I had, on 09.12.2018, purchased a jacket from m/s natraj wool nitware, dehradun at mussoorie for rs.2700.00. There was a problem with the zip which kept opening and hence got it replaced by another on 10.12.2018. I had on the same day, i. E. 10.12.2018, made a purchase of another product from the same shop. However, on 28.01.2019, the plastic lock of the zip broke and i am unable to zip the jacket. Since i reside at indore and work at bhopal, it is not possible to go to mussoorie to get the problem redressed. Unfortunately i misplaced the bill however since i purchased the same through credit card, i am having a copy of the payment to the vendor. Please make arrangement for replacement of the jacket with a new one without problems with the zip. I am unable to send a photo of your product due to some technical reasons.
