      On 8th march 2022 my money was deducted from my account but my transaction got cancelled from your merchant site. My bank told me that no refund was initiated from your side.Please help me fast because its my college fees. Here is the message from my bank after the transaction.
      Rs. 45, 000.00 debited from A/C XXXXXXXX650498 through Debit card on 08/03/2022 at 12:58:29. A/C bal. Rs. 0.56 .085716 -SANDIP HOSTE NASHIK.

                    This is proof for the payment was made timely as per due date and also the same timeline. As per my records not bad and its I think very good. But as per your behaviour is worst in my experience its very stupidity. I don't accept this type of behavior. Please note on now I going to file a case with lazypay due to marked to me a late fee Rs.95. Its should be very dangerous app, I ever seen. I will be stop to use this card for this type of experiences. So as per this situation you please revised all of this with refund this money as deducted and revert back to me. Please note I have more proofs regarding this case for you now going as per your stupidity. And look at all my records and now who's record and judge why it happened. If I have a bad cibil score you do it for you I will not leave anyone. I don't listen to any drama.

                        Hello Sir, On 13/02/22 i have made a payment 6000 in payu through link from the merchant nidhi oberoi and she is not replying me and on 20/02/22 I message her for refund and she told me 1000rs charge for refund and you will get refund in 10 min. Neither l get my refund nor she is replying now. So i requested you to take some serious action on this matter and give my 7000 total refund to me. So its my humble request to you please provide me my all money back as soon as possible.

                            My payu merchant id 8497231
                            On 01/02/2022, 27/02/22, have received a total amount of RS. 608, 000/- money through the payu payment gateway from the clients for my business. But they put these amounts on hold. I tried to contact them many a times but in vain. As they requested I have submitted all the required documents but they are just careless and purposely doing this.
                            Just a message your amount is on hold pls submit the required documents. Even they sent a message you will receive a call in 24hrs to 48hrs but they never called. I have been harassed by payu for such carelessness. I try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold"
                            Why i need to wait to get my hard earned money. It's looks like a fraud thing.

                              We are facing a lot of transaction failed issues.
                              Tried contacting you but didn't get any revert back.
                              I have been trying these people since 14th Feb but no help was received.

                              We are considering to move to another gateway like ccavenue or citrus payment as we are not able to get proper customer service.

                              Requesting for a Dedicated Account Manager as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

                                    I ordered a tshirt from luxurychoice.in and paid the amount online through payu but there was no status of my order even for several weeks so when i looked into the matter the website turned out to be fake and that i was not the first one to be scammed this way many more people have complained about it and i am shocked that no one has done anything about it this website should be banned and people should get back their money. When u order from the website it asks u to make the payment online to the account of NIKULKUMAR RAVATBHAI DER on payu.Please look into the fact that scammers are making accounts on payu and taking money . I would just like for my money to be refunded

Since the said transactions are successfully processed and settled, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback with your issuing bank against this transaction.

                                      Transaction No. [protected] for Rs 598.00 done for VAISHALI has succeeded from payu team

                                      I ordered on 23rd Feb 2022 but have not received the order till date.

                                      My two emails to their customer service email ( [protected]@gmail.com ) is also not replied too till date.

                                      Kindly do the needful to refund my money.

                                      Hello, Till when I will get to know about any update.
                                      I have already made them multiple times but have not received any response from them.

                                      The store is also not opening since the second day I did the payment.

                                      I request you to kindly resolve my problem as I have paid but not received any delivery of the ordered products
