        Sir i have made a payment of Rs.2000 on 30/9/21 with payu money id.[protected].This is the reply whic i got from payu money.so pls check this amount. It's already takes too much time to resolve this complain. I didn't get my refund till date. I already generate complain. they are still saying that your complain is in progress. Dont you think that this complain will resolve in 2-5 working days.
        This is the last time i am complaining this. Other wise i will go to consumer form directly.

          My payu settlement is kept on hold

          My payu merchant id 7333271
          For more than 1 month, our settlement amount of almost Rs50000 is kept on hold. We tried to raise a ticket in payu help. It is simply replying the same messages and closing all our queries. There is no any customer care number for us to contact. Why you don't have any customer care number. Simply replying with robotic messages all the time. Settle my amount immediately or you people will ready to face the consequences. Before taking your services many people suggested me to be away from your people because you have track record of cheating and eating money of clinets on the name of policy. Don't try to cheat and eat our money. We will expose your dual face in implementing the same policy for different clinet. Check Ticket id FI[protected].

                My Merchant ID is 8377606. My 60000 rs is on hold on payu payments gateway.We had stopped our business because of lack of fund.There is no reply from their customer support.They don't even have a call center facility.Many merchants has stopped their business due to this issue.This is a scam company.Our fund is being blocked for more than 90days.

                              Dear Payu Team / Consumer Complaints Team,

                              I have made a purchase of a SmartWatch worth Rs. 4999 on the website www.refurbshiedstore.in on March 20, 2022. For doing this Transaction the website has used the PayU Gurgaon Account in the name of 'Mohit Sharma' under Transaction No. [protected].

                              The amount has been debited from my Bank Account and the Smart Watch has not been delivered to me till now. The contact number mentioned on the website is [protected]. This number is coming off. Request you to please investigate this transaction and let me know whether this is a legitimate transaction or not. Request you to please get me a refund of this transaction as I have not been delivered the product promised.

                              I will wait for your reply on this subject. Let me know if you need any further information from me in this regard.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I booked a train ticket on 18th of march through IRCTC app I made payment through payu, same day I cancelled my ticket. But I didn't receive my refunded money in my bank account. IRCTC says they already refunded the amount on 19th of march and it's transaction ID is [protected]. I attached all the documents here.

                                  Ordered mangoes from fruitdeal.in which turned out to be fraud and payment of 1176.46 was done to fraud payu merchant called kiritbhai kalubhai bajaniya.

                                  Fruitdeal.in support number and email ID mentioned on website turned out to be fraud and had raised complaint with payu who assigned me ticket number has not provided resolution so far and none of their indian number is reachable nor anyone responds. Order was placed on 24th March and complaint was raised with payu on 25th April
                                  Have also logged complaint with cyber crime, Mumbai police

                                    Hello, i raised a ticket too regarding this complaint, the person had made a payment of INR 81, 000 on 30th March 2022 and it has yet not been settled in my registered bank account.

                                    I have been using PayUMoney since 2020 and i am facing this issue for the first time with such a big amount.

                                    I don’t the reason why it is on hold but i need to get that settlement so please help me @PayUMoney on this!
