No response from payumoney regarding the refund even though seller has agreed to refund the amount because the product i ordered was delivered to me in a irrepairable damaged condition, only response i am getting is through their customer care form which always ask me to wait for 24-48 hours.
No resolution from the payumoney team
To be honest payumoney doesnt provide buyers protection
I even emailed the ceo of payumoney so i could get my refund but still no response thats how bad this company customer service is
I hope all buyers read this before using payumoney for their next purchase.
payumoney is only safe for merchant when it comes to buyer they dont give a
its been 4 days since the merchant emailed them to refund me
payumoney should have initiated the refund by now instead i am emailing every other hour to get my money back
I deserved the full refund even if the seller would have refused bcos the product was completely damaged and i shared the pics right after they delivered the product but still i had to wait for merchant to agree to refund me
and even then i am not getting my money back
this is disgraceful

    I am going to file the police complaint as well .
    Kindly help me block the money and inform the same to the company for not considering this amount which would help to cancel the transaction .

    I have tried to purchase a book on 6/5/2016 from justmy books and I didnt received any confirmation from them . I came to know its a fake website now what I want is that the money must be refunded into my account ASAP. The details are given below and please remove your company from that website its making your image bad.

      I have tried to purchase redmi note 3 on 27april'2016 on sale day for rs total: ₹10, 374 (Including insurance) from www.mi.com (Merchant oder id 200110005160427821180544) and made the payment through payumoney but later after i got my choice color on amazon and place the very same model but different color and then cancel the order done on www.mi.com on the very same day just after 5-10 minutes of placing it.

      Now, its being more than 5 days and no one bother to call and my refund is showing as status processing return for past 5 days. I have raised concern to payumoney too and don't know how many days they will take it to refund my money under buyer protection act as per their policy. I have raised payumoney dispute confirmation mail[protected].

        I paid money through PayUMoney to purchase ebook from Disha Publishers, But after redacting money from my account, the page told me to waite for some time since i waited more than 30 min my payment page did not redirect to the e purchase so I did not get the ebook from the publisher.                     I ordered a mobile from syberplace.com on 20th feb through Payumoney gateway because they give 30 days buyer protection and they release money when we get our product delivered. After no response from Syberplace.com till 5th march . I raised dispute in Payumoney.com. They solve in min.5 days and max 12 days. But i am waiting for my resolution from 5th march.
                    Whenever i call them they give same excuses, We are following with merchant blah blah. They are saying they settled money to the seller.
                    My question is who said you to settle money to seller.
                    Did the seller gave you delivery confirmation or i gave u the confirmation.
                    Its payumoney policy they settle money after delivery and Now they are ignoring me.
                    I am attaching some images of payumoney of their page why chose us ?
                    Please check that also and tell me who is wrong ?

                          I am a merchant with “payu payments private limited”, merchant id- 5367172
                          Delaying of funds is misuse of funds and misuse of funds is fraud as per rbi guidelines.
                          Till 01/04/2016 to i have not receive my money from payu payments private limited

                          Whenever i request anything in contact form of payumoney, they always told me wait for 24 hours. But after so much time the 24 hours is not completed as per payumoney standards.
                          They settled only small transactions, once generate a business of more transaction, they can start making excuses and stop settling our money in merchant account
                          Pay u money is a fraud payment gateway..
                          They collect all the money of merchants in their pocket. They don't have any manner how to talk with merchants? They are fully fraud. No process. Useless company. Only first settlement they settle.. Then other they keep in their pockets.. Real fraud.
                          Payu is playing very smart game. Not they refund any money and nor they respond.,
                          Is a big cheater and fraud. I am using the payment getway since last 1 month and i know in details how they are first trapping the clients and then they blackmail the clients. Initially they release money in time to win the trust of the client and once the client’s business is dependent on using their payment gateway they start blackmailing them by stopping release of their money on trivial, cooked and mischievous grounds with intention to harass and blackmail the client.

                          Their company culture is totally based on fraud. They are doing fraud with clients and employees also. There is no work ethics in the company. Nitin gupta treats the staffs as slave. They are worst employer in the world and suck the blood of employees. There is no fixed date of salary and deduct the hard earned money of staffs on funny pretexts. There is no hr policy and hr admin in-charge is relatives of the director.                                 Be alert & be aware. Calls from "www.eshikshaglobal.in" & payments to "denhimmel solutions" thro payumoney

                                Denhimmel solutions( www.eshikhsaglobal.in) doing fraudulent business (Cheating people) by showing job offers and collecting payments through payumoney.

                                Yesterday i got a call from +[protected]Eshikshaglobal consultancy), said about job openings & confessed me to pay registration amount of rs.2400/- thro payumoney. I paid that amount.

                                Today i got the call from same number & asked scan copies of my education+experience certificates for verification. Once i send the documents, asked to pay an amount of rs.6999/- for certifications verification. I rejected to pay but they confessed me. Finally i paid that amount thro payumoney.

                                Later i got the call from same team & asking to pay rs.15100/- thro payumoney to send offer letter from the employer.

                                But this time i strictly refused to pay said amount until i receive an interview call / offer letter.

                                Later no calls / no proper response from www.eshikshagloble.in (Denhimmel solutions) team & trying to confess me. But not agreeing to refund my amount.

                                I'm suspecting the fraudulent business going on by cheating people & collecting payments through payumoney.

                                I request payumoney to kindly stop all the payment transactions to "denhimmel solutions" immediately, do proper investigation & arrange to refund my amount immediately.

                                  I've received an information that sum of rs. 7494.30 had been deducted from my citi bank credit card and transferred to electronic wallet 'payumoney'.
                                  I've contacted bank to trace the transaction and got to know that the transaction was successful. As per my knowledge i haven't initiate such transaction on[protected].
                                  I haven't got any contact details of payumoney. But i have register my concern in payumoney mobile apps, till date no response & no mail from payumoney

                                  As the amount is big and worried about the case whether i'll get the money back or not.

                                    As a Merchant, Never go with Payumoney Payments systems. B-coz they staff is trained by Company to hold the money of Seller / Purchaser / Merchants for a maximum period.

                                    Delaying of funds is misuse of funds and Misuse of funds is fraud as per RBI Guidelines.

                                    whenever I request anything in contact form of Payumoney, they always with a ticket number #1410544 and tell me wait for 24 hours. But after so much time the 24 hours is not completed as per Payumoney standards.

                                    This is totally Fraud and beware of this way.

                                      I ordered mobile phone gionee F103 from syberplace.com and paid money using payUmoney on 4th March, 2016. But due tonot dispatching mobile within provided time limit i complined at payUmoney on 19th March, 2016. I requested to cancel order and giving refund of my amount.
