I have submitted RTI ( RTI no 501740) in NCTE(National Council For Teacher Education) and done payment and received receipt also. My customer name is vinodkumar181544 and transaction no is [protected] on 20 Sep 2016. But my RTI application in ncte site showing payment required and is in progress status not in submitted status.
problem may be rectify and acknowledge.

      On dated25.08.2016 I ordered a brietling watch on wrist king paying online Rs 3500/-by using my debit card of SBI VIDISHA main branch on wrist king of shopo.in. Mr Manish Nagpal of wrist king immediately cancelled my order. My bank is SBI VIDISHA main branch account No.is [protected](Mahendra Ostawal).On 25.08.2016 Rs 3500/- was debited to PAYUMONEY, (details are 25.08.2016 POS 967351 PAYUMONEY Gudgaon) Rs 3500/- under the colomn of "debit".So obviously Mr Manish Nagpal didn't receive Rs 3500/-.On searching the web site of PAYUMONEY there was nothing in my wallet of PAYUMONEY. My straitforvard question is where my Rs 3500/- had gone? and how can I get my money refunded back to the account of my bank SBI VIDISHA main branch or in any other way or I should take it granted that my Rs 3500/- has been looted either by by Mr Manish Nagpal of wrist king shopo 101 or PAYUMONEY GUDGAON or (shopo 101)

        The company called commoditytrial.com says that it will give commodity tip for purchasing and trading commodity in MCX. And I had subscribed Rs 15000 to them. First 2 days they sent some tips and after that they donot respond to phone and cheating. During payment payumoney.com gives a display that they guarantee the payment. But when I complained to them about this problem their response is very poor. All they do is just forward the mail without even reading it. This is not the case with www.paypal.com. I had once similar problem with another company and when the problem is proved Paypal immediately lock the gateway for that company and pressurize them to return the money back.

          I m paying with payumoney at eBay.in site for my phone . The money is debited but the order is not completed .

          This is 2nd time when I use payumoney . They always takes the money and not confirm the orders . They take long time to return the money after that type of incidences .

          I want this company will not do this again so kindly refund my money as soon as possible .

            These people has done fraud with me and my friends. They have charged Rs. 6000 from me and now they have shut down everything. They are not responding on any communications. Please help me to get my hard earned money back or else i have to put an fir against them and pay u money for signing with such fraud companies.

            I have got all the documents except the cards from them. And they told that the payment will be emi but its still not done and they asking me to get it done from my credit card rather than doing it by themself.

            This online payment provider is totally FRAUD and SCAMSTER. Do not transact with this website. Mind u they have similar another one site PayYOUMoney too.
            I sourced online pharmacy thru one merchant ONLINE MEDICAL Supply company and payment was done thru this PAYUMONEY when the option appeared. Emails to their customer care service bounces!

              Never ever buy any product from budgetdealsforu . Its a fraud company. Owner is so arrogant and have no knowledge of his products which is selling by him for tour and travel. He don't have any manner how to talk with customers.

              I was planning to go Singapore and bought a voucher.He sold me 1 voucher with fake promise that he would talk with company and they will get settle. will When I was going to redeem that voucher (by http://www.login2redeem.com ), this website asked to select 3 destination and told him that now what I do so he said he will talk with company again. But as ususal due to fake promise company denied to accept this offer as I can only book any room on Monday only and then he denied to return back my money.

              I suggest you not to dont buy any product. He is pathetic person don't know what is business how its works.

              Ananddeeps issue was sorted in within 2-3 days of refund request raised by him even big companies takes upto 7-10 working days.

              We refunded Ananddeeps money fast by going out of the way but this deed proves his narrow mind. In case of refund requests consumer should wait for some time before posting such reviews or complaints.

              Other people who r posting comments for other payumoney merchant experience here have not any buying experience with us.

              In one case where person mentioned money deduction but transaction failed is a refund case from payumoney or the payment gateways in other cases similar to this which does not realy means company is fraud Anyone is in doubt can contact Inderpreet Singh at [protected]

                  After sending over 20 emails and many calls they still haven't sent a dime back.

                    Payumoney has started registering fraud merchants and started transferring amount to them. Without verifying the detail of the fraud merchants. Dated 6 september2016 universal health organization payment was made through payumoney later after week when no service was offered. Payumoney is talking about consumer protection on its official website. But in reality they are indulged in fraud activities companies otherwise payumoney must has verified the merchant. I made payment only on payumoney behalf that they must have verified the merchant before adding to payment gateway.

There after I ask him about re fund of my money Rs 3500/- He told me that he didn't receive any money. Later I checked my SBI pass book and I found that on 25.08.2016 Rs 3500/- was credidet to payumoney gudgaon described as"POS. 967351 PAYU MONEY GUDGAON.Manish Nagpal is the owner of wrist king (SHOP 101 ), his email is [protected]@gmail.com.as per him he didn't receive any money. My straight forward question is then "where my Rs 3500/- have gone.My pass book denotes that the very first tranjection of Rs 3500/-'had been credited to POS 967351 PAYU MONEY GUDGAON. So my humble request is to refund my Rs 3500/- either to me or my bank account of SBI VIDISHA main branch in my a/c no.[protected].I shall be grateful to you.

                        If you(payumoney.com) claim your self as "The Best Payment Gatway of INDIA" and yuor customer satisfaction is only 3%, then what should we expect from you?The answer is, byers should stop buying online shopping & paying them through payumoney gateway and you need to close the gate of payumoney. com If the copnies are not cooperating you, then why don't you take legal actions against them. My conclusion is Byers of atleast of middle class families should not believe the payumoney.com for online payments.                         In conclusion it should be assumed that Payumoney is at all not the safe gateway for tranjection of money. At least middle class family members should not do on line shopping through " payumoney ", otherwise there is no guarantee of your money going in a right direction.

                            I did the recharge on 3 september 2016 for oodoo wifi by pay u money.
                            My balance is deducted from my account and recharge is successful showing in payumoney site but my wifi oodoo recharge is not succesful. Could you please check what happen is going on. If recharge is successful but not transfer to pay. Oodoo.com werbsite, so please transfer it or refund my money in my account as soon as possible.

                                We have planned a trip from K1 Travels from 11Aug2016 - 16Aug2016 for a hefty amount of 1, 80, 000 Rs, As we do not know the merchant we are a bit doubtful to do the payment, but as we have been communicated that the merchant is tied up with PayU Money which is one of the largest and trusted payment gateway and out transaction is PayU secure and we have the money assurance from PayU Money that in case of any problem from the merchant our money will be refunded back in 14 days, hence considering the name and stature of the PayU Money we have gone ahead and did the payment on 9th July 2016, After few days the merchant informed that our tickets have not been done and when we requested for the refund they started asking for more days.
                                As I have been calling PayU Money and merchant and even after 56 days and with multiple calls and messages to PayU Money I am still awaiting my money and even when we discussed with customer care of PayU Money they just replied what we can do, I think that is not at all a responsible reply and they should own the responsibility in such case and also before endorsing any vendor.
                                Our payment security is your responsibility up to the point I get the desired service from the vendor and accordingly I am entitled to a refund of one lakh eighty thousand (1, 80, 000) ASAP.
                                It feels as if we are being cheated by a company of such a big stature. I would request that you confirm in the next 3 days that you will provide this remedy.

                                  I made an online transfer of Rs. 2, 00, 000 from my SBI account to Elita Garden Vista Project through PayUMoney Services, . However, the said money has not been transferred as yet and PayUMoney has replied to me, stating that they are unable to trace this amount.

                                  I have tried to call them on numerous times, but could not catch them over phone. I have written several emails to them, but no positive reply yet.

                                  I FEEL IT IS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING AND HENCE I WANT TO LODGE A LEGAL CASE AGAINST THEM. MAY I EXPECT SOME ADVISE FROM OTHERS ALSO ?

                                  Please solve this issue as early as possible.I am stunned why the cmpany unneccessary deduct the money.

                                    We made an online net banking transaction to Jain International Organization and got a confirmed email. However, when i checked my account, it showed the payment has been debited and made to ibibo company. How did this happen? I made a transaction to one merchant and it goes into the account of another? Are Payumoney people mad?

                                      Unfortunately made a transaction with you parties. Both the parties are really playing some kind of worst hide & seek games.

                                      Transaction was done on 14-aug-16, almost 20 days back.

                                      As a customer of yours, i feel cheated with the service you provide. None of your customer care executives provide me the required solution.

                                      An amount of rs. 1791/- is deducted by "payumoney" against purchase of "eon kids 2 door shoe cabinet wenge" from "housefull international ltd" on 14-aug-16.

                                      "payumoney" claims that the transaction was successful & "housefull international ltd" claims that there is no transaction recorded.

According to my knowledge payumoney deal with only good company. if there is any fraud in which my deal then i will go consumer court.
