having a requirement of a laptop, somehow i was lured by the free gift and lost rs.42, 000. But this company is very clever in cheating me. They have looted my hard earned money with proper address, communication and bank details. Request the forum to take up this issue and suggest me the actions to be taken in this regard to resolve the issue. If forum itself can resolve this issue, i will be grateful to the forum for the rest of my life. If this is published and advertised, it will be helpful to other customers in this future.

                            This is regarding Online frauds done by todayshopee.com

                            I have made the payment of 5446 Rs, Item and after 1 day of payment through payUmoney, they have asked for approx. 9600 Rs. for Insurance.
                            Because of no prior information and unexpected payment procedure, I refuse to pay.
                            Even after 45 days of refund commitment they have asked me to credit 4554 Rs. in his personal account (Rajesh Gupta, A/c: [protected], IFSC: LAVB0000504, Lakshmi vilas bank, Noida), so that they can refund the whole amount. During 45 days they have warned me this kind of optioned and told me that, If, I will not pay the amount to his personal account, they will not refund the money.

                            Although amount is only 5446 Rs. But this looks Cybercrime and they might have cheated number of people.

                            After 80 days, there is no response.

                                    I do this transaction on payumoney on 10th may but the trasaction was failed and payumoney is a chetere payment gateway they already take my 50000rs they give the payment gateway to the fraud site and they get the commission from the merchant site wich he/she fraud from normal users.. Please be aware when you find the payment gateway using payumoney they all cheateres they all take your money i already cheat by them 50000 rs they also insist you to take their payment gateway for your e-commerce site they also insist me to use their gateway for my e-commerce website.. Please dont use their gateway and they are doing fraud it is their one of the big fraud making payment gateway so they now dont provide any kind of resolutioon and they take your money specially rhaul khanna is the big cheater of payumoney... If you have to varify i give my personal mobile number plz call me [protected] i give the proof if they can proof false they give the proof

                                        Customer Released The Payment on[protected] & now its[protected] and we have not received any settlement in our account and when we are trying to contact paymoney they don't even bothers to revert to our emails.

                                        1) How often will I receive my settlement?

                                        The Settlements are done once everyday. So, if there are any payments to be settled, those will be sent to the bank and you will get the deposit into your account

                                        2) What is the payment settlement process at PayUmoney?

                                        After the transaction is successful, the status against that transaction is 'Money with PayUmoney'. Once you have successfully delivered the product to your customer (buyer), you need to click on Release request button against that transaction and upload and enter the dispatch details. Once you request release of funds, the customer receives a notification from PayUmoney and has 3 days to raise his/her concern or to "Release" the payment. Once the customer "Releases" the payment or if the customer doesn't respond at all within 3 days, the funds are released. Once released, the funds are settled the next day.

                                        In our case customer released the payment on[protected] & now its[protected] and we have not received any settlement in our account and when we are trying to contact paymoney they don't even bothers to revert to our emails.
