Order delivered but in very very bad condition, most glass are cracked just like sand of glass.
I want to return this full order & get a refund.
This is First time that pepperfry packaging is too bad, just wrap bubble wrap paper otherwise I am a FAN of Pepperfry packaging.

It's been 14-15 days since I complained but the only answer I get is that we will solve your problem within 48 hours, but it's not happening, 15 days have passed.
Please Solve my problem as soon as possible

    I ordered a bed from pepperfry on 15th June. Delivery was promised to be 14th July. Bed was not delivered till 15th July. So I had to cancel the order as it was already delayed. Event after cancellation I have not received my refund till today 1st August. Whenever I talk to customer care they keep asking for time.

        I had bought a chair (Atom breathable mesh Ergonomic chair black colour) from pepperfry, which was supposed to be delivered to me on 10th July 2023, but it was delayed and was received on 12th July 2023, and assembled from their carpenter on 13th July 2023, I had ordered that chair for studying .On 20th July 2023, I was sitting on the chair studying but suddenly the chair broke and i fell down, I issued a ticket so they sent their carpenter to check and i was mailed that supervisor will check too but there wasnt any sign of supervisor, so i had complained on the website but then they said that it is due to usage that the chair broke within a week but how can a chair break due mere sitting, i either want a refund or replacement. The chair costs Rs.4000 while how can a chair costing Rs.4000 break within a week by mere sitting My order id is[protected], I've spoken to their customer service twice but it was of no use as they are blaming it on usage.

          Pepperfry - Pathetic customer service and Return policy
          I ordered an Iron Showpiece for my bedroom. It was delivered on time but didn't meet my expectations so placed return request. I was told by the Resolutions team that delivered product is in good condition and can ONLY be accepted for return in case of any damage.
          So, what if I ordered a product online and didn't like that when it was received? There is no way to return? I will still have to keep that product?
          Since I have faced this problem i want to make everyone aware of the fact that Pepperfry want their customers to totally rely on the picture of the website and buy the product because once you receive the product and it will not fulfill your expectation there is no chance they will entertain your return or exchange.

            Im sorry to say this, but this is really frustating, I ordered two items from pepperfry, on got deliverd, another one was also said delivered (to watchman), but when checked after sometime, the parcel wasnt present
            On enquiry back to delivery person, he apolozises saying he delivered to another building instaed of the correct one and would go back to deliver to correct place
            now he says the parcel is missing and cant be helped.

            THIS IS REALLY FRUSTATING
            I WANT EITHER THE REFUND OR THE PARCEL TO BE DELIVRED

            We will never order again in pepperfry

                Very disappointment with Pepperfry's customer service. I have been facing numerous challenges for the past 10 days while trying to get my order replaced. Despite multiple attempts, no one from the customer service department has been able to resolve my issues.

                To provide some context, I received a damaged bed piece from my order, and it has been 10 days since I reported the issue. However, no action has been taken to replace the order.

                  I ordered the Yuko office table from Pepperfry store Ramamurthy nagar, bangalore on 27 Jun 2022, it has warranty for 2 years. I use the products carefully but with in less than an year the product started damaging and losing the wood layer and engineered hardwood peeling.

                  The product seems to be of poor quality. So I raised the concern to pepperfry, the carpenter visited my house and captured the photos & videos but he also didn't fix it and said pepperfry will check and replace the top wood. But after couple of days received call from Ms. Srushti M from escalation team on 2nd Jun2023 saying that this damage doesnt cover under warranty and denied to fix the issue. I even requested her to recheck the product but she denied saying the complaint has been verified/closed.

                  During the purchase on 27th June 2022 from the store ramamurthy bangalore, pepperfry sales representative mentioned the product purchased from store covers more benfits in case of issues with in warranty and told the product life comes for 10 years but it didnt cross first year itself.
                  Pepperfry has denied the warranty stating that issue comes under "wear and tear" and it's not covered under return policy or warranty - it cannot be considered as "wear and tear" by any means or definition as the damage hasn't occurred due to improper use or by ageing.

                  It clearly shows that the pepperfry is scamming with warranty just to build trust amongst buyers and later deny the claim on warranty calling it as a "wear and tear".

                  Resolution Expected: I want pepperfry to replace the damaged product as the product is not quality & still it covers under warranty .

                  Even after continuous follow-up with pepperfry representative and complaints portals, I dont see any progress in this case, this proves how much care pepperfry offers to the customers. I am asking the fix for the product which is still in warranty but no update so far.

                    I ordered a coffee table on pepperfry, order number[protected]. In the website, it looked all neat and smooth, and height is mentioned as 16.5 inches. But on delivery, the surface was not smooth, it is rough, catches dirt and looks like some polish was poured on raw wood, cheap. And the height was one inch less. I asked for return and refund but still they are insisting that the product passed "their" quality check, and 1 inch difference is acceptable to "them". Once we pay the money, it looks like, we have to live with their product no matter what the quality is, if there are no damages.

                    Quite contrary to e-commerce concept where we buy looking at pictures of the product, this is plain cheating.

                    Please arrange for return pickup asap and correct this mistake.

                      I had ordered the following book shelf in natural wood (brown) colour.

                      Instead, I got a very ugly looking, peach coloured shelf which is useless for me (picture attached). On the Pepperfry website, it is mentioned that they allow returns for incorrect products. But I am getting a boilerplate response saying that the product given was correct, and nothing can be done.

                      The product page on the Pepperfry website mentions that I am not the only who had this experience for this product.

                        Hi,

                        I bought 4 items from the Pepperfry studio on 30th April. The order amount was abt INR 53K, which I paid partly in gift cards (30k) and partly by credit card.

                        3 items got delivered, however, 1 item (Fusion King Size bed), never got delivered. After multiple follow ups, I was told that the product has been cancelled. I had a few guest come over by the time the bed was to get delivered. I had to go through a very embarrassing situation in front of my guests.

                        That said, when I approached the customer care for the refund, they denied paying it back in the credit card mode. The value of the product was about 23k, which is exactly what I paid from the credit card. I don't want to shop again from Pepperfry again, however, they are forcing me to given I would have the unutilized amount in the form of Pepperfry gift card.

                        It was a simple request, which they denied and then unfortunately closed my case without any final resolution.

                        Request the form to please take a note and help me get my hard earned money back and a compensation for all the harassment, embarssment, and trouble that I had to go through for last one month.

                          Buying Experience - I have ordered one Open shoe rack worth price was Rs. 999. I made the payment with my credit card; and the order was placed immediately.

                          Change the product - After 10 minutes of placing the order, I have realized that I have placed order for a wrong product; and I need to cancel the order and purchase the correct product.

                          The Problem I faced was as I was placing the order, I noticed the "Cancellation Fee" section and they have "purposefully" and "smartly" hidden the fact that, even if the product is not "shipped" / "manufactured", you have to pay "2.5% Cancellation Charge even if you cancel the product IMMEDIATELY"; which is really WRONG and EXPLOITIVE from a big brand as Pepperfry. As, I have changed my mind / or placed the order mistakenly and I want to order another table, I MUST be able to cancel the order without being charged.

                          The Solution - Before placing an order the user should be clearly informed that after placing the order they have to pay a 2.5% of cancellation charge if the user want to cancel the order (even if it is after 10 minutes) - It should not happen in the first place, and the user should get a timeframe in which they have enough room to re-think about their purchase. At least the user should be able to cancel the order without any cancellation fees before the product has been shipped. This is really unethical and is a big burden and loss for the consumer

                            I had bought a 6 seater dinning set . It has a warranty for 3 years .some of the chairs seemed to be damaged in some way .
                            So I raised a complaint for replacement of those chairs and it has been around 4 months, nothing has been done against my complaint.
                            I have mailed them multiple times and also called them.
                            It's been very frustrating and I think they are fooling around me.

                              The Akasuki Queen Size Bed was bought on 11th November 2022. This bed has a warranty of 2 years and within six months the supports are broken/damaged.

                              Furniture under warranty not being covered because merchant declined

                              I bought a bookshelf on 8th of December, 2022 from Pepperfry with a one year warranty that very explicitly covered for infestation and boring by termites within that one year.

                              Even on their app and website, you are given the option to select Infestation/Boring when filing a request for return within the warranty period.

                              Sheesham Wood Wall Shelf in Brown Colour by My Furniture

                              When I opened my package and was shocked to see that the item was damaged since I was out of station and the package was left at my doorstep.The Pieces were broken and it did not allow me to return because I arrived 2 days after the return period elapsed.
                              I asked pepperfry for a replacement explaining the genuine situation and my inability to open the package earlier but they just didn’t oblige. I even escalated the same to their grievience officer who assured he would immediately provide a replacement but after a couple of days he called and said it won’t be possible.

                                Pepper fry is unable to. Initiate my refund as they are not able to pick up an item. I wrote more than half a dozen emails/chats/calls requesting pick up. They have standard response that "we will revert to you with details in 48 hours" and in the said time they will send out another email stating that we have initiated pickup and it will happen in 3-5 days. Same response several times over.

                                They also state that their delivery partner is responding that address is incorrect and pepper fry executives are not sure why they do so.

                                There has to be a quicker way to get refund from businesses that are challenged with delivering quality services.
