We have planned a trip from K1 Travels from 11Aug2016 - 16Aug2016 for a hefty amount of 1, 80, 000 Rs, As we do not know the merchant we are a bit doubtful to do the payment, but as we have been communicated that the merchant is tied up with PayU Money which is one of the largest and trusted payment gateway and out transaction is PayU secure and we have the money assurance from PayU Money that in case of any problem from the merchant our money will be refunded back in 14 days, hence considering the name and stature of the PayU Money we have gone ahead and did the payment on 9th July 2016, After few days the merchant informed that our tickets have not been done and when we requested for the refund they started asking for more days.
As I have been calling PayU Money and merchant and even after 56 days and with multiple calls and messages to PayU Money I am still awaiting my money and even when we discussed with customer care of PayU Money they just replied what we can do, I think that is not at all a responsible reply and they should own the responsibility in such case and also before endorsing any vendor.
Our payment security is your responsibility up to the point I get the desired service from the vendor and accordingly I am entitled to a refund of one lakh eighty thousand (1, 80, 000) ASAP.
It feels as if we are being cheated by a company of such a big stature. I would request that you confirm in the next 3 days that you will provide this remedy.
