[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Trademeshop fraud

Sir
I have ordered luminous solar panels from trademeshop on August 19th from trademeshop by paying rs 13540/- through Payu Transaction ID [protected], they assured me that item will be delivered before 4th August, now their telephone and email are not reachable
So I request you help me in this regard

payu has provided a payment gateway to fraud merchants, without verifying the genuineness of merchant now they are simply backing down
