Payumoney along with their merchant cheated me of Rs.10000
i had used expressblaster services for email campaign marketing for 1 year had paid 10000rs fthrough payumoney.
payumoney has buyer protection but it claims before i paid the money.(very funny, that everyone one o[censored]s have it, right?)

the owner of expressblaster sanjay kumar has vanished. I escalated one day my problem before he vanished to payumoney but they didnt do anthing

I wish to seek redressal in this matter.

I booked m ticket pnr no-TS-RB24627000JOO/67239/SDT-02 today at 6-40 pm for my travel from Hyd to Machilipatnam on 23rd Jan...while booking I was offered a discount of Rs75/ on Rs600 if it is done through payUMoney ...my offer code was given as RBJAN20 and I made payment thru my debit card with payment Id[protected] expecting I would be charged only Rs575/ for the ticket...as I finished payment I was puzzled to note it was rs 600/ ..hence I request you to check into the matter and arrange to refund the excess money charged to the corresponding account...thanking you

I have paid rs.2860.00 to reliance engry bill of Dec through your gateway apps just now.CITIBANK credit card has debited my account by the above amount whereas your are mentioning that payment not effected.please check and confirm.

I ordered mts mbale wifi, which provides me payment gateway only through payumoney.com. As i had no other option i payed the money, but my acc. was debited and still my order was not booked, where the hell my money goes. Then I raise doubt, but they are neither resolving the problem nor refunding the money.

I have paid two bill of cesc and at that time I got cash back offer but when I updated my bank's passbook then I saw that 300 RUPEES more charged from my account and I complained so many times but I didn't get any profit so please see my problem it's. Request.

I have paid rs.745 for portable charges on 22/11/2015 vide merchant order ID ckGBL4123 and payment id 79592049.i have not received any goods or any communication in this matter till date. but status is showing as 'completed' I have filed so many complaints on line but no response received.

Fraud Transaction is happened in my SBI Account[protected] firstly 2500. Then again after few minute 2500.that is total 5000rs.when I was received message for same .i informed SBI helpline line no. and blocked my card. .So kindly hold the transaction and do the necessary action for same

I made payment to Sanjay Kumar of expressbalster.com a email marketing fraudulent company based out of New Delhi, payment gateway was payumoney on nov 16th 2015 I availed the services for 1 year with the merchant expressblaster of sending 15 lakhs every month, after few days i noticed he was not keeping up his word of creating campaigns and sending the emails. after much altercation he started sending the emails and it was very slow like 5000emials per day and after a week of sending some 40000emails and i didnt get any response( i am sure all the emails went into spam folder) tracking site showed only 249 people saw and opened my site on 26 november 2015 i told him that iam not interested in his services, and on 27 th notified the payumoney company of the same, and on 28 th the merchant had shut his business and i came to know of this only on 5th december 2015. after weeks payumoney is still not resolved my issue Although buyer protection services is assured by paumoney. What is the legal course of action i can take.

A miscreant misused my debit card of sbi on 14.08.15 and tranferred the money amounting to rs.15000/- to payumoney with or without their concurrence.But had no registered wallet with payumoney'. On that very day total 17 transactions were made and an amount of rs.47, 968/ from my sbi account . 16 transactions went to other wallets such as mobikwik, freechages, oxigen wallet, atom, payu.In, mixes-payu.In. Mobikwik has refunded me full amount without asking me any question. But others are have taken the stand so that fraud amount is their money, i have no authority over that fraudulent money. They are raising various question. They are reporting we have already rechaged the money. Or saying send email from cyber cell officially directly to them. They are asking me to send bank manager email directly to them. Can i request them to send email directly to them. All these are lame excuses justnot to refund money. But, on 14.08.15 more than one sources reported them that all those transactuons were fraud transactions. Yet, in the interest of some profit and good understanding with hackers/ brokers they quickly recharged the money. It is very dis honest effort just to deceive me. My sbi debit card no was[protected] blocked now) and my sbi acno is[protected]. Please help me to get refund from those dishonest pos managements

Some one who got to know my credit card information till the cvv, made 3 transactions of Rs4000, Rs2000 and Rs2000 without using OTP or Pin or Password. the same person was able to make a transaction of Rs5000 through Vodafone Billdesk without OTP, Pin and Password. Axis bank leaked the info. about my account status to this fraud
