PayUMoney — Dry fruit order not received

0n[protected] I remitted Rs.897.00 vide Txn.[protected] through my CREDIT CARD which was duly received bu PAYU team for BAJRANGI CREATION.But till date I have neither received my ORDER nor any information from the DEALER. As i did not get any response I request your goodself to look into the matter and get my problem solved. I shall be very thankful if you could solve my problem and help me to either get my product delivered or the amount remitted be refunded back to me.

Why the PAYU TEAM is reluctant to provide the complete detail of the supplier along with its E-Mail despite several requests. Please do the needful immediately as I have yet to receive my product

Hi! Please note, PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback with your issuing bank against this transaction.
Please refer to my several complaints in regard to Txn. No. [protected] dated:[protected]. for Rs.897.00 As per your comments you have replied on[protected] but I am unable to receive/read the same. Please be specific and let me know the CLEAR REPLY in regard to the complaint wherein I requested you to let me know the complete address of the SUPPLIERS to whom the Money has been remitted .
