[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Electricity bill paid to PSPCL not received by merchant

Sir,

i paid electricity bill to PSPCL with transaction id [protected] of Rs. 363397.00- dt 14/04/2021.

as per pspcl such amount not received to merchant. Results i have to face in conveyance and financial loss . Kindly send id and reference with merchant transaction.

Because pspcl have not received payment, they have ordered to cut the connection, kindly help me and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Hi! We are not able to trace any transaction with the given information. Please share below mentioned details via help.apyu.in for further assistance.
• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
