I had ordered for Elegant green designer embroidered georgette pant style suite and my order no is 10084556 on 5th nov. Its been more than 10 days the product is still not delivered. Disappointed with the poor service rendered.

I have been following up with the customer care, but of no use. I had requested to deliver the product ASAP as it was for a family wedding. Please look into this issue and deliver the product in another 02 days

Worst service.. More than 10 days I didn't receive my dress..I have ordered it for my family function. Feeling bad about for service..
I dont want this product as it short in length n semi stiches dull in color and i want refund for this product as soon as possible
I have ordered a blue yellow banglori silk gown lehenga ... totally different from wat hv shown in the picture...bad quality.. looks cheaper from the front.. very very bad experience with peachmode.. This is my first purchase ... highly disappointed.. want to return it as soon as possible

    Peachmode team is not good at customer service. I have not yet received the refund amount of rs. 695 and everytime customer service executive says that the amount is refunded on 3rd november through neft. Which neft transaction takes 10 days to refund. I need my money back asap. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Statement submitted twice but still issue not get resolved.

      You people are fooling the customers, showing the product nd delivering product is different, its the way to do your business, quality of your product is very worst have seen, foot path selling products is better then your products, also your representatives talking about conditions mentioned in website, what conditions you can fool the customers with your conditions. If i have not satisfied u need to refund money back not mandatory to buy back another product.. Am not trust your website nd company, i wont continue to buy products...

      All viewers, plz don't buy the products from peach mode... Plz read my complaint nd n number of complaints flowing below... I hope not even one customer is satisfied with peach mode.

          I am horrified n unhappy with the experience i have had with peachmode n there customer care person divyankh, he was rude arguing on the call & claim there is no process of taking a refund into my bank account for the returned product and the reason for return was as the product material claimed was misleading as it was mentioned as pure silk however i was sent synthetic silk and they claim there is no error at there end. Shipping charge of inr 50 cannot be reversed that was deducted which i am fine but not willing to give a credit back into my bank account is unacceptable & i dont think there is any qa because the customer care person divyankh argues with the client with a care a damn attitude and when demanded to speak to manager or supervisor he said everyone are on a holiday and he can arrange a call only after 24 to 48hrs despite asking him to take my convenient time he denied.

          I just need my money credited into my bank account amounting inr 3545 against order no.[protected]

            I ordered a product
            Yellow foil print border embroidery blouse bhagalpuri saree with order id[protected] in peachmode website. I received a product which does not lool like the picture and also the product was torn in the middle. It was packed so well to hide the damage. I contacted the customer care who informed me that i cannot return the product since the product was a sale product. It was never mentioned anywhere in the website that a sale product cant be returned. Also i was told that since i have applied my existing store credit of 150 in the order it cannot be returned which is also not mentioned in the website. So as per their policy if we return a product then they dont give money back and return the amount as store credit only and when i make an order with store credit its not eligible for return and so they cheat the customers by sending bad and damaged products. This website is running a complete scam on customers. I want to warn people to not use this website as they are being a big fraud company looting customers money.

              The quality of the shipped sarees were very bad. For one of the saree they had charged more than that of the mrp of the product. And the other one was completely stained with mud. (Order #[protected], sku of the products are peachm-esr3061 and peachm-esr3055).
              They denied to return the money and they provided the store credit for it, so that we will have to buy products from them in future!!
              However i ordered 2 kurthis again and again the items were not as shown in the website at all. And yet again, they denied to return the money for damaged products. Qaulity was poor adn were damaged too. (Order #[protected], sku of the products are nlfs-smly 1053-s and shrefs-vt137-s).
              Please help me get back my money.

              Store credit was not given by you !! It was my hard earned money and you have kept MY MONEY in the form of store credit. I need full amount of Rupees 2098 as a refund. How can you claim my money as yours in the form of store credit ?? And upon that you ask me to get the button/stitch to be fixed by local shop and get 100 rs from your fraud site !! I do not need your charity here. I need full money of 2098 in my bank account. And not the STORE CREDIT !!

                Hi,
                I have purchased nearly 11 items, out of which i have returned 3 items. The reasons are as below:
                1) too large, 2) bad quality and 3) cheap material.

                The pick of the return was completed by fedex and the same was also delivered to the merchant (Peachmode warehouse). The merchant has now deposited my money into their peachmode store credit. Since one item among 3 has a very bad stich and material quality i have requested them to return the amount for the particular item to my bank account, for which they deny and said that it could only be deposited into peachmode store credit.

                Request you to kindly help me to resolve this issue

                  Peachmode is the fraud site. I purchased one saree and it was defective and material was poor. Customer servoce is worst they have given store credit instead of refund. I purchased second time one lahnga for that i have to give 500 more. I found lahnga choli and material was totally diffrent as shown in a pic. When i ask them to return the product and refund my money back. They denied it and said "keep the product with you". And customer service person said they have so called policy like they can not return/exchange second time order and it was placed wity store credit. I didn't see this policy on website. First time o got defective product and second time i got cheap and mismatch product then how come it is second time. I never expect this thing from any shopping website. Frnds dont purchase any thing from thia website.

                  I need my money back 1500rs. It is like to keep the useless product with us.

                      peachmode refund and store credit issued

                      Very bad company and service, this really feels like a scam.

                      This whole process of peach mode looks like a scam:
                      1) there is no free return and refund. Though we return the item we get store credit and not our cash back. So we got 5200 of store credit of returning products
                      2) we are not able to use that credit anywhere, all orders based on that are cancelled.
                      3) the clothes are all so bad, they show some...

                      I have returned a product on 13.6.17 and requested the refund several times but there is no response on mail or site.

                      The website is very unsupportive for making returns

                        As per your request, we have rescheduled a pickup at the specified date and time. Since this is the second attempt at pickup, I would like to inform you that in accordance with our company policy, if the pickup is not completed we request you to send the product on your own accord with a local courier (Preferred courier : India Post ).

                        If the pickup is completed, you don't need to do anything else from your end. Your refund / exchange / store credit will be processed in the following manner.

                        1. Pickup completed.
                        2. It usually takes 6-7 days for the product to reach our warehouse.
                        3. Once the product is received our return team processes the return request.
                        4. It will take 24-48 hours after the return of the item to issue a refund / process the store credit / Exchange the product.

                          I have purchased a suit for my wife first time from peachmode and i got the product on time but the quality of the product was too low so i returned back and i got my money in my peachmode account. Then i purchased another product (Saree) to redeem my money and again i got the worst quality product.

                          I request to all indian's don't purchase any product from peachmode. The worst online site i have ever seen in my life. My personal experience was too bad. I give -5 points to peachmode.

                          1) product price hire than mrp.
                          2) product quality is worst.
                          3) you can't get money back in your bank account as per policy.
                          4) no proper response from customer care executive.
                          5) 100% dissatisfied.
                          6) last order saree - in saree border hard paper is used to make.
                          7) at every purchase gst charged extra and if you return back the tax amt has been deducted.

                          Peachmode is the worst online website in this world.

                              I have ordered ready-made suit (Black embroidered work georgette suit) but i got dress material. I want to return it and get my money back.
                              Peach mode is the worst every online purchase site.. Guys reading this do not ever buy from peachmode... It really suck... I want to take legal actions against them for all the running around and stress they have caused also because of their refund policy.
                              Worst experience ever, bad customer service response... Cheap material, stop this website

                                I had ordered 3 kurtis none of them were good quality or good fit. There was a peculiar smell in the products.
                                And the quality was not as shown in the picture.
                                Really bad experience. On top of that my money has not been returned to bank account.
                                I didn't like any other product online. So please send a link where i can provide bank details so that you can transfer the money back.

                                I am actually too late, I also have ordered a saree worth 1100 just now and then started to find reviews on peachmode. Soon after I placed the order I saw same saree for half the price in seemora.com. So Now I feel I am going to get a saree which is worth 500 for 1100 from peachmode :(
                                the customer reviews on their site for the saree are misleading then??
                                I ordered dress material ..but I don't like the quality of this product..The color is also so different show in the screen so that's why returning requests sending u so plz accept my requests.

                                  PeachMode is one of the FRAUD online shopping... they send bad quality product and DO NOT REFUND your amount,
                                  i had same experience as mentioned by others here for peachmode..
                                  dupatta is thirdclass used material.
                                  blouse is so short., , , just 13 inches, my tailor refused to stich it, .

                                    Color of the dress received was completely different from the description in website. When i requested for return, they made me wait for a week and then said they don't have courier service in the area i live so i should send the package on my own and they sounded reimburse the courier charges. This is strange as they have courier service for delivery but bored for return pick up. However after i sent back the product, only rs. 100 was reimbursed for courier charges against the actual rs. 175. And the refund was given as store credit instead of refund to account. So i had to buy another product to use the store credit. This time the item provided us completely different from the image in website. The product is out very cheap quality. When i requested for return, they said i cannot return product bought with store credit.in this way they are making customers pay money for cheap quality products, and they cannot even return as it will be from store credit. The cost of the product is above rs. 1000. Request you to take immediate action to save customers like me from wasting their hard earned money.

                                      My order no.[protected], I have ordered few products on[protected] by paying around 7830 rupees through Internet banking, You have informed me that my order was dispatched on[protected] by sending mail, from that time there is no information from your side when the product will be delivered either by mail or call or sms, On[protected] when I have called your customer service dept. they have informed me that there is a strike against gst for that there is a delay I can get the product within 3-4 days but nothing I have received, again today[protected] I have called your people and they are telling that the product was returned on 4th July because of no courier service available at my residence place, and asking more money in terms of gst. Your irresponsible customer care executive telling me that it is 3rd party problem so that the order was returned, price was changed and some products are out of stock . Only two simple questions I will ask you why should I pay more money in terms of gst where I have not opted for COD and already paid money[protected] second thing in what competitive world you were staying you will take 1 month to deliver a product for which you are telling it is 3rd party problem whether I have tied up the 3rd party with you This is the first time I am facing a very bitter experience with a e-commerce site, and one more thing for refund you will take 1 week will you give me my money with interest
