Refund of INR 6230 was initiated by merchant on 24th Feb 2022 but its not credited in my card account. Received mail confirmation from payu on 24th Feb 2022 but amount is still not credited in credit card account....

Dear Sir, I had make a Payment to Your Merchant :- ENAM Vide Transaction Id :[protected] and Amount :- 65600.00 on Dated 15/03/2022.Said Merchant is Fraudster He is doing online fraud to consumer He is only picking money through you and donot deliver any product against this. Kindly arrange for a refund of my amount back into my Bank account which has been debited by you....

I have made the payment to this merchant more than 10 days ago and till now there is no update from the merchant. The product has still not been shipped also and the merchant has not responded to any of my e-mails asking for an update also. I think this merchant is a fraud and is cheating innocent customers like me. I request you to help me in blacklisting this merchant and take legal action against the merchant.
