As per your request, we have rescheduled a pickup at the specified date and time. Since this is the second attempt at pickup, I would like to inform you that in accordance with our company policy, if the pickup is not completed we request you to send the product on your own accord with a local courier (Preferred courier : India Post ).
If the pickup is completed, you don't need to do anything else from your end. Your refund / exchange / store credit will be processed in the following manner.
1. Pickup completed.
2. It usually takes 6-7 days for the product to reach our warehouse.
3. Once the product is received our return team processes the return request.
4. It will take 24-48 hours after the return of the item to issue a refund / process the store credit / Exchange the product.
If the pickup is not completed, please send the product with a local courier (Preferred courier : India Post ). A maximum amount of Rs. 150 will be reimbursed to you as compensation along with the amount of return order. You will also need to send us the following details.

Along with the image of the courier receipt that you received. Also please make sure that the original invoice that was sent to you is inside the return package.
