I had ordered an item worth 3500 and it was completely different product delivered to me. I expected cash refund but was given store credits instead. Also I was charged the delivery charges for this wrong item delivery. Again I ordered another product using store credits which is damaged this time. I have shared images for the defective piece for which I expect refund. The executive however is not agreeing to refund the amount to me and I'm forced to accept store credits again. I don't wish to get any more store credits and would like my money back since it's a big amount to me. I expected some transparency from you guys. Firstly I was delivered wrong products multiple times and now I'm not allowed to claim my money back. I hope you will look into it and since it's not my responsibility that I'm receiving wrong and damaged products, I expect my cash refund processed instead.

The Peachmode team is asking me to send the parcel back to their headoffice and asking me to pay for it. Also they are not giving my money back and adding store credits to my account which can only be used at their stores. Please help me with this since there is nothing I'm able to do from my side. They are not willing to return the product or the money.

Regarding return of the damaged item, on Saturday (17th Dec 2016), I got a call from your (collection) people at 12.25pm and i could reach my house at 12.40pm. By the time he left the place, I called him back saying that I will come personally to your place and hand over the items since he was nearby. But he refused and told me that Monday (19th Dec 2016), he will come and collect.
Today (19th Dec 2016), I called your customer care and informed that my phone may be unreachable but ask your people to come to my home and collect the sarees.

Now I got a message saying they could not collect the item, after the second attempt. Your people are not coming to my house, just trying to reach me through phone and finally saying not able to collect the item.

You did not send the dress by oct 24, now when i have cancelled the order you are not refunding money back in bank account
I dont want any store credit

I made online payment of rs 647 for a dress to be shipped to my sister in Secunderabad. She was again charged for the dress. Losing faith in peachmode. Either u get the money returned to her or I shall publish all payment details & double charging of your products.

I ordered a patiala dress materal vide your id S[protected] dated 10.10.2016, which was a combo offer. When I opened this I found in one piece of cloth is some black spots are there, which can not be managable. But materials are good in quality.It is advisable that, when packer are pack the materials, they shouls look in to this.So I request you to kindly make arrangement to collet this materials and refund my money as per your return rule.

I would like to return my products. I bought altogether 2500 worth product and the products were low quality. How could you do this to a customer? The color was different from what i expected.

I bought an Anarkali worth Rs.895, Sari worth 1645 and shipping charge Rs.50. I didnt like the quality and color. Please refund the amount.

Hello Peachmode,

I had made a transaction on 10th Sep of 995rs and the money was deducted from my bank account were as in your site you mentioned it as transaction failed. When i wrote an email to your customer care they mentioned that they have not received money and asked me to contact bank.

i contacted back and after 10 days they confirmed that they money has been given to you and it should be you who has to give the money back. I really dont understand how pathetic your service can be that your stating lie even when you have received money. The order number was : #[protected]

And the PRN no which i got from bank is :[protected].

Please check with your finance team, you cannot just take customers money for a failed transaction and write false emails to them.

Please take an action on this asap.

Hey, i had an almost similar experience with this fraud site.
They are just shameless, filthy animals .
Literally parasites.
I'm quite sure they have got the money they are just denying it .their usual petty tactics.this is how they make money by duping people .
Just serve them a legal notice .
And they will be bound to give to give your money back.
Ask for assistance from natinal consumers helpline.
They are big fraudsters, conmen. Don't just let them dupe you . they think everybody on this earth is a fool except them.

Bought a saree online with peach mode but the quality was pathetic and not worth the product. Also damaged saree, called customer care and applied for return request and the representative picked the product and gave a receipt. But after 3 days, I get a mail from peach mode that ticket for return request is closed. This is not fair they took my money and the product which is useless. Please I wan a solution.

I recently order a product ghatiyaa quality worst se bhai worst no replacement scheme or total waste of money never order from peachmode...ever ghatiyaa kapdaa kabhi mat mangwana peachmode se paisaa waist pehlii baar lgaa itne safe dinoo me no resolving terms worst service I have been ever seen in past 5 years..so plz do not try to order anything.

I have ordered a navy blue dhoti style pant suit, order number[protected], as it was shown that dhoti was stitched, but it wasn't stitched, and also the size of top was extra large, I want to return it back, I didn't paid the amount, want to return it back, either cancel my order or send stitched bottom to replace it.

Hey, i have also had a very similar experience.my advice is never buy anything from this cheap filthy site. The customer care team is so cheap and unprofessional. all in all they are the worst of the worst.
Don't just let your money wasted. Ask for refund and if they don't agree to it just serve them a legal notice. A legal notice and they can do nothing but refund. Don't Just give up.
This is your consumer right don't let these frauds do anything they want.
