I ordered a center table from the Pepperfry Experience Center on 15th August 2022, here at Vaishnodevi, Ahmedabad. I was promised an expected delivery date of 8th September 2022. I paid in advance. On taking confirmation from the store manager and their customer support they said that it will be delivered on the 8th of September itself and that it is on the way to their gurgaon warehouse.

On the 2nd September I received an SMS stating that the order has been cancelled and the refund has been issued to me.

They kept my money in advance and without any intimation cancelled the order and refunded without even any explanation.

On contacting the store manager I was informed
1.) The order was delivered to the ware house and on QC it was found that there was a damage and hence the order was cancelled.
2.) The customer service Rep. Ms. Manpreet told me that the merchant of the product could not deliver the product and asked for an extension and that is the reason they cancelled the order.

Two people belonging to the same organization are giving different Explanation. If there was a delay they could have communicated it with us and asked for an extension. But they did not. They just simply cancelled the order.

Now they have no solution for me. They are not ready to replace the order. I have not received my refund.

If the product was unavailable, then why did you take my order in the first place?
Your store should have shown it as unavailable.

You think you can simply keep the customer's money with you for your liking and refund it with such a ridiculous explanation?

Further you have such obnoxious customer care rep. They would not even escalate the call any further. Instead of providing a solution they bluntly state that nothing is to be done now.

I did not even receive a call from your pathetic customer service centers informing about the situation before refunding / cancelling the order.

    I purchased sofa cum bed which delivered on 8th Aug, in one week lint came in fabric, sofa was in joint where color difference was there and stiching also opened from 2 places.

    I raised complaint for replacement and initially pepperfry told me that it will be done, after 1 week they mentioned that vendor is denying replacment and post that as well they promised me that they will refund full amount to me and will pick the faulty one but no response post that.

      I order a product from there website which was supposed to be delivered in 7 days, which got delayed by 4 days and then they cancelled my order without any reason.
      I reordered the product with extra charges as the coupon I used earlier was not applicable anymore. Now Its again over their estimated time of arrival and they haven't delivered the order yet. I need compensation for my troubles and time in following up.

      The first order that I placed was[protected]. It was cancelled without any proper reason.
      Second order was[protected]. It hasn't been delivered yet, Was supposed to be delivered by 25th Aug as per the 'DELHIVERY' tracking details. Daily the DELHIVERY services increase the estimated delivery date. Currently it shows 2nd September. I don't understand what's taking too long. I will reach out to consumer court as well for this issue. You guys make a fool o[censored]s.

        I do not like the lousy chair i received from pepperfry, the carpenter says that's the best it can be fixed. The chair is too high. I wanted to return it but they are convincing me that they'll send another carpenter to make it better but not accepting a return and refund. Terrible experience with pepperfry.         Even now they're not admitting the chair is faulty. They are blaming the customer that I am lying. Some woman named Sonal from customer service representative team closed the ticket without any carpenter visit. These people are fraudulent.

        All the complaints here are being forcefully closed by pepperfry! Such a deceiving website. Never buy anything from that website ever again.
        These fraudsters blocked me from their Instagram profile too. Please take action against this fraudulent company. They are refusing for a return or a refund saying the dimensions are mentioned. No the highest adjustable and lowest adjustable height is not mentioned.

          I placed a return request for my order no.[protected] on 20th August, The products colour is lighter and the quality is not as per the image return has been cancelled even after submitting images of the defective product in which the defect is completely visible.

          Pepperfry resolution team is unresponsive and arrogant towards its loyal customers. Need resolution for the same. Won't recommend pepperfry to anyone. Terrible customer service.

            I have purchased a "Kosmo Value Dresser in Natural Wenge Woodpore Finish by Spacewood" from Pepperfry. Order No.[protected]. The mirror provided by them is faulty and has improper balanced. The reflection wides the person in the middle of the mirror and narrows down quite a bit in the sides. The issue was noticed by me, my family members, different carpenters so I raised the issue with Pepperfry but they refused to entertain my request of return/repair even after providing clear images/video of the fault in the mirror. No carpenter from Pepperfry even visited my premises to check the issue and they termed it as User Perception and closed the ticket. Maybe my eyes have an issue but it cannot be the same for 5 other people.

            Mr. Dhaval Pandya from Pepperfry Resolutions Team has been extremely unhelpful and unprofessional in dealing with the issue. He has been very reluctant to understand the issue and failed continuously to provide a proper resolution and kept repeating the same thing again and again. As part of resolutions team, he claims that he doesn't even know the contact/email ID or the process to escalate an issue. He has been a complete waste of time.

            Please look into the issue at the earliest and provide a resolution at the earliest. I DO NOT WANT TO PAY for a faulty product. Please take back the item and provide me a full refund. I don't want to be a customer of Pepperfry ever again.

                Hello Pepperfry team,

                I have ordered for TV unit from Pepper fry and it is cancelled by Pepperfry team yesterday.

                Today i got a call from vendor that he is ready for the shipment.

                Now if i want to order the same unit, i need to pay Rs.8000 plus.

                Why was it cancelled?
                Now why i have to pay 8000rs bugs for the same unit.

                Request you to take the money from my pepperfry vallet and deliver the same TV unit at no charges.

                  HI,

                  This is regarding my order #[protected] place on 7th of August and have received the order on 11th August. the machine was not working correctly and had manufacturing defect.
                  I have contacted pepperfry multiple time via phone calls and emails since 13th August 2022 and till now they have not provided the replacement order.
                  I had even spoken to the seller of the product and even their service engineer visited my place on 22nd August 2022, still pepperfry are not providing me the replacement.

                  they are a fraud company and have taken my money and have been earning interest on that while taking no action to customer complaints.

                  I would request the consumer forum team to please take very strict action on pepperfry and cancel their license as they are not fit for serving the customers.

                      Regarding - SmartGrid Ortho Hybrid Mattress Queen size By The Sleep Company (Ordered through Pepperfry)

                      Dear Ma'am/Sir,

                      I had ordered a mattress - Order ID[protected]dated 20 August 2022)
                      thinking it is a 10" thick mattress since the description mentions 10" as the thickness although the title mentions 8" thickness. In fact when I choose the filter for 10" mattress this product shows up. Thereafter, I was contacted by the mattress company saying they have received an order for an 8" mattress. They told me I should contact Pepperfry about the same. When I contacted Pepperfry's customer care team they said it would be a 10" mattress itself and they asked me to call another team of theirs. The other team said that its an 8" mattress and that I should contact the customer care team (who I had already contacted before). Since I did not want to take chances, I had to cancel the order (on 21st August 2022) and was still penalized with 2.5% for cancellation. If the mattress was 10" like the description mentions, I would not have needed to cancel that order.
                      Why should I be penalized with INR 948 for the cancellation when the misrepresentation and ambiguity lies with Pepperfry's product information page on their website ?

                        I just placed an order on pepperfry, but because of payment issue, had to cancel it immediately within 5 mins. But to my surprise it is showing 2.5% cancellation charge, !! This is unethical to say the least and kind of cheating. Nowhere it is mentioned while placing the order about cancellation charges and in small letters mentioned in TnC. Please refund my money asap.

                          Order[protected] GIVE MONEY BACK It is not even a month and your products are fully covered by fungus in and out. It all started after a week but I ignored it as much as possible. But it is increasing drastically and now the whole wardrobe is covered by fungus.
                          Now even the bed and another cupboard have also started catching fungus which I had ordered by mobile number [protected]. Take everything back. Already I am suffering from fungus because of your quality, now I don't want my baby or anyone else in my house to suffer from such a disease.
                          I have attached the photos of your product, the order Id and my child's photo please go through it
                          You said you will resolve this issue on Playstore and so I emailed you. Now resolve this issue and until it gets resolved, take your products back urgently because if my 3-month-old baby got any infection or harm from your product, it will be wholly your responsibility.
                          Already I got fungus on my body by using clothes kept in your wardrobe.

                            I have ordered sleep company Matress from pepperfry app and it was clearly mentioned on product page that if product is damaged it is applicable under 7 day return policy from pepperfry. And the Product which i received was damaged .I filed a complaint on same day on 5 th august and since then they are delaying my request

                              I placed the order for Atomberg Renesa 1400mm 32 BLDC Ceiling fan on 27th July 2022 by paying ₹ 3, 854 online completely.

                              A wrong product was delivered to my door step in mysore on Tue, 02nd Aug'22 through Xpressbees Tracking ID: [protected](Xpressbees). Just by looking at the Size of the product I was doubtful.

                              Once I opened the outer package it was clear, I was cheated and they delivered a wrong product of the same company with fans having 1200mm. I immediately raised the complaint (No:[protected] with customer support for cancellation/ refund.

                              Its be marathon calls to no avail ; the seller is not contacting neither I am getting my money back the product is lying at my home with package intact excepted for the outer cover.

                              I need all the help to recover my money at the earliest.

                              I am not getting any resolution. Every time a support person calls he doesn't even has the case background tries to talk whether PCB is wrong or panel is not working. I need to explain my case again and again then he will hang up saying his lead or manager will call up in next 5 minutes. Then again the cycle starts.

                              I want this wrong product out of my house and need a complete refund. Its been more than 20 days doing the follow up...

                                My order number is[protected]. I have ordered Braco King Size Bed With Box Storage In Wenge Finish By Mintwud and it was defective. I have placed 8-9 complaints for pick up but every time their support team and warehouse team come up with some excuses. Now they stopped responding to emails and calls. I have raised the issue on 31 July 2022 they have get the bed dismantled on aug 1 and till now its laying in my bedroom. Nobody is repsonding. My 18k is strucked with company. Such a pathetic service and zero customer care support. Horrible experience.

                                  We are extremely disappointed with the order with I sleep seven, supra reversible mattress from pepperfry. They have named a single bed as queen size bed, and after ordering and paying the price they bring a single bed to my house. I never asked them to return, but all I needed was a replacement of mattress from single to queen size and I was more than willing to pay the balance amount. These people have no concern about customers loss, it literally doesn't fit my bed and I will have to shell out my money again to buy a queen size bed. Expected Pepperfry to have good quality vendors. I have lot trust on buying things online. This has been the worst experience! I want this to be replaced with queen size mattress and I shall pay the balance amount.

                                    This is regarding Queen size bed we had ordered from Pepperfry online portal (https://www.pepperfry.com/) and which got delivered on 14th July.

                                    There was a defect in the bed delivered . Storage section of the bed was having clear gap and after a week we saw small cockroaches coming from those gaps hence we initiated a return on 29th July 2022.

                                    A CS agent called and asked me to capture the bed defect in image and a small video and email it on [protected]@pepperfry.com after which a ticket will be created by us and and a technician visit will be assigned and then we can process the return and refund process. Technician visit happened and we explained him the issue . He agreed to the defect, captured it and told the same to his supervisor in front of me and informed that CS team will connect with you for further process.

                                    CS agent called and said that there is no issue reported by our technician and therefore we will close the ticket . I disagreed and asked CS agents that there is a confusion and called the technician and put him in the conference call . Technician agreed but there was no response from CS agents and call was cut. I received the CS agent call today on 3rd August 2022 and was told to email my issue again so a new ticket will be created as previous ticket got closed because wrong technician feedback was submitted .He also told that we will do a follow up from the previous technician visits only . Few hours later today I received a call from CS agent from Pepperfry and told nothing can be done on this and you have to adjust with the defected product.

                                    Attached are the pics and short video of the bed highlighting issue faced by us. I have a big problem with the installation of Storage boxes where its lower wooden plates are simply kept on the floor and not fitted to the bed due to which a clear gap is created from where we have experienced the issue. Kindly help us with this issue as there is no accountability being set and customer is being harassed.

                                    Not interested in resolving customer concern.
                                    If product shown and described on there portal is different from what they delivered, than for Pepperfry it is not a a defect and as per there policy it cannot be returned.
                                    No customer centric or caring policy.

                                      Misleading Advertising- Cashback Scam

                                      With regards to the Pepperfry Flash Sale using the coupon code "Flash"
                                      The advertised message says 100% cashback (see first image).
                                      I even asked the Pepperfry customer service if there is any catch or hidden clause before making the purchase on order.
                                      And I was told there is none and that within 24 hours the refund would be made on my pepperfry wallet.
                                      Tried looking for the terms and conditions which I could not...
