On 16 april 16 i have topup my bsnl mobile for rs, 300.00. The money has been deducted from my sbi account however the mobile no. Has not been topped up with the money.In view of the above said i request the company either topup the mobile with rs.300 voucher online or return the money back to my bank. The transaction reference no. Ig0bvfajhs, bank sbi, branch mylapore, chennai a/c no.[protected].

Someone done a fraud with me. On 21.04.2015 some one has fraudulently used my ATM card information & Use in favour of ecommerce shopping through your gateway or website.

I had booked a ticket using redbus on 24th March using mobile number:[protected]. Ticket wasn't successful and same is not returned to bank yet....

Two transaction on date 12 april total amount deduct as 401+401 total 802 rd deducted from the account no [protected] and the atm card no is[protected] against the train ticket booking but the ticket has not booked .These two transactions are as time is 01:20 hrs and 01:42hrs on 12 april.The msg received by your side as the amount will be refund as same account in next 24 hrs but the amount is not recd till time please confirm......

I ordered a mobile from syberplace.com on 20th feb through Payumoney gateway because they give 30 days buyer protection and they release money when we get our product delivered. After no response from Syberplace.com till 5th march . I raised dispute in Payumoney.com. They solve in min.5 days and max 12 days. But i am waiting for my resolution from 5th march.
Whenever i call them they give same excuses, We are following with merchant...

I got a call from payumoney on 4th april 2016 saying that i am eligible for Rs.8000 as a gift from them for not having any default in using my credit card till now. They took my bank name and they have debited Rs. 7647 from my account. I kindly request you to take action on them and retrieve my cash.

As a Merchant, Never go with Payumoney Payments systems. B-coz they staff is trained by Company to hold the money of Seller / Purchaser / Merchants for a maximum period.

But due tonot dispatching mobile within provided time limit i complined at payUmoney on 19th March, 2016. I requested to cancel order and giving refund of my amount. After That my order is closed on merchant website syberplace.com. And they notify item refunded. But PayUmoney not providing refund till now. Refundable amount is 7919.01...

Pls do not shop online in India payumoney, quikr.com, flipcart, all the online shopping business run by Indians. tghey are all fruad=ulent companies who came out of kitchens to do business. they are not redressing any of then pronb;ems faced by many customers, eventually what appears as a bargain the price goes up more than the retail stores. so my sincere advise to fellow iether we should sue this companies, or dont shop at alll......
