I had bought 2 Pepe Jenas on 22nd Feb 16 in Meenalshi mall, Bamgalore. One of the pant torn off with the little pressure put while sitting on floor.
Never in my life I came across such incidents. It has put me in a shameless situation. This shows the quality and strength of the threads used in pant. I would expect a speedy resolution for my problem. The shopper stop people not accepting for return and behaving very bad with me. I am writing this mail to complaint you about a product I bought from one of your stores in Chandigarh 2 months ago. It was a black ladies sweater. I have not worn it more than 2 times till now and haven't washed it even once but it is having pilling on it very badly. I want to get that sweater exchanged but when I went to your store at Alpha One Mall, Amritsar, they refused to exchange it. As it is a natural defect so, it needs to be exchanged. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product as well as the service of the Brand Staff as I had never expected such things from a well known Brand. I have got a product exchanged twice in Tommy Hilfiger and Only but they didn't take more than a second to exchange the product as they kept in mind that customer satisfaction is more important than the sale. I hope that you'll consider my complaint and will revert with a positive solution.

This is very pity that the stitches are of very poor strength and got out of their position from the Denim just after 2-3 days of wearing it .

Purchased a Pepe T-shirt in mumbai. Regret that the product has not only lost colour but also its shape. This poor quality is definitely not acceptable from a brand like pepe. Have always bought & loved their products in the past, never had an issue. Would appreciate if the company could look into this complaint on a priority basis to ensure continued patronage.

I had purchased a jacket of Pepe Jeans from an authorised dealer store in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. The jacket has withered off within a year, the external layer tearing off from places. Shopping done at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telanagana State, Store on 20/10/2015, The bill No: [protected]. On the Purchase of 3, 999/- rs and above on women's shopping there is an offer to get a Free Clutch product. The below are the details of my shopping; 1) Stock No: [protected] Unit MRP: 1799.00 2) Stock No: [protected] Unit MRP: 2399.00 The total bill amount is: 4, 198.00 I had visited nearly 5 times from the date of purchasing and my last visit to the store is been taken on 18th Nov 2015 at evening Hours, The store manager still says some stories that the clutches are on the way from Mumbai, later just spoken with the Senior staff in regard and the latest story been told to me is they are getting the clutches from dilsukhnagar store and it might take 1 day, or 2 days or may be a week.. I am bit surprised to hear to his lie on my last visit to the store, as how many days it might can get it from store to store in the same city (It hardly takes an hour from dilsukhnagar area to jubille hills area) When a International Brand cannot full fill the requirements of there customers in the first place, why do they have to come up with offers and fooling around with there customers and wasting the valuable time of the customers!! I kindly request the board of this consumer complaints department to look into this issue and take an action against the Pepe Jeans Brand, so that in future no other customer would have to go through such kind of issues in future. I bought 4 jeans of pepe jeans london showroom from dlf city center mall, chandigarh during the buy 2 get 2 offer. The mrp of the four jeans are rs 2599, 2599, 2499 and 2399. So effectively i should have paid rs 5198 inclusive all taxes but the store charged me 5% extra vat on the bill. So i ended up paying rs 5458. They increased the mrp of 2 shirts from rs 2599 to rs 2728. 95 each and hence increasing the total value.

Hello, i purchased a black jeans of pepe a year back, a day before christmas, i am a student, with my two months saving i purchased this black jeans which costed around Rs. 3000. I used this jeans rarely on occasions. after two to four wash the jeans started strecthing and the colour started fading. I was so dissapointed, i bought this jeans from the PEPE OUTLET(VASHI, INORBIT MALL). This was the first time i purchased a pepe product, i think the product is either duplicate or faulty. The outlet person even gave me a assurance over colour fading. i would like to get a replacement on my product. When I went dilshuknagar showroom for the 1St time they were saying like come in the afternoon time, so I went 2nd time in the afternoon they said coupons code were not yet updated, so I went yesterday afternoon around 1 pm to the same showroom they said like discount offer was running at this point of time so we can't accept this coupons, u please come after 30th of may.
