I order 1 red net jacquard lehenga and I have got it on 28/11/2015. I like it but I doesn't got hole thing of it . in that I doesn't dot blauj in it which is of golden colour so plz collect this product from us and give new one. My order no :[protected]

I had ordered a mehendi colour suit(1795/_) order no.[protected]. i suit which was delivered to me was not mehendi colour and also it had some horrible stains on it . i called up the peachode people and even wrote a email with pictures of the damaged product and still i haven't received a mail or any sort of reply from peachmode . The service of all, they dont even check the product before delivering it as well they don't reply and take responsibility for their mistake . This has been the worst experience of shopping online.

1.The suit I ordered was shown with full length ankle touching .n dupatta was embellished with thick border . 2.The problem is that the suit is knee length not as shown in the picture . 3.The dupatta is very short n has thin lace unlike the good broud border shown in the pic .even the lace is little damaged . 4.The embroidery is not as same as the pic n is absolutely below standard as compared to other stuff on peachmode . 5.Therefore please kindly refund my money as the buy is a total fail n make arrangements to collect ur product . I ordered a product which is not as per the standard displayed. I placed the return request the same day of delivery i.e. 3rd Nov and till date no one has come for this. I have been calling everyday and everytime get a revert that pick up will happen today. I spoke to multiple people in customer care and a senior name Prashant. He was rude to teh core and disconnected the call on my face. I seek help to get my money back and compenation for such behavior and services.

I bought one anarkali chudi, but it was very very worst. the material also very bad. but the display of that chudi is awesome but the piece i got was very worst. the return option also very bad. they tell us to return through courier but the amt is 400 for sending courier. pls frnds dont buy through peachmode please...

I had ordered anarkali dress (code no:[protected] Rps.1395. I found that the dress i got delivered is totally different than what it is shown in the pic. so just need to return it back ..The colour is different, Dress pattern is also different.

How peachmode company can force me to buy something from their site, if they do now have good quality product and I do not want to buy anything from their site and they are not giving my amount back the way I paid cash or into my account. I have called them I had chat with their people but no success, they just always force you to by product from their site. being as a customer I have alights to choose from where I needs to buy or not why peachmode is not giving my money back to my account. My order number is[protected] Amount is 545rs Please look into this

I took one clothe from peachmode and because of bad quality i return the clothe. But now they are not refunding my my money. They are forcing me to buy the product of same price. But i do not want to buy anything from peacmode because of bad quality.

I have send mail to them regarding the same but they are always reply by saying as per our policy we won't refund money.

I want to know whether customer satisfaction is important or not if I am not happy with the quality then how can i buy the product again. Please help me for refunding my money. I have earned this money with my hard work and i don't want to loose this money in this way. This site is looting the customer in this way. I have gone through peachmode reviews everyone given the same feedback for bad quality products and even there customer care are not responding properly.
Please take action against them otherwise they will do the same thing with other also.

I dont like this product, becausethis product is very different ..., i have received wrong item my order no[protected], my saree colour pink & rani shade but recd orange & material rough pls refund the Amount, ... is feel very bad... pls as soon as return refund

As I was not satisfied with the product, I ordered for a return... They keep saying that we shall send person...no one turned up even after I called them for 5 times... They made multiple calls and was given multiple request ids... 10 and still the product is with me... FIRST EXPERIENCE ..WORST EXPERIENCE...I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ...I am not sure if they will get my product returned and refun my money...its still a ??????????????????

I pusrchased a saree from this peachmode but they provide me wrong product ( in color)i want exchange this saree color or if they can't exchange this product then i want refund, but they said this product is not exchange or they can't refund because its against their policy. please sir do action against peachmode.

I had bought 1295 rs anarkali, as it was not even worth for half of that amount i returned that product, but did not get cashback, having no other way again ordered the prod for 1665 again disappointed with the quality and everything

We have ordered couple of dresses from Peachmode. The dress quality is very horrible. They are all like second hand clothes. We have raised a return request and the clothes were returned. Later we were given points to again purchase from this great site. After great research we tries to identify a dress, when received the color was spread all over the dress and as well damaged. We have placed a return for this again two months back and still no one came to collect it after several mails and reminders..My best advice is please dont even visit this site...it is all fake clothes and fake company and worst service and worst dresses ever seen. They have to be sued as wel. I will go to consumer court as well related to this service. Will make sure this is closed completely

I ordered 2 dress for my wife worth 2045, when i received it, the quality of both the dress was so bad that even i can't give it to begger. Even begger will not like it. Then i complaint and requested for return, after almost 15 calls and 20 days they arranged a return, then they said they only got one dress for which i had to speak him in marathi and gave them some warning after that they refunded the amount in the wallet. Now the bigger problem is I've to again buy any other product and my 2045 is a gone. I was not expecting this from a company in mumbai. I feel like filing an FIR against them

I have ordered a anarkali to gift someone tomorrow that is on 22nd July . I odered on 15th of July and order still is not processed after a week. I need to gift it to someome on 22nt July . i[censored] are not shipping by 22nd July i will cancel the order

I have ordered an red anarkali on 26th of june 2015 from peachmode( order no[protected] but the quality was really bad as compared to what they are showing on their site and design is also different. they are writing on their site that we have 7 days exchange policy according to that you will make arrangement of pickup and credit same amount on customer account so they can purchase another piece. But when i called them for exchange they are not responding to call. all the times phone is either ringing or out of service. even i have mailed once to take this anarkali back but no response from their side .They are making fool of people. their contact number is +[protected] 10AM TO 7PM IST MON - SAT

A few months ago I had ordered for a anarkali from peachmode - the product delivered was not upto the mark and so i returned it. Peachmode provided me with store credits. I was ok with this as i thought - the product being substandard was a one-off case and wont be repeated again. Now using these store credits i ordered for a saree...and yet again the product is a huge disappointment! The material used is crappy, looks pathetic, the color doesnt match the online display, the embroidery is gaudy and just unlike anything that was displayed online! After being thoroughly disappointed in the product and by extension - Peachmode...i reached out to the company demanding a cash refund. They now tell me that "according to the policy" they wouldnt even take back the product (so i might as well forget a refund!!) Being an online retail company, they should be sorry of having delivered a sub-standard product. Instead they are just shrugging off any responsibility to it. Customer satisfaction seems to be the last thing on their mind. Stop luring people with beautiful pictures and rather concentrate on product quality. Return customers dont happen by cheating, it happens by performance!

They are writing on their site that they have 7 days exchange policy according to that they will make arrangement of pickup and credit same amount on customer account so they can purchase another piece. I have been calling them and writing mails too. I do get response for every call/mail, but nobody ever turns up for picking up the order. In spite of several complains, they hardly care, and I see they display lack of professionalism. Please DO NOT shop from this website, as it makes FAKE COMMITTMENTS all the time.
