[Resolved] PayUMoney — Payment made via PayU biller did not receive the payment | |
Paid a payment to Weft Grip ( online snack portal) via ICICI bank which went also via PayU, an amount of Rs 1881, biller did not receive payment. The money is still stuck. Would want this to be resolved. No reply from Pay U, no contact number, no live support, pathetic service. Pay U, should be closed, they are not duly following, norms to assist payees via their portal. Would need a reply from their side to address the matter. Was this information helpful? | |

Isn’t it PayU duty to give a call to the customer who is having an issue. It is PayU problem they should resolve it. I don’t wish to go legal but if I have to I will. You’ll guys are duping people and spoiling the image of Payu as well. I need this resolved,
