Please find below transaction details: Order Amount - Rs 2060.00 Payment ID[protected] Merchant Order ID - TTD_139106 Order Date & Time - October[protected]:48:31 PM Merchant Transaction Identifier - TTD_139106 Above transaction was done due to spoof website of official Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams website created by Padmavathi Travels. In further inquiry, it is observed that email id provided on the website is not being either active or not being attended. On contacting customer care chat option, they have openly challenged to lodge complaint. I have already raised following tickets in the matter: YY[protected], BR[protected], HX[protected], FZ[protected] But till now, I have not received satisfactory response. I have already alerted the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams about this incident. This is nothing but a cyber crime. Please share the full details of the merchant including Bank details. Let me know if this merchant is a cyber criminal, what is your role in that case.
