We made an online net banking transaction to Jain International Organization and got a confirmed email. However, when i checked my account, it showed the payment has been debited and made to ibibo company. How did this happen? I made a transaction to one merchant and it goes into the account of another? Are Payumoney people mad?

Unfortunately made a transaction with you parties. Both the parties are really playing some kind of worst hide & seek games.

Transaction was done on 14-aug-16, almost 20 days back.

As a customer of yours, i feel cheated with the service you provide. None of your customer care executives provide me the required solution.

An amount of rs. 1791/- is deducted by "payumoney" against purchase of "eon kids 2 door shoe cabinet wenge" from "housefull international ltd" on 14-aug-16.

"payumoney" claims that the transaction was successful & "housefull international ltd" claims that there is no transaction recorded.

And payment thorw your site. my order no[protected]and i pay for this 1999&6440rs. i get first order get with in time frame 6to7 working day. but still i don't received my and combo pack in which company offer me 40inch sony led for purpose of shopping site parmotion point of veiw. i pay only this reason because payumoney is intermediate with me and open2kart site. According to my knowledge payumoney deal with only good company. if there is any fraud in which my deal then i will go consumer court.
with great regaurd. plz help me to get back my money or ready for result.

I have made payment of rs. 3000/- to giant research services on dated 25.08.2016 but payment has been deducted from my saving account but transaction failed which is details below

Transtraction id[protected] marchant order 617983 refund message coming but not reflect my debit card now 11 days finish i will use payumoney for train ticket booking unfortunately booking time irctc password forgot it so transtraction finish not received ticket. after 3 mails coming. u r refund processing reflect u r debit card 3 _ 5 working days. now finish 7 working days

I purchased pos machine @ of 7000/- from my sbi credit card on dated 16/07/2016. And received machine on 21/07/16, after that service call on 01/08/2016 that also after repeatedly calling & mailing. I told them to refund my money and take there machine back, they are not refunding money back.

Firstly, i received the machine incomplete-
Without charger, user manuel, brochure etc. & no help on how to activate & use the machine.
They simply dumped the machine without any service.

Secondly, they have also not delivered the machine as per the commited time

Next, the neft charges & tdr charges were also not disclosed at the time of selling the product nor it was mentioned anywhere.

When i called their customer service, they are not supporting.

Now i have come to know that the company also does misrepresentation of facts & figures.
They promote & follow unethical practice of mis-selling & cheating the consumers which is an offence under the law.

After searching online, i have found they have many litigations against them & they have exploited & cheated many innocent consumers like me and have duped huge amounts.

The company is adamant & has careless approach towards ethical business practice.
Cheating & mis selling is the dna of the company.


All consumers like me have a right to be protected against marketing of such sub-standard goods & fradulent services & all also consumers have a right to get information about the product which are easliy violated by such fraudulent companies in a country like india just because the comman man is silent and not taking action due to which such company are able to take advantage.

I am student and pay the online form fee shri bala ji engg works reg 111/361 ashok nagar kanpur nagar up pin 208012 regarding to job. Fee pay median in payumoney date in 10/08/2016. My money is debited in my accaunt and provide a payumoney transaction id[protected] but my money is not send in merchant and my order is not booked.
I am complaint a payumoney customary care and shri bala ji groups but my complaint is not solved please solve my problem.

I paid my bescom bill throu bescom app for rs 164/. The same was debited in my bank of baroda account with was confirmed by the bank by sms, but in dash board it is coming as failed. The transaction id is pasted above

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I am running an educational institution and as per the process payumoney is giving discounted services for these services. I requested them to change my plan and provided all related documents. They are simply denying that the document issued by the govt of india and ministry of custom and excise are not valid. I have escalated to two level above but no one is listening and simply saying that this request cannot be processed. Its now daily task to escalate it and explain each and every resource in the hierarchy but of no use. Can someone look into this and help me out to sort this issue.

We have paid our water bill through payumoney for rs. 929.75. This amount has been debited twice to our account. The transaction details are

I was supposed to get refund in april, 2016 and they still say there was some technical issue and it will be done in next 2-3 days but its been 5 months now i havent got the refund.

I was supposed to get two refunds of amount rs.823 and 138.

The product was from koovs.com and they confirmed that they have refunded total amount but payumoney didnt refund me.

Payumoney only refunded the 138 amount and still not refunding the rest of the amount. Everytime i get in touch with them they say they will fix it in 2-3 days but then never reply back. And everytime my complaint is assigned new ticket number which they close after my call.
Its been 5 months and i am really fed up now. I have lost hope that they will ever refund me money.

Request you to take necessary actions against payumoney.

I made a online payment to delhi jal board for an outstanding bill of 10121 /- on 20/06/16 and payment is also debited from my account and payment status was also shown success by payumoney but still delhi jal board has not rcvd payment, plz refund my money asap or fwd my money to delhi jal board otherwise i got no option but to drag the company to consumer court

I tried to book a bus ticket in red bus website by yesterday and faced the problem while paying amount via payumoney that the amount rs.850 has been detected from my account but the ticket has not been booked.

When i call to red bus customer care, they were saying that the money has blocked at payment gateway. Can you please check and let us know when the amount has been credited to my account back.

I recharge. To ezypaisa of rs 149 and completed it but ezypaisa not given me services so i requested refund of rs 149 from payumoney and it is initialed but not got it. I want my refund as soon as possible within aug 16 my phone no is [protected] plz talk to ezypaisa also to give me services or else refund because payumoney has also said that when they will pit money in our account then we will give to you.

Hello sir. my account name is rani gupta. yesterday my Rs 700 got debited after I booked a train ticket. the ticket was only for Rs 500. now I am really worried for Extra rs 200 which is debited.

sir this is first time I am facing this issue. I have caklled but all nos are busy. no one picked my call too.

customer care is not good of payumoney. they un neccesarily disconnect.

please refund my money or I will complain again and again.

I did a transaction against edmc website to pay property tax but nothing happens and the money was deducted from my account and when I contacted send they say that no payment happens so i visited my bank and they sy the money is with merchant PAYU MONEY ...transaction I'd is[protected]. For rs1696.90. I want full refund and I contacted PAYU money several times and they demand 2 days time but every time I wait for 4-5 days and contact them they say same thing again ..I am tired and I want my money back
