But they said since it was discounted product they cannot do anything. I requested them i am ready to pay more money and take it back and deliver some other material.. They replied they are not bothered about quality and cannot do anything. Worst quality sellers... Cheaters...

      I have ordered an Pink suit (Order No[protected] from peachmode( Rs 449/-) but the quality was really bad as compared to what you are showing on your site and colour is also different. You are writing on your site that you have 7 days exchange policy according to that you will make arrangement of pickup and credit same amount on customer account so they can purchase another piece. But when i called you for exchange you are not responding to call. Please make arrangement for the same .

        I ordered combo saree pack from snapdeal through the peachmode. The color i received in different instead of red, parrot green, yellow i have received dark yellow, pink and dark green, the quality shown i. The picture different than i received is to wrost, design is not matching as per the order no.[protected]. As i not satisfied i want to return the product.

              Pathetic service... Have taken the products and with pathetic quality... Now they aren't returning the products... Very poor... Quality... Products... Now they are telling sales products are non returnable... I have paid the amount... And this product is of very poor quality... Need to return... Please help.. All the products are not good. But one product I can keep.. not the other two. But still they are not helping me for return. Also the executives are very pathetic with their behavior.

                On August 17 i placed order received on Aug 20 order no[protected] for White-Yellow Designer Partywear Embroidered Premium yellow Rayon Gown, 2 piece Dress worth 1799Rs(1573 Rs was store credit plus 226 Rs was paid using Debit card) Comes with the White Crepe top which is not as per size L that i ordered for i.e, Chest should be 40" wheras i received the gown which is ok but the white crepe Top size 36" measuring 18" front and 18" back even after mailing them the images of Crepe top with measurement tape over it they are saying it is as per measurement even after seeing image with measurement thay are not accepting and finally said we will forward your complaint to senior team may take 24hours is the final response from customer support team .

                I wanted to return this product as received is not right size .
                How is that inner material gown is 40" and top that is to be wore over it measures only 36" and Evaluation team justify saying it is the right measurement?

                  I had placed a big order with Peachmode in March. Received all the items, was happy with 3 of them, didn't like the color & material of 1 as it was different than the picture. Returned the product & received store credit. I called up customer care & argued that refund the amount as I am not returning all the items, just one. I was told that they don't refund, but give store credit. In June, I ordered 2 items, just to finish off some of the store credit. I was not satisfied with both but just because of their weird return policy, didn't return those. I had some more store credit, decided to buy 1 more item & had to pay a little amount, since my store credit was not enough. This order was cancelled & I wasn't even informed. Only when I logged in after a couple of weeks did I come to know it's cancelled. I tried again, & placed one more order, had to pay more amount in addition to the balance store credit. It's been 21 days, the item is still not in transit. I've called up thrice, they won't return the money but give me store credit. This store credit has become like a haunting ghost now!

                  I received a mail that Rs. 648 will be refunded. What about the balance Rs. 251? I'd used that from my store credit. That means I've made the payment of Rs. 251 long back. So effectively I should get a return of Rs. 899.
                  I thought of settling it directly with peachmode so mailed them regarding the same. I got a reply that they'd give the store credit of Rs. 251. Why don't you return the entire amount and set the customer free? Why do you want to keep that store credit?

                      I have never come across such a bad shopping experience online. Every other companies serves us in the best possible way. I have been calling peachmode from past one week regarding the return of my product as it doesn't fit me well. But peachmode executives doesn't have any respect for someone else's time. They r keeping me wait like anything. It's been a week. They r not interested to take back the product or refund my money in spite of my request being genuine n reasonable.

Delivery man is telling that office time is over. He cant deliver after 5 o clock. I told him to come at 5.30. He is denying... And telling me to collect from office. Is this right?

                          I have ordered 4 products from peachmode. Got 2 same products on cod yesterday and he asked for 2945*2=5980rs.
                          I paid the amount thinking that it is a different order. Later i raised a return request for both. I enquired for refund details and customer service confirmed that delivery boy will give the cash amount.when delivery boy came for pickup he refused to give the amount and customer care is also unreachable.

                            I had purchased a yellow saree color varied so much compared with image i get my money in Store Credits and on august 18 i placed order for White-Yellow Designer Partywear Embroidered Premium Rayon Gown as per the image the White Crop top is chest lenght and loose wheras i received the gown which is ok but the white top is smaller than saree blouse and i get response from customer support team telling it does not qualify for Return
                            firstly the product is not as shown in image

                            Exchange will be done only once. Exchanged product cannot be exchanged multiple times.

                            No one simply asks for exchange by spending thousands of rupees on product there are serious people out there buying and again if there are issues with size you have accept the Return if product is being purchased using store credits . kindly Revise your Refund/Return Policy
                            Saree returns quality
                            I will atleast my US, canda and indian friends . I will protect their loss although I lost Rs 3100 for a cheap product. I would highly recommend to use amazon.in since they refund the money if the customer is not satisfoed with the product. PEACH MODE IS FAKE .

                              I have order the item of rs 3948/-, my register mobile number[protected], email id :[protected]@gmail.com.

                              The item was not same as i saw while shopping on their peachmode sites so i return that item,
                              Even after return the item in there warehouse still the are not refunding the amount soon.
                              Other sites like amazon, myntra, flipkart, etc they took only 2 days after getting there pickup.

                              But peachmode is very worst and dull process even they got there item return in peachmode warehouse but then also they are saying that its take 3-4 days time which is too late.

                              So i request to them do my refund within 12 hours.

                                As always the 3rd time I have ordered a material to spend the money I had in the account as naturally by this fraud business, you won’t give customers money back but only ask us to buy your other ### product.                                   This is the worst clothing company in India I have dealt with. Their shipping was delayed, and the material was cheap, and extremely large sized and the tailor is unable to work with it. Low quality stuff entirely different from the one shown in the picture. I want to return the same as it is of very low quality.
                                  Beware guys check and compare the products before buying here...i Had taken one dress and it is useless..poor quality.

                                  Nothing good about the site.There will be no match to the pictures, the items they send and the price they charge.. Do Not Buy...

                                    I have ordered one piece dress which was very cheap quality and returned the product but now they are saying there is no refund of it and and will save it in store credit you have to order other product and they gave password of it which is not working properly and i cant order other product also shore credit cant applicable for my new order.. Irritated

                                      I ordered a Ravishing cream designer embroidered manipuri silk saree. The design and colour showed in the picture is completely different from what you have delivered. I want refund. I haven't seen this cheap quality of any online website. I will attach the picture what they have shown in the website and what they have delivered.

                                        I ordered two sarees on[protected] and di the full payment. But after 10 days they were not send me any shiiping details. The order status is always shown as "processing". After 10 days i contacted them over mail and phone. They assured me that the order is out of atock and please wait for 48hrs. After 2 days i further didn't get any response from their side; so i agin contacted them. After several attempts i connected with the customer care and they again said me the same thing that its out of order and within 48 hrs they will send the items. I asked them to canecle the product since for the past a few days i got the same reply from customer care. So they agreed me to cancel the order and sms and mail me the status. After a day i didn't get any mail from them, but in my app the order status changed to "cancelled". But i am not getting my money back.

                                        Really frustrated with their service. So please please please never ever choose peachmode...
