I did so on 25th Feb. I was asked to wait for a callback from the "Merchant " since then. From that day there is absolutely no response. Why and how should I track Their merchant and how long will he take to respond to me?

Pepperfry is not refunding my amount, I am calling and sending email them but they are not responding. They have not initiated my money from last 1 month.

Damaged product was delivered. I called customer care and they explained the return process and scheduled a pickup. But no-body from Pepperfry came to pickup. I am following with the team since last 4 days and Pepperfry team is not scheduling any pickup and take back the damaged product and refund, . Complete lack of communication and total lies from the reps.

Just give me my money back and i will throw it in the trash if...

Pepperfry is spamming with promotional SMS. There is no mechanism to unsubscribe from promotional list. Website also not providing any information about it....

I ordered a 4-door wardrobe from Pepperfry order ID:[protected], and technicians arrived to install the product on 15th February. "Pepperfry credits can be used for up to 50% of the cart value with 14 days validity and once lapsed/expired cannot be extended" says that 50% of the cart value as credits with 14 days validity can be used,

but where is the CAP on the limit mentioned.
