I have been following up from 2+ weeks on status of replacement/return of the damaged product I received (details below), earlier I was getting failed assurance of getting connected with merchant in 24-72hrs time frame, and now they have stopped responding as well

Already rhe shipment got delayed by 4days, and now am not even getting confirmation on return/refund

    I have ordered (Order No:[protected]DE1885484-S-PM36345) one item having item id DE1885484-S-PM36345 on 16th Sept 2023 Engineered Wood Wall Shelf In Yellow Colour() but I have received a wrong item for which I have initiated a return. The item was picked up by your delivery agent on 1st Oct. This is to inform you that your delivery agent has wrongly picked up another item (HOMDECLOYAL ® Jute Braided Natural Rug Hand Woven & Reversible for Living Room Kitchen Entryway Rug, Jute Burlap Braided Rug, Farmhouse Rag Rug, Rustic Rug (Jute010, 3 feet x 5 feet - Rug/Carpet) | B0B9SNMF3N ( JUTRUG0183-3x5 ) HSN:570210) from AMAZON which is higher in price and bigger in size than the paperfry product, without checking and verifying the item and also processed the refund which has been credited to my bank a/c. Moreover he didn't reveal his identity as the Pepperfry agent. Now I have contacted pepperfry Customer care team and Mr. Vikas from pepperfry team is deliberately trying to manipulate the issue saying its a fault from our end and pepperfry will not help us to get back the wrongly picked up product. Moreover, I have also mailed at [protected]@pepperfry.com on 2nd Oct, 2023 but no reply has been received till date. As an old Pepperfry customer, I am deeply aghast by the services and support that has provided. It is to request you to take necessary steps to get back my amazon rug (or Rs. 1345) which is wrongly picked by pepperfry deliver boy and take the correct product for which I have placed return request to pepperfry.com. Kindly look into this matter and advice.

      Hi,
      This is with regards to the furniture taken via online from Pepperfry. We had bought Calleros Chaise Lounger on Nov 2021. Recently observed that one of the leg of the sofa is broken and need repair. It's been 10 days and Pepperfry is one of the worst customer care support I have got. Neither there is any number i can get in touch with nor none of the technician or Carpenter is visited even after providing all details of the damage. None of them want to take any responsibility to get the repair done.

        I placed an order for chair Venus Breathable mesh ergonomic chair on June 27, 2023, Order ID:[protected]. The product was delivered on July 2, 2023. The same day i raised a request for replacement of the product as it was very uncomfortable and not up to the mark for the amount I paid. It was not even reclining properly. I complained and reached out to customer care multiple times for replacement or refund. But they did not replaced the product, nor provided the refund. According to them the chair was good, even when i was not comfortable with the product. They did not consider any of my request. I sent them videos in which i showed them that the chair is not reclining properly and it is very uncomfortable. Even after several emails, calls and follow ups, no resolution was provided to me . I request you to get me refund, consumer said that he raised return policy consumer wants refund of the product as soon as possible

        I raised a complaint in NCH also and still same pathetic responses.
        Its been almost 3 months from the date i received the order and still the company is not refunding my money.

        Next step is consumer court. This kind of service is completely unacceptable from Pepperfry.

        Pathetic service. Worst worst quality. I would give a minus rating.

          It is loaded with mould all time, if I don't wipe it for a day, mould grows.
          Eyes burn when i go in the room, when dusting we have incessant sneezing.
          My clothes give me rashes cuz of it, what a health hazard it is! The pepperfry customer care said, maybe cuz the item is from Malaysia, it doesn't suit this climate, so? So it's the customer's fault right? That they trusted you with their hard earned money.
          These people don't realise how risky this is, they must be using those expensive wooden furniture at their home, which cost in lacs. But the
          middle class people should suffer with this third class item.
          Have some ethics pepperfry!

              Purchased from pepperfry three Darren Two Seater Sofa in Red colour by Durian vide (1) invoice no: DIL1920UN10790 Order No:[protected]FN1679645-S-PM25634 dated : 11 May 2019
              (2) invoice no:DIL1920UN10349 and Order No:[protected]FN1679645-S-PM25634 dated : 20 April 2019 through Pepperfry.

              But all three have been broken and they are still in warranty period. so please get them repair / exchange at your earlies

                  Under warranty product is not covered by the merchant and the pepperfry team.
                  Priyanka from customer care team spoke vulgarity on phone and forcibly disconnected the call.

                    After multiple follow-up pepper fry team refused to initiate the return pick up of product also did not send technician for repair even though the product is under warranty.
                    Priyanka from customer care team spoke so harsh and used vulgarity on the call.
                    Please look into this

                      This is with regard to your product (wardrobe ORDER ID[protected]that I bought a month ago.the furniture where it is placed does not have any wall leakages still it has started catching mould from all the corners and inside as well.
                      The quality is pathetic.i want to return this product.i have also attached the picture of my wall where you can see there is no leakage and there is proper sunlight.i also tried to use termites spray but still it is catching mould.

                      Inspite of 24 months warranty, I did not receive any assistance after talking to your customer care.

                      I could not even use this product for a monthBecause of this mould.
                      Please do the needful and refund my money.

                      It's been 5 days after compliant and I have still not received any call or message update from pepperfry.
                      This looks exactly like my almirah, and they told me that the product is from Malaysia, so maybe not suitable for our climate, i was like, why are you selling it in our climate then?? I bought a similar 3 door wardrobe. I clean it daily cuz of this issue and eyes burn and we sneeze a lot. These people need to develop ethics! It's a health hazard.

                      Yes I'm facing exactly same issues.and i have not yet received any updates from pepperfry.i asked them to refund and take the product but they aren't providing that option as well.

                        I ordered a product from Adyar(Chennai) Pepperfry Studio on 9th August 2023 Rs.22, 999

                        Order Id.[protected], Mitika Bone Inlay Sideboard in Mahogany Finish
                        It was supposed to be delivered on 25th August 2023, but no delivery happened. There was no message or email or call from Pepperfry saying why the product was not delivered. After multiple calls to the studio, customer care, etc. I was told that they are trying to track the courier company since they dont know. Then again after making several calls, I was told that the product is damaged and cannot be delivered. I asked to cancel the order immediately. Pepperfry did not cancel my order. They also did not deliver the product, but they conveniently marked the status as delievered, just to close the case. I have made around 50 calls to their customer care, different Pepperfry studios, the main Adyar Studio(the representative, Ancy, who created the order doesnt answer my calls and the rest of the people in the studio say they don't know anything and that Ancy has gone on leave and so cannot help). No one knows anything, every customer care person says Adyar studio is only responsible for this order and they cant do anything. I have emailed [protected]@pepperfry.com several times, but I have had no resolution till date. Can someone please help me to either cancel my order and get refund or at least deliver a new product. Many thanks.

                          Dear team,
                          I am attaching the screenshot of my payment.

                          So I paid on 1st August for brown cloth organiser.
                          My payment got deducted from my account but the order wasn't created from pepperfrypepperfry.
                          So I called the customer care immediately.they said, you will receive the payment in 4-5 days . But still i haven't got any payment yet.

                          Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                            The single seater sofa recliner was bought from pepperfry in July2022 with a 2 year warranty.
                            1. The stitches came off from the right arm in the month of May 2023 within a year and a complaint was filed with Pepperfry.
                            2. The vendor picked up the product and while fixing the stitch in the right arm damaged the fabric at another place and just simply stitched it up which looks very evident. This was raised with Pepperfry immediately and I got an approval from the customer care that a replacement will be provided as this was damaged by the vendor.
                            3. Then pepperfry went back on their word and said the vendor is denying replacement and we can't do anything. I'm not sure how a vendor can deny replacement for irreparable damage that the vendor did in the first place for a product under warranty.
                            4. The vendor then again picked up the product and fixed the stitch alone and returned the product with his damage still not resolved. The stitch that was fixed also came off again in a couple of days.
                            5. I consulted with another third party sofa technician, and he confirmed that the fabric is defective and the only solution for this is to change the entire fabric.
                            6. The vendor is neither accepting to replace the product nor replace the defective fabric and asking me to pay for the repair work for a product that is still under warranty. Pepperfry is also denying replacement citing that the vendor is denying the request.
                            7. This has been going on for more than 4 months now and now the stitches have started coming off at other places as well as the place where the vendor fixed it a few weeks back. Now the recliner is absolutely not usable.
                            8. The latest case registered with pepperfry is EM[protected]
                            This has caused me so much mental trauma and I've been talking to the vendor and pepperfry for at least 15-20 times a week. I want Pepperfry to replace the defective product as it is still under warranty or provide a full refund of the product and compensation damages for my mental trauma.

                              I have purchased 2 single supposedly shishm wood beds from pepperfry in 2020..to my surprise bed frame broke down yesterday..in just 3 years..such a poor quality which we were not able to see from external appearance..our old local carpenter made beds are lasting for more than 30 years..made a big mistake of purchasing from pepperfry.

                                Broken bed broken within 3 months with manufacturing defect and having warranty of 3 yrs entails complete replacement or atleast an extended warranty on the bed after part replacement.

                                  The item was bought in mar 23 and got broken in jun 23 and they did not replace the bed citing merchant is not listening to pepperfry.Warranty is given for 3 yrs and hence it entails complete replacement.However the company gave excuses and just did part replacement of damaged part of bed.This is unacceptable.Neither they are giving extended warranty nor are replacing the bed

                                    I want to return this full order & get a refund.
                                    This is First time that pepperfry packaging is too bad, just wrap bubble wrap paper otherwise I am a FAN of Pepperfry packaging.

                                    It's been 14-15 days since I complained but the only answer I get is that we will solve your problem within 48 hours, but it's not happening, 15 days have passed.

                                        I ordered a bed from pepperfry on 15th June. Delivery was promised to be 14th July. Bed was not delivered till 15th July. So I had to cancel the order as it was already delayed. Event after cancellation I have not received my refund till today 1st August. Whenever I talk to customer care they keep asking for time.
