Hello, i raised a ticket too regarding this complaint, the person had made a payment of INR 81, 000 on 30th March 2022 and it has yet not been settled in my registered bank account.
I have been using PayUMoney since 2020 and i am facing this issue for the first time with such a big amount.
I don’t the reason why it is on hold but i need to get that settlement so please help me @PayUMoney on this!
