I have made a purchase of a SmartWatch worth Rs. 4999 on the website www.refurbshiedstore.in on March 20, 2022. For doing this Transaction the website has used the PayU Gurgaon Account in the name of 'Mohit Sharma' under Transaction No. [protected].

The amount has been debited from my Bank Account and the Smart Watch has not been delivered to me till now. The contact number mentioned on the website is [protected]. This number is coming off. Request you to please investigate this transaction and let me know whether this is a legitimate transaction or not. Request you to please get me a refund of this transaction as I have not been delivered the product promised.
I will wait for your reply on this subject. Let me know if you need any further information from me in this regard.
