My Merchant ID is 8377606. My 60000 rs is on hold on payu payments gateway.We had stopped our business because of lack of fund.There is no reply from their customer support.They don't even have a call center facility.Many merchants has stopped their business due to this issue.This is a scam company.Our fund is being blocked for more than 90days....

I booked a train ticket on 18th of march through IRCTC app I made payment through payu, same day I cancelled my ticket. But I didn't receive my refunded money in my bank account.
