PayUMoney — Unauthorised payment clearance but product not received yet.

As per the last transaction i did in january 2016, after i get the product u will release the money from my account. but without receiving the product you released the money and no option for refund also. merchant is supposed to deliver the product in my mail as on immediate basis since it is a digital software purchase, means i will download from the link provided and the activation key will be mailed to me. Merchant says they will deliver tomorrow which is not acceptable for digital software purchase. so I want a return on immediate basis & without checking from me how could you release the payment since product is not delivered.
