Placed order on otiz-in.myshopify. com for dry fruits on 13/9/21 & paid Rs 2469.74 through payu. Payu team confirmed by email & given I'd [protected].as transaction with bajrang creations is successful. Web site given for contact as "smart-touch.in".which shows "currently unavailable we will be back soon."
Actually ordered on "otiz-in. myshopify. com" whose phone no given as[protected] & email as "otiz. [protected]@gmail.com" email sent to them. No response. The phone does not work. As per payu procedure all information with screen shots to payu help who have given ticket I'd ET[protected]. They mention since 10 days repeatedly as resolved and now they say closed. Not received the amount till now.

    On 7th while surfing the internet I got an attack on my machines stating that my machine is locked for further use and if I don't pay the money, a case will be lodged against me. I had to pay Rs: 28000/- and Rs: 29000/- that moment. later I realized that I got scammed.

    I reached out to the bank to block my credit card immediately and got to know the below information from the bank.

    1. The transaction is still not settled and the merchant has not yet claimed the money from Payu.
    2. The transaction references they provided are as below:
    a. Rs. 28000/- ---MPLIXJ[protected]
    b. Rs. 29000/- ---MPLEKU9WZ[protected]
    3. First 6 and last 4 digits of your card: 524480 and 3001
    4. No email Id or Phone number was asked in the portal.

    Hi! Please note, PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback with your issuing bank against this transaction.
    The issue is that it was a fraud. I don't have the identify of the merchant. Could you please help me with the merchant Id, so that I could reach them out.

      Our client hold their company account with PayU Payments Private Limited to avail Online payment services for their business with registered mail id - [protected]@gmail.com and Merchant ID : 8183523. But your company hold our client money on dated 23 sept, 2021 and don't settle the same in their account. Therefore, As per section 420 of IPC it's a Breach of Agreement and trust. You have been served with the lawsuit very soon with case number and other details mentioned on it also you have to be present on dated 11 Oct, 2021 to Honorable Delhi High Court for hearing of trial 1 session on given address Shershah Road, Justice SB Marg, New Delhi, Delhi 110503. If our client problem doesn't get resolved within the given time limit you have to face legal consequences for the same.

        Hello Ashraf Choudhary here,

        I am a Developer of Vashi Times "New Bombay Publications Private Limited".

        We have a online Enewspaper Service on our official website https://vashitmes.net

        We used payumoney as payment gateway from last 3 years.

        Unfortunately payments settlements are stopped from payumoney from last few months.

        We got the reason as to prove us our service by sending invoices and proof of delivery courier receipt.

        Are you development team or support team crazy, we use digital product service and we were kept on hold due to courier delivery receipt.

        How can we get this useless things after 3 years.

        I tried to reach or upload the invoice document which our customers get from our mail. But the payumoney dashboard and help dashboard is not working at all to reach your support.

        No tickets create options in available to solve my problem.
        frustrating thing, not able to contact from help chat website, live chat & tried to mail them their mail ids is not working at all.
        i tried both mail id, [protected]@payumoney.com & [protected]@payumoney.com

                      I have tried to book 4 online tickets for Tajmahal, Agra from the QR code available in the monument on dated 03.10.2021
                      I opened the website (https://asi.payumoney.com/) and made payment of Rs. 980 using my HDFC Debit Card

                      Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not generated and payment page showed that payment failed.

                      I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.

                          I had placed an order and made the payment using PayU of 19998 Rs on 19th May 2021, the seller cancelled the order and initiated a return of amount in June 2021. PayU has admitted that it has the amount that has to be returned to my account but is not doing it . It has a consumer helpline chat and it is automated reply. It says the payment refund failed so it has initiated the refund again. It has been 3 months and they do not mention why it has failed and if they need a account number where amount can be transferred. Please help.

                                      I have tried contacting the merchant but he won’t reply to mails and calls and his website is down. So the merchant is fraud and when tried contacting you through your website for fraud merchant, your reply was “n” . I just want my money back because the merchant is fraud.

                                      You have not resolved the issue so why did you mark this as resolved. You are lending hand to fraud merchant making them easy to scam money.Merchant is website is not working after ordering from them your not verifying the credibility of the merchant.Kindly verify the record history of the merchant and get me back with refund.

                                        I have registered a complaint on PayU regarding a fraud merchant posing as an ecommerce website and accpeting payments without any inventory.

                                        the complaint was closed without any information/resolution after 10 days.
                                        PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
