I have paid 1800.00 on[protected]am txn[protected] to your registered Merchant Named Abhishek Sachdeva with business name BuyYouTubeSubcribers.in
Later saw multiple complaints about him online.
He is a fraud user and not providing any services to users after receiving payments. Please locate your registered Merchant and provide us details to track down this user to file a police complaint. Or raise a suitable enquiry on the user.

    Hi

    I have placed an order for a white colour dress and grey leather silk woven jutti, total order amounting to Rs. 2340.00.

    I made a payment through debit card. My money got deducted from my account(snap shot attached). However, I haven't received any payment confirmation email from Payu (payment gateway) nor order confirmation email from Fabindia.

    I even don't have any order number to identified with. This could be some network/technical issue from your end.

    Please resolve this issue ASAP and do send me the confirmation email.

        Got the mail from payu that refund of 8000 inr is received in your account from British Counsil but the money is not credited in my account yet. Contacted the British counsil as well they have replied that they had sent the money to payu. But the refund is still not reflecting in my account. Please resolve this issue asap.

It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. You need to coordinate with the merchant only against your transaction. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback with your issuing bank.

                                I use PayuMoney to accept payments on my website. Their settlement cycle is T+2days. The last settlement I got was on 26th Febuary. It is 4th March now and I still haven't received my settlements. The amount stuck with Payu is more than rs 3 lakhs and it is having a major cash flow issue on my business.

                                    I got a reply from you then they called me and asking me for a process in which they asked me to pay 14845 rs from my account

                                        As i have placed order and payment was done through UPI Google pay as it requested to pay through payumoney so i approved
                                        But it was about more than 24 hours payment was pending but amount was debited from my account
                                        Now i have cancelled the order
                                        So in how many days my money will be refunded
                                        I placed order on 1-3-21
                                        Cancelled on 2-3-21
                                        And tell me one more thing
