    My girlfriend ordered a saree for rs 999, actually the product was defect so i am supposed to receive the refund in my account but i got store credits... Ok i ordered another dress for rs 1250 where i have paid additional of rs 350... Now this dress was of cheap quality and it was no where match to the product showed in the website.. I asked for refund, ca said no, then i fought a lot and asked for call back request.. Till now i didn't get any call from them.. But i got my store credit against the order no order no. #[protected]....

    This is such a cheap behavior towards a customer. They particulary locking the customer's money and forcing the customer to buy the product from their website, no matter we like it or not. This is not the ecommerce website practices generally.

    The price tag on product is less then what we pay to the peachmode, they refuse to pay the difference.

When I asked for the reimbursement of the amount they are offering a discount.. Do you think we are fools to buy it again from your site.. I want full reimbursement of the item sent..       I didn't any return and pickup mail from the team.. May I know how long it will take
      If there is no returns for sale items you should mentioned it when i order the pathetic products. After buying you cannot say it. And by the way what if the product on sale? Silly reasons for escaping.

          Last year in may 2016, i ordered a suit from peachmode website it costed me approx 1645 rs. When i received the order i found this suits quality was worst and totally different with catalog picture. I asked them to refund my money because i did not like the quality of that suit but this company does not refund the money of customer. They wrote me a mail by informing that money could not be refunded and they are adding store credits into my account and i can buy another suits from this fraud website by using store credits.
          I paid them 1645 and they added 1595 rs into store credits after deducting delivery charges. Again in june 2016 i ordered a suit rs 1145 and when i got the delivery i was totally disappointed with the product because again i received worst products and it had no worth of rs 200 and they charged 1145 rs for that cheap suit.
          I again wrote a mail to them and asked them to refund my money into my bank account. After so many mails and mental harassment the refunded only 1095 rs into my bank account again they deducted delivery charges.
          Still 450 rs was remaining in store credits. I have wasted my money just because i trust on this fake website. This company does not value to its customer. Refund policy is worst if some one is not interested to buy with them they do not refund the money. At the end customers bears the loss.
          And in june 2017 3rd time i again placed an order of a cotton suit, and today morning (20 june 2107) i received the order and again i was surprised and shocked to see the product quality. Its not a cotton suit at all. Its costly in rs 100 again they made me fool. Since today morning i have written many mails to the company and asked for refund but they are not ready to refund my amount that is why i am highlighting the issue so that you can look into it.
          I am really harassed by this company by mentally and financially i am an office goer girl and 1600 rs is worthy for me. Last year i order that suit on the occasion of a festival.
          Please ask them to refund my money. I will be very grateful of yours.

            I have ordered 2 kurtas which cost rs 1245 each, as everyone even i too received worst quality, which does not fit, entirely different from which i order, in simple way a cheaper kurtas. And when i asked them to refund, i received a mail saying wil credit yu 200 bugs extra as a compensation, what the hell is this. When the kurtas aren't of gud quality, is not of my type, is not of my size, what wil i go keeping it at home..? Stop checking my patience, do refund my money back to my bank account which i provided.. I dont have so much of money to keep in yua peachmode store, as i got this money to buy for eid festival... And i dont even think of looking into this peachmode again. If i won't receive my money back to my bank account i wil definitely case a file against you people. Stop wasting customers money and time.

                I had purchased a gown against order no[protected] delivered on 06/04/2017, with in the period of 7 days, i put a request for return the same with the genuine reason size not fitted, but no pick up has been made by any courier company with in TAT, after that i put a mail to company for the same then on my shipping cost of Rs. 100/- company was ready to return the packet but after words taking so many follow for Rs. 1799/- only, they did not return bank the amount in my saving account, instead of it they put it into store credit without any intimation. They are just making fool and harassing the customer Even they don't have any transparency in their policy.

                  Problem with peachmode:
                  1. Advertised quality and delivered quality are not same.
                  2. When i ask to take back the product, they are not providing ways for hassle-free return back.
                  3. Money is credited to their own wallet, which means i must buy a product from them. This is against my consumer rights. I lost the trust on their brand in terms of quality, hence i am returning back their product, why will i purchase another product from them?

                  I have checked in this same forum, many complaints are there against peach mode in terms of advertised quality vs delivered quality.

                  Their customer support is pathetic, they either don't understand or act as if they are not understanding the problem.

                  this is a fraud website which is making fool to the customers. If some one is buying from peachmode he/she is going to waste his/her money. Customer service department is worst and their services are pathetic. They are not returning my money.

                    Peachmode has sold me 1 saree for 1299₹ and other websites are selling same 2 sarees for 1299₹.
                    After my complaint suddenly they have put the saree on sale for 999₹.
                    When I contacted peachmode they refused to address my query and offered store credit of 150₹.
                    This is clear case of cheating consumers.
                    I request strict action.

                          Hi guys!!

                          I m having same **** promblem from peachmode!! More then a month now!

                          Ordered two kurtas.
                          First these delvier me wrong kurta.
                          Second Peachmode take again days to deliver my two kurta and tell me to pay for it again to which i deny!
                          Third they deliver at last one kurta and tell me the other one is not available and give me store credit!
                          I tell them i dont want store credit and run after them for days! at last they tell me they will refund my money!
                          Now i m left with there cheap third class quality kurta which from no angle is worth 1700 bucks u can go get better in sarojni nagar!and they are telling me i m not eligible to get my refund??

                          I m really exhausted speaking them over emails and calls and running after them like i have no job! i wish i would have never brought the product! now its not about the money at all i want to file a complaint against them in consumer court. Please whoever wishes to complaint against them get in touch with me at [protected]@gmail.com. i do not want other people to suffer like i did!

                            I had placed an order for 2 sarees (Order#[protected] for inr 2440. One was supposed to be a silk saree and the other a bridal collection. Both by name and the picture provided in their site looked elegant. Finally when i received the product it was a spun kind of a material of a very low quality. Extremely cheap quality. It wouldnt even cost half the prize. As soon as i saw this i requested for a return. They processed the return but not very easily. Their customer care called me and told me if i retain the product she will give me inr100 credits for the concern i had. This showed they were trying to push the product on me. I strictly told her she can take it back as i wouldnt use such cheap quality.

                            Now unlike other shopping sites, they dont return cash but only credits. With this am again forced to buy from their same cheap products and waste my money.

                            Why cant i get my refund if i had returned their product intact in the same package they delivered? Now to get my money back am forced to buy their product which am not interested.

                            Isnt this a way of cheating people? Please help from such looters. I seriously dont want their product. Its like throwing away my hard earned money. Please help.

                                    The worst website. Fooling people with hd images whereas the product is not worth even 10% of the selling price. Sub standard material. Pathetic copy of designer wear. A bunch of fools working as a customer service team who have no inclination towards service nor customers. Do not buy anything from them. Their return policy is even more worse. You can't get away by fooling people for long. Shame on the founder & staff for false advertising.

                                    They do not even want to initiate a return without me sharing images. They are unapologetic about causing a customer time & money. And to top it all, they say they will offer a exchange! I'd rather wear plastic then wear their horrible clothes.

                                        I have ordered an Orange - Peach Georgette Salwar Suit Stitching option not stitches from peachmode STYLCO-BND-55010( Rs 1398/-) but the quality was really bad as compared to what you are showing on your site . You are writing on your site that you have 7 days exchange policy according to that you will make arrangement of pickup and refund rupees to so they can purchase another piece. But when i called you for exchange you are not responding to call. all the times phone is either ringing or out of service. even i have mailed once to take this Orange - Peach Georgette Salwar Suit but no response from your side . Please make arrangement for the same .
