I just wore the jean to travel in flight from chennai to madurai and it had got cotton balls in the inner thigh region. This way it will get torn in just a week o[censored]se
Replace the product with a good quality one.

While washing jeans, the colour of pepe tag which was stitched on back side of jeans spread on jeans. Did not expect it from this brand. I bought this product through paytm, i want my money back. Pepe brand has some goodwill, please resolve my problem. Otherwise i will go to consumer court. I bought this product on 6 august 2017. Resolve it as soon as possible.

I recently purchased a new jeans of your brand i. E. Pape jeans, and at the time of washing the leather lable attached with its belt crocked its color ant made many brown spots all over the jeans. Now the jeans is totaly waste for me. I think this is not gud to go with your brand. Kindly solve my problem and do needful for me. I dnt know why this kind of crocking labkes attached with jeans.

I am a regular customer of pepe jeans. I love to wear the jeans of your brand.in last august 15, 2017, i bought another one from pepejeans store of durgapur, west bengal.
It was a nice one. Unfortunately, after washing i have found a defect in it. I never expected such a defective product from you. I am attaching the bill and photo of the jeans.
It will be very kind of you if you replace my jeans as early as possible.

I was purch new jeans 72 black and dim gray in few months that jeans was totally damaging on middle cloth nightr in stitch.
I was purch in pantaloons mumbai store.
So i request to replace my pants.
And i also buy 7 other product from pepe gemma,. But other pants are condition is good and also quality but those jeans???

I have bought pepe jeans grey colour and in very first wash the colour of its leather lag spread over the jeans and the brown colour make the show of jeans ocward i have bought pepe jeans many times but this problem occurs very first time it feels very dipress. I had purchased a jeans from Pepe jeans outlet in sangli city.
I had given the same pant for cutting and making it of my size as its hieght was more, they have cut and stitched my pant incorrectly and now are refuseing to pay me back or replacement of the pant.
the pant height was intially 44 which I told them to make 37 what they did is they made is 35 and then added a part of pant and made it 37 but this caused the jeans to lose its shape . They have totally ruined my pant. And now when I confronted them about the same they denied replacement.

I have purchase one t- shirt of pepe jeans in Haldwani (India) to Dream shopee. I just 4-5 times only use this t- shirt without washing. I found more pilling in T- shirt so i comlain in dream shopee show room. He is not ready to note the complain. why customer purchase the brand t-shirt. I purchased a t-shirt of 2000 on which i got 50% of means i had to pay 1000 and just after one wash it became useless... Pepe... Agar aukat nahe to offer mat dia kro atleast don't make people fool tumahara bs ka nahe hai offer so give at ur original price at least don't make customers fool yaar... Paise free k nahe aate... मेने jan 2017 में शॉपर स्टॉप से आपकी जीन्स लिया था लेने के बाद पहले बार पहना उसी दिन आगे से आपने आप फट गई उसके बाद मैनेंशोपर stop पर गया वो बोले आपके 3 महीने पूरे हो गए है अब कुछ नही होंगा हम रिपेयर कर देते है फिर वापस काल पहना हु तो पीछे से फट गई मुजे तो लगता है SHOpper STOP वाले नकली पेपे के जीन्स बेच रहे है बीच बीच मे नकली सप्लाई हो रहा है क्रप्या मेरी मद्दद करे 10 जीन्स लिया उसमे से 1 जीन्स में खराब कपड़ा है आपने आप फट रहा है नकली माल है ये पेपे का इतना गठिया कपड़ा नही आ सकता है

I have purchase a shirt from your distributor s-pimw10003 color navy[protected] price was rs2199 32% discount and charging 12% tax after that taken rs1675 from me through debit card he is given a manual bill where not written the gst and that lady is rudely in manner and threghten me don't know how to talk with a customer why all comapnies are given gst bill and this is idiot not given me his intension is to save the gst

Hello sir I purchased two Pepe shirts n two Pepe jeans from Chandigarh n by mistake I purchased wrong sizes so now I went to your jalandhar Model Town showroom n they said they can't exchange but the rule is u can exchange from any pepe outlet... there behaviour was so rude n arrogant...n this is the second time they did this to me... they r ruining the image of Pepe ..

Had bought a mens jeans from life style at quest mall kolkata, but after i washed the jeans the colour of the brand logo at the back spread over the the jeans. Due to some reason i have lost the bill too and now the shop says that it has no liability to take it back. Pepe jeans london being one of the best brand is always preferred but looking into this situation it is very disappointing. I would like the customer care to look into the matter and get the jeans exchanged or return back the money so that the trust on the brand from my end stays the same.

Has very poor hygiene, sanitation and maintenance. The trial room is musty, ac in the store is generally non functional, ostensibly for repairs and the staff is non caring to these aspects. More so there is no systemised feedback form system.
Please investigate and shut down such substandard outlets.

In Factory Out near Ambala (Haryana), visited for shopping on sunday i.e.[protected]. there almost 30-40 brands there. i did shopping from many other brand including a Jeans from your brand.. Only you guys are taking VAT after discount amount, no one else is changing VAT on the discount amounts. As per retail norms and judicial protocols you are not suppose to apply VAT on the discounted amount. i asked so many shops there. only your brand is receiving such taxes unnecessarily. I request to please refund my tax amount back otherwise i will surely go for some legal action. I will put RTI also you have to explain that how you guys are going against rules made.

I request you to please return my extra charged amount back.. I am adding the copy of the invoice with the mail. Please look into the matter and get it resolved as soon as possible.

I purchased new t shirt in pepe jeans bellary. Karnataka. And i used hardly 3times, now stitches r removing n it damaged. So pls help me out regard this. Bcz these outlet people are not responding me properly. It is not branded and they selling by brand tag. Outlet people are not ready to contact with company person, and they using any words on customer.

I have purchased a Pepe Jeans from Kalyan Silks Thiruvananthapuram one year back. It cost me rs 3999/-. I used it at least twice in a month. Recently i have noticed that there is a small hole in front of my jeans near zip area. pls replace my jeans immediately

This is bring to notice that I have purchased four jeans in Christmas sale at Pepe Jeans located at Unit No. 7, Sky Zone, High Street Phoenix, Phoenix Mills Compound, S.B. Marg, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400013: Phoni:[protected]Hence forth mentioned as store)
Product I brought was 4 pair of jeans and warm T-shirt and wrap round kind of sweater (shrug).
Problem: All the four jeans and the T-shirt are bleeding profusely when immersed in water.

Action taken by me: I visited the store and mentioned them the problem and seek to return all the goods and get a refund. I did leave all the garments in at the store on Shabaaz request and he confirm that he will check and send the good to head office located at Andheri and get back to me.

Teams response:
1) Goods has been sent to the Andheri office
2) Andheri team has to officially visit to some some place so will get back to soon
3)Andheri office has refused to give the refund and stated that they have checked the goods and it seem to be fine.
