[Resolved] PayUMoney — two times money deducted | |||
Dear sir / madam 10th feb 2019 I was paying electricity bills to "kesco". While doiung this, two transactions were made for the same amount of inr rs 1647. 1st payment details Bil/onl/[protected]/kanpur ele/pay Umoney801932 1, 647.00 2nd payment details Bil/onl/[protected]/kanpur ele/pay Umoney801938 1, 647.00 But only one payment was received at kesco...2nd payment has not been received in my icici bank account. Please check as this is now more than two weeks now from the incidence. Kindly ensure return of rs 1647 back in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||

My customer made a payment of Rs.10000 on 15th of February 2019. Still I haven't received my money in my bank account. Already 7 days gone. They are not picking my calls and also not responding to my mails. Totally fraud company. All nonsense cheaters are sitting there.
My complete payment is on hold and there is no response from payumoney.
money is in lakhs and still payu is not responding to my emails and calls.

I booked ticket from redbus but for some reason redbus cancel the bus & refund issued from red bus through Payumoney . But Payumoney not credited the amount to my bank A/C. I have no extra money to book again a bus. Please help me for quick refund.
